Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, four pivot shafts are sequentially distributed along the circumferential direction of the article conveying path 200, a first end of one pivot shaft is opposite to a second end of an adjacent pivot shaft, the driving assembly includes four driving members, the four driving members are all fixedly connected to the frame, and each driving member is in transmission connection with a first end of the corresponding pivot shaft. Each pivot shaft is in transmission connection with a corresponding driving piece, and all the channel plates can be driven to swing around the axis of the corresponding pivot shaft through the driving pieces, or the channel plates of the driving parts can rotate around the axis of the corresponding pivot shaft through the corresponding driving pieces, so that the first opening 201 is enlarged, the second opening 202 is reduced, or the first opening 201 is reduced, and the second opening 202 is enlarged.
Further, along the extending direction of the article conveying channel 200, the distance between the pivot shaft and the first opening 201 and the distance between the pivot shaft and the second opening 202 are equal. As shown in fig. 1, the pivot shafts are located outside the article conveying passage 200, the length direction of the pivot shafts is perpendicular to the length direction of the passage plate, both ends of the pivot shafts are cylindrical, the radial cross sections of the connecting portions of the pivot shafts and the passage plate are semicircular, so that the connecting surfaces matched with the passage plate are formed in the middle of the pivot shafts, the connecting surfaces are fixedly connected with the middle of the corresponding passage plate, and the axes of the pivot shafts are located on the same plane; the pivot shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of the channel plate, so that the two ends of the channel plate can be conveniently controlled to move for the same distance, and the expanded ranges of the two openings of the article conveying channel 200 are the same; the pin joint shaft is fixedly connected with the channel plate through the connecting surface, so that the connecting area of the pin joint shaft and the channel plate is increased, and the connecting stability is improved.
Further, the width of the channel plate gradually decreases from the pivot shaft to both ends of the channel plate. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the channel plate is flat, and along the extending direction of the channel plate, from the pivot shaft to the two ends of the channel plate, the two side edges of the channel plate are inclined toward the direction close to each other; the width at both ends of the channel plate is less than the width of the middle part of the channel plate, so that when one ends corresponding to the plurality of channel plates are close to each other, the adjacent two channel plates are prevented from being influenced mutually.
In other embodiments, the channel plates are arc-shaped plates, the two ends of each arc-shaped plate along the length direction extend towards the direction far away from the center of the article conveying channel 200, and the plurality of channel plates are sequentially distributed to form the article conveying channel 200 with the circular cross section, so that the guide effect on the articles with the circular cross sections is conveniently achieved.
Furthermore, the article conveying device also comprises a rack for supporting the pivot shaft, the driving assembly comprises a driving piece and an elastic piece, the driving piece is in transmission connection with the pivot shaft, and the driving piece is used for driving the pivot shaft to rotate around the axis of the driving piece along a first direction; the elastic piece is connected between the frame and the channel plate and is used for enabling the channel plate to always have the tendency of rotating around the axis of the pivoting shaft of the channel plate along a second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
As shown in fig. 1, the frame includes four upright columns 410, the upright columns 410 are disposed on both sides of the passageway plate, the length direction of the upright columns 410 is the same as the extending direction of the article conveying passageway 200, and the pivot shaft is pivotally connected to the upright columns 410; in some embodiments, the driving member includes a motor 120, the motor 120 is fixedly connected to the upright 410, an output shaft of the motor 120 is in transmission connection with the pivot shaft, and two ends of the elastic member are respectively fixedly connected to the upright 410 and the pivot shaft (or the corresponding channel plate). When the first opening 201 of the article conveying passage 200 is required to be enlarged, the motor 120 drives the pivot shaft to drive the passage plate to rotate around the axis of the pivot shaft along the first direction, and when the second opening 202 of the article conveying passage 200 is required to be enlarged, the motor 120 stops driving the pivot shaft, and under the action of the elastic member, the pivot shaft drives the passage plate to rotate around the axis of the pivot shaft along the second direction. The motor 120 cooperates with the elastic member to realize the bidirectional rotation of the pivot shaft.
