randomly selecting, by the transmission reception point, a random number from the set of random numbers after receiving the communication channel exclusive use status request message;
deleting the selected random number from the set of random numbers; and
converting the selected random number into the waiting time based on the corresponding relation between the random number and the waiting time;
wherein if the set of random numbers becomes an empty set after deleting the selected random numbers, a new set of random numbers is generated again.
3. A computer-readable storage medium having code stored therein for:
collecting safety protection information by a mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal sends an access request to a transmission receiving point;
receiving, by a mobile terminal, an access response message, wherein the access response message is transmitted by the transmission receiving point in response to receiving the access request;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a communication channel exclusive use state request message to the transmission reception point in response to receiving the access response message;
receiving, by a mobile terminal, a communication channel exclusive use status response message, wherein the communication channel exclusive use status response message is transmitted by the transmission reception point in response to receiving the communication channel exclusive use status request message, and wherein the communication channel exclusive use status response message includes a waiting time therein;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the mobile terminal obtains exclusive use of a communication channel based on the communication channel exclusive use status response message;
if the mobile terminal is judged not to obtain the exclusive use of the communication channel, the mobile terminal sends a communication channel exclusive use state request message to the transmission receiving point again after the waiting time;
if the mobile terminal is judged to obtain exclusive use of a communication channel, the mobile terminal sends safety protection information to the transmission receiving point; and
in response to receiving the safety protection information, the transmission receiving point forwards the safety protection information to a safety protection center;
wherein the communication channel exclusive use status request message includes a mobile terminal ID of the mobile terminal, and wherein different mobile terminals have different mobile terminal IDs;
wherein the communication channel exclusive use status response message is broadcast by the transmission reception point in response to successful reception of the communication channel exclusive use status request message, wherein the communication channel exclusive use status response message includes the mobile terminal ID of one of the received mobile terminal IDs of the plurality of mobile terminals;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the mobile terminal obtains exclusive use of a communication channel based on the communication channel exclusive use status response message includes the steps of:
decoding, by the mobile terminal, the received communication channel exclusive use status response message to obtain a mobile terminal ID; and
if the obtained mobile terminal ID is consistent with the mobile terminal ID of the mobile terminal, judging that the mobile terminal obtains exclusive use of a communication channel;
and wherein the wait time included in the communication channel exclusive use status response message is generated by:
establishing a random number set and establishing a corresponding relation between the random numbers in the random number set and the waiting time;
randomly selecting, by the transmission reception point, a random number from the set of random numbers after receiving the communication channel exclusive use status request message;
deleting the selected random number from the set of random numbers; and
converting the selected random number into the waiting time based on the corresponding relation between the random number and the waiting time;
if the set of random numbers becomes an empty set after the selected random numbers are deleted, a new set of random numbers is generated again.
