In addition, each part that sets up on the bottom plate 90 all passes through the bolt and can dismantle with bottom plate 90 and be connected, has a plurality of mounting holes on the bottom plate 90 to finely tune each part position on bottom plate 90, in order to further improve the size accuracy that the locomotive framework group was organized to the suitability of group frock.
The steps of the locomotive frame shown in fig. 1 and 2 will be described in detail in the assembly tooling set of the present disclosure. Before the frame assembly tool is used, the end beam support seat 24 and the cross beam support seat 21 are locked and fixed at the positions of the support seat guide rails close to the outer side of the bottom plate 90; then, the cross beam and the traction beam are lifted to the corresponding cross beam supporting seat 21, the cross beam adjusting assemblies 202 tightly push the beams after the sizes of the beams are adjusted, the beams are tightly pressed and fixed through the pressing assemblies 30, and the detachable parts of the adjusting devices are detached; then, hoisting the side beams to a side beam supporting seat 23, adjusting the size of each side beam assembly in the length direction, fixing the side beams, compressing the side beams by a compressing assembly 30, releasing and locking the side beams after completing, sliding the side beam supporting guide rail 231 to an appointed position for fixing and locking, and assembling the side beams, the cross beams and the traction beams; then, hoisting the front and rear end beams to an end beam supporting seat 24, and finishing assembly with the side beams through end beam conversion layer guide rail sliding; the frame height dimension is detected based on the bottom plate 90, and the dimension in the plane direction is detected by using a tool such as a running rule based on the marker post powder line and the positioning block 70. And after the size is detected to be qualified, positioning, welding and connecting the beams, loosening the fixed pressing device and hoisting the framework away from the tool.
When the six-axis locomotive frame assembly tool is adjusted for different vehicle types, the principle of from bottom to top and from total to partial is followed, according to the size of a vehicle type frame of a production-changing vehicle, the positions of guide rails and stop devices on the bottom plate 90 are adjusted in the first step, the positions of supporting seats on the corresponding guide rails are adjusted in the second step, the positions of fixing devices and positioning devices on the supporting seats are adjusted in the third step, and each part is finely adjusted in the fourth step through a metering means. The tool can realize flexible adjustment, the switching adjustment speed is high, the tool investment can be effectively reduced, the tool universality and the flexibility degree are high, and the cost of repeatedly inputting the tool for different vehicle types is saved.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure disclosed herein.
