Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide synthesis, and particularly relates to a penoxsulam preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Penoxsulam is a post-emergence herbicide developed by the united states of america, the benefin company of dow agro sciences, which is effective in controlling barnyard grass, moleplant seed, and annual sedge weeds by inhibiting acetolactate synthase (ALS), and is effective against a wide range of broadleaf weeds. Has broad-spectrum weed control activity, the lasting period is as long as 30-60 days, and the weed harm in all seasons can be basically controlled by one-time application.
Penoxsulam is a conductive herbicide, is absorbed by leaves, stems and roots of weeds, and is conducted to meristems through xylem and phloem to inhibit plant growth, so that growing points are dark green. The safety to rice is due to the rapid degradation of the active ingredient in the rice. The weeds stop growing soon after treatment, at which point competition for crop growth by the weeds is reduced to a minimum.
However, penoxsulam is a strong acetolactate synthase inhibitor, the herbicide is slow in appearance, weeds can die gradually after a certain time, and the death speed of the weeds is related to the accumulation amount of branched-chain amino acids in the bodies of the weeds. The selectivity of weeding is high, but the efficiency of weeding needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to realize the technical purpose and provides a penoxsulam preparation with high weeding efficiency and good weeding effect and a preparation method thereof.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the penoxsulam preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of a weeding active ingredient, 2-5 parts of a dispersing auxiliary agent, 5-8 parts of a slow release agent, 3-5 parts of an emulsifier, 0.1-2 parts of an active agent and 50-80 parts of an oil-based solvent, wherein the weeding active ingredient is penoxsulam.
As a further configuration of the invention: the dispersing auxiliary agent is one or a plurality of compositions of polycarboxylate, lignosulfonate or alkyl naphthyl sodium sulfate.
As a further configuration of the invention: the sustained release agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1 part of cellulose acetate propionate and 2.5-3 parts of xanthan gum.
As a further configuration of the invention: the emulsifier comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-1.5 parts of magnesium lauryl hydroxypropyl sulfonate and 1.5-2 parts of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
As a further configuration of the invention: the active agent is dioctanoyl cystine.
As a further configuration of the invention: the oil-based solvent is one or more of peanut oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil, linseed oil, turpentine oil and corn oil.
The invention also provides application of the penoxsulam preparation in inhibiting growth of one or more of gramineous weeds, cyperaceous weeds and broadleaf weeds.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the penoxsulam preparation, which comprises the steps of adding the dispersing auxiliary agent, the slow release agent, the emulsifier and the active agent into the oil-based solvent, uniformly mixing and stirring, adding the penoxsulam under stirring by a high-speed shearing machine, and shearing for 20-30 min to obtain the penoxsulam preparation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention develops a penoxsulam preparation, cellulose acetate propionate in a slow release agent can interact with cellulose of plant conduit cells to form a plant cellulose guide channel, and the transmission rate of penoxsulam in a weed conduit is improved, so that the rate of quickly transmitting the active weeding component penoxsulam to the whole plant body through the conduit acts on weeds, and the weeding efficiency is improved.
2. In the emulsifier in the penoxsulam preparation, the magnesium lauryl hydroxypropyl sulfonate and the penoxsulam change the oxidation-reduction original potential in weed plant cells, so that membrane lipid is peroxidized, and the withering of the weed cells is further accelerated.
3. The dicapryl cystine in the active agent in the penoxsulam preparation can inhibit the synthesis of glutamine, and induces the content of branched chain amino acid in weeds to rise under the action of protein conversion, so that the content of the branched chain amino acid in the plants quickly rises in a short time under the synergistic action of the dicapryl cystine and the penoxsulam, so that the proportion of the amino acid is disordered to cause metabolic disorder, and finally, the branched chain amino acid is quickly withered and withered.
