本发明公开了一种防裂实木复合免漆门，涉及复合免漆门领域，包括门体，门体内部上下两侧表面固定连接有横固定架，门体内部左右两侧表面固定连接有竖固定架，并且竖固定架与横固定架的接合处通过固定销进行固定，横固定架中间内部设有第三固定槽，第三固定槽内部固定安装有实木芯板，实木芯板左右两侧表面固定安装有PVC层。本发明能够防止外界空气进入，使木材不会在湿度高的空气中吸收水分，产生内外应力的变化而导致开裂变形，并且实木芯板表面安装有PVC层和防裂密度板，即使密封薄膜破裂，也能够有效的防止实木芯板产生破裂，起到三重防护的效果，保护效果非常好，实用性强。

背景技术
复合门的通用结构是内框架、门芯、饰面板，根据各部件的材质、做法决定各种性能、档次，由两种或两种以上主要材料做成的门。高密度板，板材的一种，按密度分为低密度、中密度、高密度。按原料分可以分为纤维密度板、胶合密度板、刨花密度板等。纤维密度板是将木材、树枝等物体放在水中浸泡后打碎压制而成，是以木质纤维或其他植物纤维为原料，施加脲醛树脂或其他适用的胶粘剂制成的人造板材。刨花密度板由木材或其他木质纤维素材料制成的碎料，施加胶粘剂后在热力和压力作用下胶合成的人造板。高密度纤维板，是以木质纤维或其它植物纤维为原料，施加脲醛树脂，或其它合成树脂在加热加压的条件下压制成的一种板材。
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对于家居的要求越来越高，现有的复合免漆门伴随着使用过程中气候的变化，加上密封性不是很好，不能有效地防止空气进入木材纤维，然后木材就会在湿度高的空气中吸收水分，产生内外应力的变化而导致开裂变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防裂实木复合免漆门，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种防裂实木复合免漆门，包括门体，门体内部上下两侧表面固定连接有横固定架，所述门体内部左右两侧表面固定连接有竖固定架，并且竖固定架与横固定架的接合处通过固定销进行固定，所述横固定架中间内部设有第三固定槽，第三固定槽内部固定安装有实木芯板，实木芯板左右两侧表面固定安装有PVC层，PVC层的数量为两个，两个PVC层的左右两侧表面固定安装有防裂密度板，所述门体内表面四周固定安装有密封薄膜。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述横固定架下表面左右两侧分别设有第一固定槽和第二固定槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽内部固定安装有第一玻璃纤维板和第二玻璃纤维板。

具体来说，所述横固定架7中间内部设有第三固定槽14，第三固定槽14内部固定安装有实木芯板20，实木芯板20左右两侧表面固定安装有PVC层15，PVC层15的数量为两个，两个PVC层15的左右两侧表面固定安装有防裂密度板16，所述门体1内表面四周固定安装有密封薄膜10，所述门体1前表面左侧上方固定安装有扬声器2，使其将门外的声音清楚的传到屋内，所述门体1前表面上方中部固定安装有猫眼3，通过猫眼3使主人能够在屋内观察到门外的情况，所述门体1前表面右侧中部固定安装有门锁4，门锁4前表面上方安装有门把手5，所述门锁4前表面下方设有锁孔6，该防裂实木复合免漆门，通过门体内表面安装有密封薄膜10，使门体1内部与外界进行空气隔绝，防止外界空气进入，使木材不会在湿度高的空气中吸收水分，产生内外应力的变化而导致开裂变形，并且实木芯板表面安装有PVC层15和防裂密度板16，即使密封薄膜10破裂，也能够有效的防止实木芯板20产生破裂，起到三重防护的效果，保护效果非常好，实用性强。

请参阅图3，实施例二与实施例一的区别在于，所述横固定架7下表面左右两侧分别设有第一固定槽11和第二固定槽17，第一固定槽11和第二固定槽17内部固定安装有第一玻璃纤维板12和第二玻璃纤维板18，第一玻璃纤维板12和第二玻璃纤维板18左右两侧表面分别固定安装有第一保温棉13和第二保温棉19，通过实木芯板20左右两侧表面设有第一玻璃纤维板12和第二玻璃纤维板18，起到吸音、隔声、隔热、环保以及阻燃的作用，并且通过第一玻璃纤维板12和第二玻璃纤维板18左右两侧表面分别固定安装有第一保温棉13和第二保温棉19，起到很好的保温效果。
