5. A method of using a breach closure device according to any of claims 1-3, wherein a breach is closed with a drape, comprising the steps of:
(1) two pairs of fixing piles are respectively driven on the dam at the upper left corner and the upper right corner of the upper opening of the breach, a pair of piles close to one point of the center of the breach are ejector rod fixing piles, an ejector rod is respectively arranged on the ejector rod fixing piles, and a pair of piles far away from the breach are fixing piles respectively connected with the fixing rings at two ends of the counterweight edge;
placing a cloth curtain which is rolled by taking the upper edge of the cloth curtain as an axis on the bank side of the upstream of a river, placing the cloth curtain into water through a traction rope connected with fixing rings at two ends of a counterweight side, and drawing the cloth curtain to a breach downstream and transversely placing the cloth curtain on the upper opening of the breach;
selecting a jacking point of the lower end of the ejector rod and the counterweight edge, wherein the jacking point is selected at a cross point of extension lines of two side walls of the breach and the counterweight edge, the bottom ends of the two ejector rods are connected and fixed to the jacking point of the counterweight edge, the ejector rods can stretch and retract, and the counterweight edge and the whole rolled cloth curtain are jacked into the water bottom by the ejector rods; the upper end of the ejector rod is arranged on the ejector rod fixing pile, the ejector rod is adjusted, and the traction rope is pulled to fix the fixing rings at the two ends of the cloth curtain counterweight edge on the corresponding fixing pile;
(2) arranging curtain lifting frames and clamp groups on the dam crest shores on two sides of the breach;
(3) releasing the binding rope of the rolling curtain, unfolding the cloth curtain along with water flow, respectively pulling two side edges of the cloth curtain to the banks at two sides of the breach, and respectively fixing the two side edges of the cloth curtain on the banks at two sides of the breach or on the frame of the curtain lifting frame by using a clamp group arranged on the banks;
so far, flood flows over the cloth curtain, and the bottom and the side walls at the two sides of the burst are protected by the cloth curtain in a water-proof way;
(4) the curtain lifting frame lifts the cloth curtain away from the bank side, the cloth curtain below the water surface is tightly attached to the side wall under the action of water pressure, the cloth curtain leaving the water surface to the curtain lifting frame and the burst side wall form a funnel-shaped area, the upper opening of the funnel is a pouring port exposed by the curtain lifting frame when the cloth curtain is lifted, and filler is poured into the pouring port;
(5) the poured filler falls on the inclined cloth curtain, the cloth curtain is pushed to fall into the bottom, along with the plugging process, the filler falling into the bottom is accumulated towards the center of the breach from the bottoms of the two side walls of the breach, the cloth curtain is forced to squeeze flood in the breach until the filler fills the whole breach to realize breach plugging, the cloth curtain is continuously tightened in the process, and meanwhile, the curtain lifting frame and the material pouring port are also pushed forwards.
