一种闪烁光源的识别方法以及装置。所述方法包括:通过卷帘式图像传感器对环境背景进行图像采集得到识别图像(110),其中所述环境背景包括可移动的闪烁光源;获取识别图像中的条纹集合(120),其中,所述条纹集合为卷帘式图像传感器对闪烁光源进行采集而得到的;以所述条纹集合的中心为基准点,沿着第一方向进行采样以获得n个采样点(130);对所述n个采样点进行数据处理从而识别所述闪烁光源。
