and (II) building a double-curved-surface arch coupon decoration surface layer: building sintered decorative perforated bricks on the upper surface of the transparent template, wherein the decorative surfaces of the sintered decorative perforated bricks are spliced to form a decorative surface of the hyperboloid arch coupon main body; the inner and outer vertical surfaces and the vault of the hyperboloid arch coupon main body are built by adopting sintered decorative perforated bricks, the mortar joint at the upper part of the vault is controlled by adopting a wedge-shaped mortar joint, and the mortar joint at the lower part of the vault ensures a through line;
(III) binding pre-embedded structural steel bars in the hyperboloid arch coupon main body:
pre-burying a plurality of rows of arc-shaped reinforcing steel bars in holes of a self-bearing sintered decorative perforated brick at the bottom of a hyperboloid arch coupon main body, wherein a plurality of radial reinforcing steel bars are pre-buried on each row of arc-shaped reinforcing steel bars at intervals;
the lower ends of the radial ribs are bent and then inserted into the holes of the sintered decorative perforated bricks in parallel with the arc ribs, the upper ends of the radial ribs radially extend into an arc concrete reinforcing plate poured in the subsequent process along the gap between two adjacent sintered decorative perforated bricks, and a plurality of radial ribs are radially arranged; the arc-shaped ribs and the radial ribs are fixed in the holes of the sintered decorative perforated brick through grouting; the radial ribs are Z-shaped phi 4 galvanized steel wires, the Z-shaped phi 4 galvanized steel wires are embedded in every 5 sintered decorative porous bricks, four radial ribs are arranged on each brick, and the upper ends of the radial ribs are bent and inclined towards the inner side of the decoration surface;

(V) dismantling the arch coupon tire mold frame;
