And finally, cooling the temperature of the reaction kettle to 35 ℃, adding 4mL of dimethyldichlorosilane under stirring, stirring at the speed of 60 r/min for 35min, and cooling to room temperature after stopping stirring to form the antirust liquid, wherein the prepared antirust liquid is colorless in appearance and has surface tension of 59.5 mN/m.

Claims (10)

1. The cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust liquid comprises a microemulsion, a phosphoric acid mixed solution and dimethyldichlorosilane, wherein the volume ratio of the microemulsion to the phosphoric acid mixed solution is as follows: microemulsion: dimethyldichlorosilane ═ 1: 0.025 to 0.26: 0.004-0.02;
the microemulsion takes propylene glycol as a solvent, and each liter of propylene glycol contains 15-45 g of glucose and 23-55 g of fatty acid methyl ester;
the phosphoric acid mixed solution takes 0.5-2 wt.% phosphoric acid solution as a solvent, and each liter of the 0.5-2 wt.% phosphoric acid solution contains 35-190 mg of lauric acid monoester, 145-270 mg of palmitic acid monoester and 95-170 mg of stearic acid triester.

The cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the microemulsion is as follows: adding glucose and fatty acid methyl ester into propylene glycol, stirring for 2-3 hours at the temperature of 145-165 ℃ and the pressure of 0.6-0.9 MPa, wherein the stirring speed is 35-55 revolutions per minute, and microemulsion is formed in the stirring process.

The cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the volume ratio of the phosphoric acid mixed liquid to the microemulsion to the dimethyldichlorosilane is phosphoric acid mixed liquid: microemulsion: dimethyldichlorosilane ═ 1: 0.07-0.12: 0.009-0.013.
4. The cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface tension of the cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust liquid is 59.4-76.5 mN/m.
5. The method for preparing the cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust fluid as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
1) preparation of microemulsions
Adding glucose and fatty acid methyl ester into propylene glycol, and stirring for 2-3 hours at the temperature of 145-165 ℃ and the pressure of 0.6-0.9 MPa to form microemulsion;
wherein the addition amount of the glucose and the fatty acid methyl ester is as follows: each liter of propylene glycol contains 15-45 g of glucose and 23-55 g of fatty acid methyl ester;
2) preparing phosphoric acid mixed liquor
Adding 35-190 mg/L of lauric acid monoester, 145-270 mg/L of palmitic acid monoester and 95-170 mg/L of stearic acid triester into 0.5-2 wt.% of phosphoric acid solution, and stirring at the speed of 110-130 r/min for 20-40 min to obtain a phosphoric acid mixed solution;
3) mixing
Heating the phosphoric acid mixed solution in the step 2) to 45-55 ℃, dropwise adding the microemulsion in the step 1) while stirring, and stirring for 40-70 min after dropwise adding, wherein the stirring speed is 40-60 revolutions per minute, so as to obtain a reaction solution;
cooling the reaction liquid to 27-35 ℃, adding dimethyldichlorosilane while stirring, stirring at the speed of 60-80 revolutions per minute for 20-40 min, and cooling to room temperature after stopping to form an antirust liquid;
wherein, phosphoric acid mixed solution: microemulsion: dimethyldichlorosilane ═ 1: 0.025 to 0.26: 0.004-0.02 volume ratio.
6. The method for preparing the cold-forming hot-rolling acid-washing high-strength steel antirust liquid according to claim 5, wherein the phosphoric acid mixed liquid is: microemulsion: dimethyldichlorosilane ═ 1: 0.07-0.12: 0.009-0.013, volume ratio.
7. The rust inhibitive liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is used in rust inhibitive treatment of cold-formed hot-rolled pickled high-strength steel.
8. The rust inhibitive method of cold forming hot rolling pickled high strength steel using the rust inhibitive liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
a) heating and rolling
Putting the continuous casting slab into a heating furnace for heating, wherein the tapping temperature is 1150-1250 ℃, and then carrying out hot rolling, wherein the final rolling temperature is controlled at 750-960 ℃;
b) acid pickling
Carrying out turbulent acid washing on the plate blank cooled to room temperature, wherein the acid washing speed is 190-230 m/min, the acid washing solution concentration is 6-11%, the acid washing temperature is 70-90 ℃, and the strip steel tension is 9.8-11.8 MPa;
c) spraying antirust liquid
Spraying antirust liquid to the pickled plate blank, wherein the spraying pressure is 0.9-1.1 Mpa;
d) blowing and coiling
The slab is heated and blown by steam and then coiled, wherein the steam blowing temperature is 115-130 ℃, and the blowing flow at the edge part is 9000-12000 m3/h。
9. The rust preventive method for cold-formed, hot-rolled and pickled high-strength steel using the rust preventive liquid according to claim 8, wherein in step c), 3 to 5 rows of nozzles are provided, and the pitch of the nozzles is 20 to 25 mm.

The rust prevention method for cold-forming hot-rolling pickled high-strength steel by using the rust prevention liquid according to claim 8 or 9, wherein in the continuous casting slab in the step a), the chemical components comprise the following components in percentage by mass: c: 0.06-0.08%, S: 0.005-0.008%, P: 0.01 to 0.02%, Mn: 0.9-1.2%, Si: 0.1-0.3%, Al: 0.04-0.06%, Nb: 0.04-0.05%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
