Description

A incision healing nursing device for caesarean birth pregnant woman
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an incision healing nursing device for a pregnant woman in caesarean section.
Background
In recent years, with the progress of modern medical technology, the caesarean section technology becomes an effective means for solving dystocia and certain obstetric complications, and provides guarantee for saving the lives of the puerpera and the dystocia.
However, cesarean section postpartum care is still a big problem at present, mainly facing the problems of cut fat liquefaction and parturient uterine contraction.
The liquefaction of fat in the incision of a surgical operation means that a large number of fat cells in the incision are broken, fat particles in the cells overflow and are decomposed to form liquid fat, and the liquid fat is accumulated in the incision. Liquefaction of fat can seriously affect incision healing and increase infection risk, and can also seriously cause septicemia, and sepsis endangers life. Since the abdominal fat of general women is thick, and particularly, the abdominal fat is stored much after pregnancy, the liquefaction of the postpartum incision fat becomes a main reason for delayed incision healing.
In view of the above problems, conventional treatment methods have many drawbacks-opening the incision or removing a portion of the suture, even opening the entire incision if necessary, using extruded liquefied fat, hypertonic saline flush, saline gauze drainage, etc., requiring an alternate or daily dressing change. However, saline gauze has very limited drainage effects and does not absorb free floating fat droplets in the wound, affecting wound healing, and is susceptible to infection. Meanwhile, due to frequent dressing change for a long time, patients are difficult to suffer from pain caused by dressing change, and medical care personnel also bear huge workload.
Aiming at the problem of poor uterine contraction after cesarean delivery, the main solution at present is to press the uterine fundus by a sand bag, so as to promote uterine contraction, accelerate the discharge of extravasated blood in the uterine cavity, exhaust lochia, and avoid blockage to cause uterine cavity hematocele. However, in the process of pressing the sandbags, the sandbags with fixed weights are adopted, so that the pressing force is not gradually increased, the puerpera suffers great pain, the psychology of the puerpera is injured, and the puerperal mental regulation is not facilitated.
Therefore, a medical device capable of accelerating the healing of the postoperative incision of the parturient after the caesarean section and relieving the pain of the uterine cavity is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an incision healing nursing device for a pregnant woman in caesarean section, which solves the problem of delayed healing of the incision of the pregnant woman caused by liquefaction of fat and simultaneously relieves the pain of the pregnant woman in pressing the uterine fundus to discharge lochia after operation.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a nursing device for healing an incision of a pregnant woman in caesarean section is characterized by comprising a supporting device and a nursing module arranged on the supporting device, wherein the nursing module comprises an adjustable pressurizing device, a negative pressure suction device and an electromagnetic wave treatment device.
The supporting device comprises a supporting plate and a nursing plate, one end of the supporting plate is connected with one end of the nursing plate through a telescopic shaft system structure, and the other end of the supporting plate is connected with the other end of the nursing plate through a buckle structure; the nursing plate is characterized in that a through hole for installing a nursing module is formed in the center of the nursing plate, and threads are arranged on the inner wall of the through hole. The whole supporting device is in a waistband shape, and is convenient for the pregnant woman to wear after delivery. When the lying-in woman has a rest on the bed, the lying-in woman can not be affected to turn over.
The adjustable pressurizing device comprises an annular air cushion connected on the nursing plate and an inflating device connected with the annular air cushion. At present, for the problem of poor uterine contraction after cesarean delivery of pregnant women, the main solution is to press the uterine fundus by a sand bag, so as to promote uterine contraction, accelerate the discharge of extravasated blood in the uterine cavity, exhaust lochiorrhea and avoid blockage to cause uterine cavity hematocele. However, in the pressing process of the sandbags, the sandbags with fixed weights are adopted, the pressing strength is not increased gradually, and the puerpera suffers great pain. The adjustable pressurizing device can control the pressing strength of the postoperative uterine cavity by controlling the inflation quantity of the annular air cushion, thereby relieving the postoperative pain of the pregnant woman, avoiding the wound infection possibly caused by sand leakage of the sand bag and being cleaner and more accurate treatment equipment.
The negative pressure suction device can penetrate through the adjustable pressurizing device to be installed on the nursing plate, and structurally comprises a negative pressure plate connected to the nursing plate, a dressing applied to the incision, a polyurethane semipermeable membrane for sealing the negative pressure plate and the dressing, and a suction machine for providing negative pressure. During pregnancy, the weight of the pregnant woman increases more or less in order to maintain the nutrition supply to the infant, and the fat layer of the abdomen inevitably thickens, which greatly increases the possibility of liquefaction of the cut fat after the caesarean section. Liquefaction of fat can seriously affect incision healing and increase infection risk, and can also seriously cause septicemia, and sepsis endangers life. The negative pressure suction device can suck the free floating fat drops in the incision out of the incision through the dressing, so that the generation of a cavity is avoided, and the healing of the incision is promoted. Moreover, the generation of negative pressure can reduce the oxygen partial pressure on the surface of the wound surface, so that the proliferation rate of many bacteria is reduced under the condition of low oxygen. Meanwhile, the partial vacuum effect generated by the negative pressure can distort and destroy the bacterial cell wall, so that the bacteria die.
The electromagnetic wave treatment device comprises a treatment lamp cap connected to the nursing plate and power supply equipment connected with the treatment lamp cap through a connecting pipe. The electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus as a green treatment method has better curative effect and less adverse reaction. The treatment method can improve the activity of various enzymes in vivo, repair and dredge microcirculation channel, and accelerate blood circulation in vivo, thereby achieving the treatment effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, relieving itching, reducing blood lipid, dredging microcirculation channel, removing blood stasis in deep part of organism, promoting epithelial growth, accelerating wound healing, etc. Effectively increase the immunity of the pregnant women, prevent the abdominal cavity from being adhered, reduce the incision pain and shorten the hospitalization time of the pregnant women after caesarean delivery.
