of use, and the bottom of box 1 and heating cabinet 10 is provided with connecting bottom plate 35 to the bottom of landing leg 3 and base 12 respectively with the top left side and the regional fixed connection in right side of connecting bottom plate 35, improve holistic wholeness.
The working process of the invention comprises the steps of firstly, stably placing the whole body at a position required by a user through a connecting bottom plate 35, then disassembling a locking bolt 30, opening a blocking cover 2 by using a first handle 33, upwards pulling out a supporting frame from the direction of a chute by using a second handle 34, then placing clothes between two cross rods 4, clamping the four corner position areas of the clothes by using a spring clamp 7, tightly supporting the clothes on the supporting frame, then inserting the supporting frame into a box body 1 along the direction of the chute by rotating a guide wheel 6, enabling the bottom end of a supporting rod 32 to be in contact with the inner wall of the bottom side of the box body 1, then closing the blocking cover 2, enabling a sealing cover 28 to be sealed and improved with a pick-and-place opening under the action of a sealing ring 29, then installing the locking bolt 30, locking and fixing the blocking cover 2 and the box body 1, and then connecting a suction fan 18 and a heating wire 14 with an external power supply, the suction fan 18 is opened, external air is blown into the first filtering box 22 from the air inlet pipe 17, meanwhile, the air is filtered by a plurality of groups of filtering nets 24, the filtered air enters the heating box 10, meanwhile, the heating wire 14 is controlled by the controller 15 to be heated, the flow rate of the air is reduced through the blocking effect of the flow blocking plate 31, the air is fully heated in the heating box 10, the heated air is uniformly distributed to the inside of a plurality of groups of drying pipes 16 from the annular air homogenizing box 11 and is uniformly blown to clothes, the used air is intensively exhausted from the exhaust port and is recycled to the inside of the heating box 10 through the air return pipe 21, pungent odor contained in the air is adsorbed by the activated carbon adsorbent 26, meanwhile, the air in the atmospheric environment is supplemented to the inside of the heating box 10 through the air inlet pipe 17 at any time, so that hot air can be continuously blown to the clothes and dried, after drying, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp tube 8 is powered on and opened, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp tube 8 is controlled to be opened through the control switch 9, and finally the clothes are disinfected.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.

The clothes drying and sterilizing device is characterized by comprising a box body (1), a supporting frame, a hot air drying device and a sterilizing component, wherein sliding grooves are longitudinally and symmetrically formed in the left side area and the right side area of the inner wall of the circumference of the box body (1), a taking and placing opening is formed in the top end of the box body (1), a blocking cover (2) is arranged on the taking and placing opening, supporting legs (3) are arranged in the four corner position area of the bottom end of the box body (1), the supporting frame comprises transverse rods (4) which are vertically and symmetrically distributed, the two transverse rods (4) are connected in a supporting mode through two bilaterally symmetrical supporting rods (5), guide wheels (6) are arranged at the left end and the right end of each transverse rod (4), the guide wheels (6) are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves, spring clamps (7) are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of each transverse rod (4), and each spring clamp (7) is located in the area between the two transverse rods (4), the disinfection component comprises two groups of ultraviolet disinfection lamp tubes (8), the ultraviolet disinfection lamp tubes (8) are respectively arranged below the cross rods (4), a control switch (9) used for controlling the two groups of ultraviolet disinfection lamp tubes (8) to be synchronously opened and closed is arranged on the lower side of the outer wall of the left end of the box body (1), the control switch (9) is electrically connected with the two groups of ultraviolet disinfection lamp tubes (8), the hot air drying device comprises a heating box (10) and an annular air homogenizing box (11), a base (12) is arranged at the bottom end of the heating box (10), a supporting pipe (13) is transversely arranged between the left side wall and the right side wall of the heating box (10), heating wires (14) are wound on the supporting pipe (13), a controller (15) used for heating the heating wires (14) is arranged on the outer wall of the right side of the heating box (10), and the heating wires (14) are electrically connected with the controller (15), the annular air homogenizing box (11) is sleeved outside the box body (1), a space is reserved between the annular air homogenizing box (11) and the box body (1), the annular air homogenizing box (11) and the box body (1) are communicated through drying pipes (16) arranged on a plurality of groups of circumferences, the plurality of groups of drying pipes (16) are arranged from the annular air homogenizing box (11) to the box body (1) in a downward inclining mode, the top end of the heating box (10) is communicated with the top end of the annular air homogenizing box (11) through an air inlet pipe (17), the air inlet pipe (17) is communicated with a suction fan (18), the lower side of the right end of the heating box (10) is communicated with an air inlet pipe (19), the right side of the air inlet pipe (19) is respectively communicated with a first air pipe (20) and a second air pipe, the bottom end of the box body (1) is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is communicated with an air return pipe (21), the air return pipe (21) is communicated with a second air pipe, a first filter box (22) and a second filter box (23) are respectively communicated and arranged on the first air pipe (20) and the second air pipe, an air inlet is formed in the right end of the first filter box (22), a plurality of groups of filter screens (24) are longitudinally arranged in the first filter device, a metal mesh enclosure (25) is arranged in the second filter box (23), and an activated carbon adsorbent (26) is filled in the metal mesh enclosure (25);
the left end of the blocking cover (2) is hinged to the left side of the top end of the box body (1) through a hinge, the bottom end of the blocking cover (2) is provided with a sealing cover (28), the sealing cover (28) is located inside the fetching and placing opening, a sealing ring (29) used for sealing a gap between the fetching and placing opening and the sealing cover (28) is sleeved on the lower side area of the outer wall of the circumference of the sealing cover (28), and a locking device is arranged between the blocking cover (2) and the box body (1).
2. The drying and sterilizing device for the clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that the communication position of the air inlet pipe (17) and the top end of the heating box (10) is communicated through an air suction cover (27) arranged in an inverted cone shape.

A clothes drying and sterilizing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking device comprises a locking bolt (30), a bolt hole is longitudinally arranged on the right side area of the top end of the baffle cover (2), a threaded hole is longitudinally arranged on the right side area of the top end of the box body (1), and the bottom end of the locking bolt (30) passes through the bolt hole from the top end of the baffle cover (2) and is inserted into the threaded hole in a screw-in mode.

The drying and sterilizing device for clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that a baffle plate (31) is transversely arranged on the upper side inside the heating box (10), and a plurality of groups of air outlet through holes which penetrate up and down are arranged on the baffle plate (31).

A clothes drying and sterilizing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom end of the cross bar (4) in the lower area of the cross bar (4) is provided with a plurality of sets of struts (32), and the bottom ends of the plurality of sets of struts (32) are in contact with the inner bottom wall of the box body (1).
