技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,具体涉及一种阵列基板、显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
AMOLED屏幕是指以AMOLED材料为主的屏幕,AMOLED(Active Matrix/OrganicLight Emitting Diode)是有源矩阵有机发光二极体面板。相比传统的液晶面板,AMOLED具有反应速度较快、对比度更高、视角较广等特点。
发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:目前显示领域AMOLED高分辨率8K产品相对稀少,尤其8K AMOLED显示装置没有投产面世,主要原因工艺难度较大以及像素排布空间有限以及制作成本过高。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种阵列基板、显示面板及显示装置。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种阵列基板,包括呈阵列排布的多个像素单元;每个所述像素单元均包括三个子像素,分别为第一子像素、第二子像素、第三子像素;每个所述子像素均包括由开关晶体管、驱动晶体管、感应晶体管、存储电容及发光器件构成的像素电路;
每一行所述像素单元由四条扫描线控制,其中,控制第N行所述像素单元中的各个所述子像素的四条所述扫描线分别记作G1-N、G2-N、G3-N、G1-(N+1);N为大等于2的整数;
位于第N行的所述像素单元的第一子像素中的开关晶体管的控制极,以及位于第N-1行的所述像素单元的所述第三子像素的感应晶体管的控制极连接G1-N
位于第N行的所述像素单元的第二子像素中的开关晶体管的控制极,以及第一子像素中的感应晶体管的控制极连接G2-N

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明实施例中的所采用的晶体管可以为薄膜晶体管或场效应管或其他特性的相同器件,由于采用的晶体管的源极和漏极在一定条件下是可以互换的,所以其源极、漏极从连接关系的描述上是没有区别的。在本发明实施例中,为区分晶体管的源极和漏极,将其中一极称为第一极,另一极称为第二极,栅极称为控制极。此外按照晶体管的特性区分可以将晶体管分为N型和P型,以下实施例中是以晶体管为P型晶体管进行说明的。当采用P型晶体管时,第一极为P型晶体管的源极,第二极为P型晶体管的漏极,栅极输入低电平时,源漏极导通,N型相反。可以想到的是,采用晶体管为N型晶体管实现是本领域技术人员可以在没有付出创造性劳动前提下轻易想到的,因此也是在本发明实施例的保护范围内的。
在本发明实施例中发光器件可以是有机电致发光器件,其中发光器件的第一极和第二极中的一者为阳极,另一者为阴极,在本实施例中是以发光器件的第一极为阳极,第二极为阴极为例进行说明的。
除非另外定义,本发明实施例公开使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本发明实施例中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语一直出该词前面的元件或误检涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述的对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
对本实施例的阵列基板中的每个像素单元的结构进行说明。每个像素单元均包括三个子像素,分别为第一子像素、第二子像素、第三子像素;每个子像素均包括由开关晶体管、驱动晶体管、感应晶体管、存储电容及发光器件构成的像素电路;其中,如图1所示,对于每个像素电路,开关晶体管M1的栅极连接扫描线Gate,源极连接数据线Data,漏极连接驱动晶体管M2的栅极和存储电容Cst的第一端;驱动晶体管M2的源极连接第一电源电压端VDD,漏极连接存储电容Cst的第二端和发光器件D1的阳极;感应晶体管M3的源极连接感应线sense,漏极连接存储电容Cst的第二端和发光器件D1的阳极;栅极连接感应控制端Control;发光器件D1的阴极连接第二电源电压端VSS。对于第一子像素、第二子像素、第三子像素中区别在于三个子像素中的发光器件的发光颜色不同,本发明实施例中以第一子像素中的发光器件发射红光,也即第一子像素红色子像素;第二子像素中的发光器件发射绿光,也即第二子像素绿色子像素;第三子像素中的发光器件发射蓝光,也即第三子像素蓝色子像素为例进行说明。