Furthermore, the telescopic shaft system structure comprises a rotary shaft sleeve, a rotary shaft, a first telescopic rod, a first mounting groove and a fixed knob; the rotating shaft sleeve is movably connected to one end of the nursing plate through a rotating shaft and connected with the first telescopic rod; the first mounting groove is arranged at one end of the support plate corresponding to the position of the rotating shaft sleeve, and is provided with a first slot matched with the first telescopic rod, and the first slot is connected with the first telescopic rod in a sliding manner; the fixing knob is arranged on the outer side of the first mounting groove and used for fixing the position of the first telescopic rod in the first mounting groove.
Furthermore, the buckle structure comprises a female buckle, a male buckle, a second telescopic rod and a second mounting groove; the female buckle is arranged at the other end of the nursing plate without a telescopic shaft system structure; the male buckle and the female buckle can form a buckle structure and are connected with a second telescopic rod; the second mounting groove is formed in one end of the supporting plate corresponding to the female buckle, and is provided with a second slot matched with the second telescopic rod, and the second slot is connected with the second telescopic rod in a sliding mode.
Further, the supporting device is provided with a strap, and two ends of the strap are connected to the supporting plate and the nursing plate through hooks respectively. The main function of the harness is to transfer the weight of the pregnant abdomen device to the shoulders when the pregnant woman gets out of bed for activity, providing better stability.
Furthermore, the annular air cushion is formed by sealing an inner container and surface glue, and the side surface of the annular air cushion is provided with a charging and discharging nozzle; the top surface of the face rubber is provided with a magnetic fixing ring, and the lower bottom surface of the face rubber is provided with anti-skid lines; the magnetic fixing ring is magnetically attracted on the magnetic ring piece on the inner side of the nursing plate; the circle center vertical lines of the magnetic fixing ring, the magnetic ring sheet and the through hole are overlapped.
Furthermore, the negative pressure plate is formed by connecting a fixed pipe with a negative pressure chassis through a negative pressure chamber; the outer wall of the negative pressure pipe is provided with threads which can be connected to the through hole in a threaded manner; the negative pressure chamber is a hemispherical shell, and the top end of the negative pressure chamber is provided with an opening matched with the negative pressure pipe in size; the negative pressure chassis is an annular plastic sheet matched with the shape of the abdominal incision, and the middle part of the negative pressure chassis is provided with an opening matched with the size of the bottom surface of the pressure chamber.
Further, the dressing is one or more of chitosan fiber, collagen fiber, gelatin fiber and the like, and is of a fiber layer structure. The fibrous layer structure can effectively adsorb fat drops dissociating in the incision, keep the incision dry and accelerate the healing of the incision.
Furthermore, the suction machine is a medical suction machine or a manual suction machine, and the generated negative pressure is between-10 and-25 kpa.
The medical suction machine is a main using instrument during the nursing period of the pregnant woman in the caesarean section, and the manual suction machine is used for ensuring that the nursing instrument can still generate intermittent negative pressure when the pregnant woman in the caesarean section moves out of bed.
The negative pressure of the contact surface of the dressing and the wound surface in the negative pressure drainage device is between-10 and-25 kpa. Negative pressure drainage can promote debridement and healing of different wounds, the exudate of a wound surface cannot be fully led out due to too small negative pressure, local blood perfusion is poor due to too high negative pressure, and the optimal pressure for the wound surface of fat and subcutaneous tissues is-10 to-25 kpa, so that the pressure of the wound surface can be maintained, and the local tissues cannot be damaged.
Furthermore, the single irradiation time of the electromagnetic wave treatment device should be controlled within 15-20 min. If the irradiation time is too short, the treatment effect cannot be achieved, and if the irradiation time is too long, the abdomen skin of the lying-in woman can be burnt.
Furthermore, the outer wall of the connecting pipe is provided with threads, and the connecting pipe can be connected to the through hole in a threaded mode. The connecting pipe not only plays a role in fixing the therapeutic lamp cap, but also plays a role in connecting the therapeutic lamp cap with the power supply equipment, and the mechanical and electrical integrity of the electromagnetic wave therapeutic device is guaranteed.

1) the wearable support structure is provided, and discomfort of wearing of the pregnant woman can be reduced to the greatest extent by utilizing the ergonomically designed style; the wearable health care bed can ensure that the pregnant women can continuously provide due postpartum care no matter the pregnant women take a rest on the sickbed or get out of the sickbed for activity recovery, so that the pregnant women can recover early.
2) The adjustable pressurizing device designed by the invention replaces the traditional sandbag for pressing the uterine fundus, and due to the adjustable and controllable inflation degree, the problem that a puerpera can bear huge pain because the pressing strength is not gradually increased due to fixed weight of the sandbag in the pressing process of the sandbag is avoided; moreover, because the device adopts an air source, the problem of wound infection possibly caused by sand leakage of the traditional sandbag is avoided.
3) The negative pressure suction device designed by the invention can suck the free floating fat drops in the incision out of the incision through the dressing, so that the generation of a cavity is avoided, and the healing of the incision is promoted. The pregnant woman obtains a cleaner nursing environment, and meanwhile, extra pain caused by dressing change during nursing is not needed to be endured, the physical and mental burden of the pregnant woman is relieved, and the workload of medical staff is reduced.
4) The invention integrates the latest electromagnetic treatment means into nursing treatment, can effectively prevent the postoperative incision of the pregnant woman in caesarean section from generating the conditions of fat liquefaction and abdominal cavity adhesion, accelerates the healing of the wound, reduces the hospitalization time of the pregnant woman and reduces the medical expense.
