The working process of the invention comprises the steps of firstly, stably placing the whole body at a position required by a user through a connecting bottom plate 35, then disassembling a locking bolt 30, opening a blocking cover 2 by using a first handle 33, upwards pulling out a supporting frame from the direction of a chute by using a second handle 34, then placing clothes between two cross rods 4, clamping the four corner position areas of the clothes by using a spring clamp 7, tightly supporting the clothes on the supporting frame, then inserting the supporting frame into a box body 1 along the direction of the chute by rotating a guide wheel 6, enabling the bottom end of a supporting rod 32 to be in contact with the inner wall of the bottom side of the box body 1, then closing the blocking cover 2, enabling a sealing cover 28 to be sealed and improved with a pick-and-place opening under the action of a sealing ring 29, then installing the locking bolt 30, locking and fixing the blocking cover 2 and the box body 1, and then connecting a suction fan 18 and a heating wire 14 with an external power supply, the suction fan 18 is opened, external air is blown into the first filtering box 22 from the air inlet pipe 17, meanwhile, the air is filtered by a plurality of groups of filtering nets 24, the filtered air enters the heating box 10, meanwhile, the heating wire 14 is controlled by the controller 15 to be heated, the flow rate of the air is reduced through the blocking effect of the flow blocking plate 31, the air is fully heated in the heating box 10, the heated air is uniformly distributed to the inside of a plurality of groups of drying pipes 16 from the annular air homogenizing box 11 and is uniformly blown to clothes, the used air is intensively exhausted from the exhaust port and is recycled to the inside of the heating box 10 through the air return pipe 21, pungent odor contained in the air is adsorbed by the activated carbon adsorbent 26, meanwhile, the air in the atmospheric environment is supplemented to the inside of the heating box 10 through the air inlet pipe 17 at any time, so that hot air can be continuously blown to the clothes and dried, after drying, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp tube 8 is powered on and opened, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp tube 8 is controlled to be opened through the control switch 9, and finally the clothes are disinfected.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.
