Claims (4)

1. The wire harness winding mechanism is characterized by comprising a winding mechanism (1), a wire rewinding mechanism (2) and a driving mechanism (3), wherein the winding mechanism (1) comprises a winding ring (10), an adhesive tape fixing frame (11), a base (12) and a base plate (13), and the winding ring (10) is fixedly connected to the base plate (13) through the base (12);
the take-up mechanism (2) comprises a right side plate (20), a left side plate (21), a front stud (22), a rear stud (23), a take-up reel (24), a left-hand pulley (26) and a right-hand pulley (27), wherein the right side plate (20) and the left side plate (21) are fixedly connected to two sides of the upper end of the base plate (13), two ends of the front stud (22) and two ends of the rear stud (23) are respectively and rotatably connected to the right side plate (20) and the left side plate (21), the left-hand pulley (26) and the right-hand pulley (27) are respectively and threadedly connected to the front stud (22) and the rear stud (23), and the take-up reel (24) is rotatably connected to the right side plate (20) through a cross-shaped rotating shaft (240) and a driven friction wheel (38);
the driving mechanism (3) comprises a driving motor (30), a driving gear (31), a gear ring (32), a driven gear (33), a primary transmission rod (34), a bevel gear (35), a secondary transmission rod (36), a driving friction wheel (37) and a driven friction wheel (38), the driving motor (30) is fixedly connected to the base plate (13) through a motor base (300), the driving gear (31) is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor (30), the gear ring (32) is meshed with the driving gear (31), the gear ring (32) is positioned in the winding ring (10) and is rotatably connected with the winding ring (10), the driven gear (33) is also meshed with the driving gear (31), the driven gear (33) is fixedly connected to the primary transmission rod (34), one end of the primary transmission rod (34) is rotatably connected with the base (12), and the other end of the primary transmission rod (34) is fixedly connected with the bevel gear (35), one end of the secondary transmission rod (36) is fixedly connected with the driving friction wheel (37), the other end of the secondary transmission rod is also fixedly connected with a bevel gear (35), the primary transmission rod (34) and the bevel gear (35) on the secondary transmission rod (36) are meshed with each other, the driven friction wheel (38) is contacted and pressed with the driving friction wheel (37), the driven friction wheel (38) is further rotatably connected with the right side plate (20) through a circular shaft, and the cross-shaped rotating shaft (240) is fixedly connected to the circle center of the driven friction wheel (38);
a gear ring groove (100) is formed in the winding ring (10), the gear ring (32) is located in the gear ring groove (100) and is rotatably connected with the gear ring groove, a sealing ring (14) fixedly connected with the winding ring (10) is arranged at a notch of the gear ring groove (100), an annular opening is reserved in the notch, the adhesive tape fixing frame (11) penetrates through the annular opening to be fixedly connected with the gear ring (32), a blocking ring (15) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the winding ring (10), and two clamping blocks (130) are fixedly connected to the base plate (13);
