Abstract
一种心理压力评估方法及设备,该方法包括:获取用户的生理参数测量值;根据用户的生理参数测量值和用户的心理压力评估模型,确定用户的心理压力评估结果;用户的心理压力评估模型是根据用户的生理参数参考值、与用户的生理参数参考值对应的心理压力值,以及心理压力评估通用模型确定的,或者,用户的心理压力评估模型是根据用户的生理参数参考值和心理压力评估通用模型确定的;心理压力评估通用模型是反映心理压力值变化量与生理参数值变化量之间的变化关系的模型;所述方法可以提高用户的心理压力预测的可靠性。
