一种无线通信方法、终端设备和网络设备,能够满足5G通信系统对通信性能的要求。该方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的激活信令,所述激活信令用于激活所述终端设备持续性上报第一CSI;在接收到所述激活信令之后,所述终端设备向所述网络设备持续性上报所述第一CSI,直到接收到所述网络设备发送的去激活信令,其中,所述去激活信令用于指示所述终端设备停止上报所述第一CSI。