其中,由于在每个像素单元中的三个子像素呈品字型排布,也即红色子像素和绿色子像素处于同一行,红色子像素与蓝色子像素处于同一列时,每个像素单元中的三个子像素则需要三条不同的数据线提供数据电压,这样一来,容易造成显示面板中信号线较多,限定了显示面板的分辨率提高。因此,在本实施例中主要针对每个像素单元中的三个子像素呈品字型排布时,对阵列基板上的数据线的布线进行改善,提供一种新型的、且能够提高显示面板分辨率的阵列基板结构。与此同时,应当理解的是,本实施例中的每个像素单元中的三个子像素也不局限于呈品字型排布,在此不再一一列举。
实施例1:
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种阵列基板,包括呈阵列排布的多个像素单元;每个像素单元均包括呈品字形排布的红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素;其中,每个像素单元中的红色子像素和绿色子像素位于同一行,红色子像素和蓝色子像素位于同一列。对于红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素均包括至少由开关晶体管M1、驱动晶体管M2、感应晶体管M3、存储电容Cst及发光器件构成的像素电路。应当理解的是,红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素三者的像素电路中发光器件的发光颜色不同(也即图2中所示的R、G、B),其余器件均相同。在本实施例中,每一行像素单元由四条扫描线控制,且其中一条扫描线与下一行像素单元中的一条扫描线共用;每一列像素单元由同一条数据线提供数据电压信号。
具体的,如图2所示,控制第N行像素单元中的各个子像素的四条扫描线分别记作G1-N、G2-N、G3-N、G1-(N+1);N为大等于2的整数;位于第N行的像素单元的红色子像素中的开关晶体管M1的栅极,以及位于第N-1行的像素单元的蓝色子像素的感应晶体管M3的栅极连接G1-N;位于第N行的像素单元的绿色子像素中的开关晶体管M1的栅极,以及红色子像素中的感应晶体管M3的栅极连接G2-N;位于第N行的像素单元的蓝色子像素中的开关晶体管M1的栅极,以及绿色子像素中的感应晶体管M3的栅极连接G3-N;位于第N行的像素单元的蓝色子像素中的感应晶体管M3的栅极,以及位于第N+1行的像素单元的红色子像素中的开关晶体管M1的栅极连接G1-N+1;位于同一列的像素单元中的各个子像素(红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素)的开关晶体管M1的源极连接同一条数据线。可以看出的是,G1-N+1是在第N行像素单元和第N+1行像素单元中共用的。
为了更清楚的理解本实施例阵列基板所能够带来的效果,结合图3所示,对第N行第1列的像素单元的驱动为例进行说明。其中,第N行第1列的像素单元记作像素单元AN1;第N+1行第1列的像素单元记作像素单元A(N+1)1;。
首先,给G1-N输入高电平信号,像素单元AN1的红色子像素中的开关晶体管M1被选通,通过第1条数据线Data1上加载的数据电压信号,对像素单元AN1的红色子像素中的存储电容Cst和驱动晶体管M2的栅极进行充电,直至驱动晶体管M2打开以驱动发光器件R进行发光。
接下来,给G2-N输入高电平信号,像素单元AN1的红色子像素中的感应晶体管M3和绿色子像素中开关晶体管M1被打开,此时,可以通过感应信号线Sense1读取红色子像素中的发光器件R的阳极的电位,以供在下次对红色子像素进行数据写入时,对数据电压进行调整;同时,通过第1条数据线Data1上加载的数据电压信号,对像素单元AN1的绿色子像素中的存储电容Cst和驱动晶体管M2的栅极进行充电,直至驱动晶体管M2打开以驱动发光器件G进行发光。也就是说,在对红色子像素进行检测的同时驱动绿色子像素进行发光。
之后,给G3-N输入高电平信号,像素单元AN1的绿色子像素中的感应晶体管M3和蓝色子像素中开关晶体管M1被打开,此时,可以通过感应信号线Sense2读取绿色子像素中的发光器件G的阳极的电位,以供在下次对绿色子像素进行数据写入时,对数据电压进行调整;同时,通过第1条数据线Data1上加载的数据电压信号,对像素单元AN1的蓝色子像素中的存储电容Cst和驱动晶体管M2的栅极进行充电,直至驱动晶体管M2打开以驱动发光器件B进行发光。也就是说,在对绿色子像素进行检测的同时驱动蓝色子像素进行发光。
最后,给G1-N+1输入高电平信号,像素单元AN1的蓝色子像素中的感应晶体管M3被选通,以及像素单元A(N+1)1的红色子像素中的开关晶体管M1被选通;此时,可以通过感应信号线Sense1读取蓝色子像素中的发光器件的阳极的电位,以供在下次对绿色子像素进行数据写入时,对数据电压进行调整;同时,通过第M条数据线上加载的数据电压信号,对像素单元A(N+1)1的红色子像素中的存储电容Cst和驱动晶体管M2的栅极进行充电,直至驱动晶体管M2打开以驱动发光器件进行发光。
