背景技术:
面膜,其原理是利用覆盖在脸部的短暂时间,暂时隔离外界的空气与污染,提高肌肤温度,皮肤的毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤的含氧量上升,有利于肌肤排除表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质,并且面膜中的水分渗入肌肤表皮的角质层,使皮肤补足水分。
目前,面膜的功效集中于补水,通过大量补水来缓解皮肤因缺水而导致的问题,但其他功效甚微,尤其是自由基清除能力较弱。而自由基去除能力直接关系到抗氧化、抗衰老,因此需要通过面膜基液组分配方的筛选来赋予面膜一定的自由基清除能力,使面膜兼具补水和抗氧化双重功效,从而提高面膜的市场竞争力。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种多肽冻干粉修复面膜,该面膜兼具补水和抗氧化的双重功效,快速调节皮肤状态,减轻外界环境对皮肤造成的损伤。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种多肽冻干粉修复面膜,由面膜基布和面膜基液组成,所述面膜基液由以下质量份数的原料混合而成:
多肽冻干粉5-15份、透明质酸钠1-10份、凝血酸1-10份、水解小核菌胶0.5-5份、海藻糖0.5-5份、羧甲基壳聚糖0.5-5份、甘露糖醇0.1-3份、黄原胶0.1-3份,余量为水,原料总质量份数为800份。
所述面膜基布为无纺布或者蚕丝。
所述多肽冻干粉是由胶原多肽提取物和抗坏血酸多肽混匀后经真空冷冻干燥制成,胶原多肽提取物中的胶原多肽含量为10-100mg/mL。
所述胶原多肽提取物、抗坏血酸多肽的质量比为5-10:0.05-1。
所述真空冷冻干燥条件为温度-50℃、压力4Pa。
所述胶原多肽提取物由鲅鱼鱼骨提取而得,具体提取方法为:将鲅鱼鱼骨置于氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡,并用流动清水冲洗pH值至中性,经高压蒸汽灭菌后粉碎制成鱼骨粉;将鱼骨粉分散于水中,回流搅拌状态下利用微波反应器浸提,微波浸提5min后关闭微波5min,再微波浸提5min后关闭微波5min,如此反复直至浸提结束;过滤,所得滤液经冷却后加入复合酶进行酶解,酶解处理后加入脱色脱腥剂,搅拌,过滤,得到胶原多肽提取物。

所述脱色脱腥剂由硅酸镁铝经N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺改性制成,其制备方法为:将硅酸镁铝分散于水中,再加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和过硫酸铵,并在搅拌下加热至75-85℃保温反应,反应结束后静置,过滤,所得固体经烘干后粉碎成粉体。
所述硅酸镁铝、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和过硫酸铵的质量比为5-10:0.5-5:0.05-0.25。
N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺在引发剂过硫酸铵作用下经自身聚合生成聚丙烯酰胺,聚丙烯酰胺融入硅酸镁铝特有的三维空间结构中从而实现对硅酸镁铝的物理改性,经改性后的硅酸镁铝具有良好的脱色脱腥效果,并且相对于活性炭来说能够减少脱色脱腥操作造成的胶原多肽的损失量。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以多肽冻干粉作为主要成分,协以多种辅料制得面膜,该面膜不仅使用安全性高,具有良好的敷贴感,并且修复效果显著,通过补水和自由基清除的作用方式来对皮肤即时发挥修复效果,让皮肤快速镇静下来,减轻外界环境对皮肤造成的损伤。

实施例1
将8份多肽冻干粉、3份透明质酸钠、2份凝血酸、2份水解小核菌胶、1.5份海藻糖、0.5份羧甲基壳聚糖、0.5份甘露糖醇、0.5份黄原胶、780份水混合得到面膜基液;将无纺布浸润到面膜基液中,经包装得到面膜。
多肽冻干粉是由质量比为6:0.5的胶原多肽提取物和抗坏血酸多肽混匀后经真空冷冻干燥制成,真空冷冻干燥条件为温度-50℃、压力4Pa、时间8h。
胶原多肽提取物的制备:将100份鲅鱼鱼骨置于1000份0.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡5h,并用流动清水冲洗pH值至7.0,经高压蒸汽灭菌后粉碎制成鱼骨粉;将鱼骨粉分散于500份水中,回流搅拌状态下利用微波反应器浸提,微波浸提5min后关闭微波5min,再微波浸提5min后关闭微波5min,如此反复,微波浸提总时间为1h;过滤,所得滤液经冷却后加入复合酶进行酶解,酶解处理后加入10份活性炭,搅拌,过滤,得到胶原多肽提取物。

脱色脱腥剂的制备:将10份硅酸镁铝分散于水中,再加入4份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和0.2份过硫酸铵,并在搅拌下加热至75-85℃保温反应,反应结束后静置,过滤,所得固体经烘干后粉碎成粉体。

以实施例2为对照,设置以硅酸镁铝替代活性炭的对比例1,其余操作同实施例2。
对比例2
以实施例2为对照,设置以抗坏血酸多肽替代胶原多肽提取物和抗坏血酸多肽制备的多肽冻干粉的对比例2,其余操作同实施例2。
分别利用实施例1-4、对比例1-2由同批采购的鲅鱼鱼骨制备胶原多肽提取物并最终制得面膜,依照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)对面膜进行检测,以下是中山市立创检测技术服务有限公司出具的检测结果,如表1、表2和表3所示。

依照GB/T 16886.10-2005对面膜的皮肤刺激性进行检测,敷面膜15min,分别观察使用1h、24h、48h、72h的皮肤状态。结果显示,未见皮肤出现红斑、水肿或其他刺激性反应。
检测实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、对照例1中所制胶原多肽提取物中的胶原多肽含量,并随机选取10名志愿者对所制胶原多肽提取物的腥味进行打分,结果如表4所示。满分10分,很浓的腥味:1-4分,轻微的腥味:5-8分,基本无腥味9-10分。

由表4可知,实施例3和实施例4通过自制脱色脱腥剂的使用能够提高所制胶原多肽提取物中的胶原多肽含量和脱腥效果。以硅酸镁铝作为脱色脱腥剂虽然能减少胶原多肽的损失量,但其脱腥效果甚微。
补水效果测试:选取年龄在18-50岁的志愿者300名,随机平均分为3组,每组100名,其中2组分别用于实施例2、对比例2所制面膜的补水效果测试,另外1组作为空白组。在室温25℃、相对湿度55%的环境中,先用清水清洗手背,将面膜敷在手背同一位置,空白组敷浸泡等量清水的无纺布,于15min后揭除面膜,再于1h、2h、5h后用数字皮肤水分测试仪对受试者敷用面膜前后的皮肤进行含水量测定,计算平均值,结果如表5所示。

抗氧化效果测试:采用DPPH氧化法测定DPPH自由基清除能力,采用水杨酸法测定羟自由基清除能力,结果如表6所示。
