A three control timing out board control system according to claim 1 wherein: speed adjusting structure (8) are including setting up deflector (801) in both sides directly over second roller way section (5), and deflector (801) all through mount (802) and work frame body (1) fixed connection, the left side of deflector (801) all is connected with opening board (803), and the top of two deflectors (801) is passed through backup pad (804) and is connected, speedtransmitter (805) of being connected with control box (10) are installed to the inboard left end of deflector (801).