综上,可以看出的是,在本实施例中虽然每一行像素单元由四条扫描线控制相较现有技术而言多了一条,但是控制两相邻行像素单元的扫描线中有一条是共用的,也即对于整个阵列基板而言,扫描线的数量仅多了一条;而在本实施例中每一列像素单元中三种子像素仅需要一条数据线进行数据写入,相较现有技术中位于同一列的子像素由一条数据线进行数据写入,数据线的数量减少了1/3,这样一来,使得本实施例中的阵列基板的布线更加简便,且能够提高显示面板的分辨率。
为了节省布线空间,在本实施例中,将位于第M列的像素单元的绿色子像素中的感应晶体管M3的源极,以及位于第M+1列的像素单元的所述红色子像素和蓝色子像素中的感应晶体管M3的源极连接同一条感应线;M为大于等于1的整数。
其中,在本实施例中发光器件均可以采用有机电致发光器件;该发光器件进一步的可以是顶发射型有机电致发光器件;此时,阵列基板中的各个有机电致发光器件的阴极为一体成型结构,该种结构方便发光器件的制备,且可以节约生产成本。
实施例2:
本实施例提供一种显示面板及显示装置,该显示面板可以包括实施例1中阵列基板,该显示装置包括该显示面板,本实施例中的显示装置可以实现高分辨率的显示。
该显示装置可以为:电子纸、OLED面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种阵列基板,包括呈阵列排布的多个像素单元;每个所述像素单元均包括三个子像素,分别为第一子像素、第二子像素、第三子像素;每个所述子像素均包括由开关晶体管、驱动晶体管、感应晶体管、存储电容及发光器件构成的像素电路;其特征在于,
每一行所述像素单元由四条扫描线控制,其中,控制第N行所述像素单元中的各个所述子像素的四条所述扫描线分别记作G1-N、G2-N、G3-N、G1-(N+1);N为大等于2的整数;
位于第N行的所述像素单元的第一子像素中的开关晶体管的控制极,以及位于第N-1行的所述像素单元的所述第三子像素的感应晶体管的控制极连接G1-N
位于第N行的所述像素单元的第二子像素中的开关晶体管的控制极,以及第一子像素中的感应晶体管的控制极连接G2-N
位于第N行的所述像素单元的第三子像素中的开关晶体管的控制极,以及第二子像素中的感应晶体管的控制极连接G3-N
位于第N行的所述像素单元的第三子像素中的感应晶体管的控制极,以及位于第N+1行的所述像素单元的第一子像素中的开关晶体管的控制极连接G1-N+1
位于同一列的所述像素单元中的各个所述子像素的开关晶体管的第一极连接同一条数据线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,每个所述像素单元中的所述第一子像素和所述第二子像素位于同一行,所述第一子像素和第三子像素位于同一列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,位于第M列的所述像素单元的第二子像素中的感应晶体管的第一极,以及位于第M+1列的所述像素单元的所述第一子像素和第三子像素中的感应晶体管的第一极连接同一条感应线;M为大于等于1的整数。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述像素电路中的开关晶体管的第一极连接数据线,第二极连接所述驱动晶体管的控制极和所述存储电容的第一端,控制极连接扫描线;
所述驱动晶体管的第一极连接第一电源电压端,第二极连接所述存储电容的第二端和所述发光器件的第一极;
所述感应晶体管的第一极连接感应线,第二极连接所述存储电容的第二端和所述发光器件的第一极;
所述发光器件的第二极连接第二电源电压端。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,每个所述像素单元中的第一子像素、第二子像素、第三子像素分别为:红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述发光器件包括有机电致发光器件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述有机电致发光器件包括顶发射型有机电致发光器件。
8.根据权利要求6所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述发光器件包括有机电致发光器件的第一极为阳极,第二极为阴极;且所述阵列基板中的所述有机电致发光器件的阴极为一体成型结构。
9.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8中任一项所述的阵列基板。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的显示面板。