In other embodiments, the driving member includes an electromagnet 110, the electromagnet 110 is fixedly connected to the upright 410, a magnet is disposed at an end of the pivot shaft opposite to the electromagnet 110, and two ends of the elastic member are fixedly connected to the upright 410 and the pivot shaft, respectively. When the first opening 201 of the article conveying channel 200 is required to be enlarged, the coil in the electromagnet 110 is electrified, the electromagnet 110 drives the pivot shaft to rotate along the first direction through the magnet, meanwhile, the elastic piece is stretched, when the second opening 202 of the article conveying channel 200 is required to be enlarged, the coil in the electromagnet 110 is powered off, and under the action of restoring force of the elastic piece, the pivot shaft drives the channel plate to rotate along the second direction around the axis of the pivot shaft.
A second aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent logistics cabinet, including: a cabinet 500 and the above-described article conveying device; the article conveying device is disposed inside the cabinet 500, and the first opening 201 of the article conveying passage 200 of the article conveying device is communicated with the outside.
The intelligent logistics cabinet further comprises a turnover grid and an ejection device 540 arranged inside the cabinet body 500; the turnover compartment is opposite to the second opening 202 of the article conveying passage 200, and the ejection device 540 is used for conveying the articles in the turnover compartment to the outside of the cabinet 500 through the article conveying passage 200 or conveying the articles outside the cabinet 500 to the turnover compartment through the article conveying passage 200.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, an unmanned aerial vehicle access port 501 for an unmanned aerial vehicle to access articles is arranged at the top of the cabinet 500, at least one user access port 502 for manually accessing articles is arranged on the side surface of the cabinet 500, a shelf 510 is arranged in the cabinet 500, a storage grid for placing articles is arranged on the shelf 510, and a turnover grid is arranged on the shelf 510 and is opposite to the second opening 202 of the fast-transit conveying passage; the intelligent logistics cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a storage box 520 for carrying articles, a delivery device 530 is further arranged in the cabinet body 500, and the delivery device 530 is positioned between the shelf 510 and the user access opening 502 and is used for conveying the storage box 520 between the storage cell opening and the user access opening 502. The delivery device 530 and the ejection device 540 cooperate to enable the unmanned aerial vehicle to store and take articles.
The embodiment of the invention provides an article conveying device and an intelligent logistics cabinet, wherein the article conveying device comprises: the device comprises a driving assembly and a channel plate assembly, wherein the channel plate assembly comprises a plurality of channel plates, the plurality of channel plates are sequentially distributed and enclose an article conveying channel 200, and a first opening 201 and a second opening 202 are respectively formed at two ends of the article conveying channel 200; the middle part of at least one channel plate is fixedly provided with a pivot shaft, the driving component is in transmission connection with the pivot shaft, and the driving component is used for driving the pivot shaft to drive the channel plate to swing around the axis of the pivot shaft so as to enlarge the first opening 201 and simultaneously reduce the second opening 202, or reduce the first opening 201 and simultaneously enlarge the second opening 202. When the unmanned aerial vehicle delivers articles into the intelligent logistics cabinet through the article conveying channel 200, the driving assembly drives the pivoting shaft to drive the channel plate connected with the pivoting shaft to rotate around the axis of the pivoting shaft, the first opening 201 of the article conveying channel 200 opposite to the unmanned aerial vehicle is enlarged, and the second opening 202 is reduced, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle is facilitated to throw articles into the article conveying channel 200, and the articles are guided to the turnover lattice opening after entering the intelligent logistics cabinet; when ejecting device 540 outwards ejected article, drive assembly drive pin joint axle drives the passageway board of being connected with the pin joint axle and rotates around the axis of pin joint axle, and article transfer passage 200 enlarges with the uncovered 202 of the relative second of ejecting device 540, and first uncovered 201 dwindles, is favorable to article to get into article transfer passage 200 from intelligent commodity circulation cabinet, is favorable to article to be given unmanned aerial vehicle. Compared with the prior art, the article conveying device provided by the embodiment of the invention can enlarge the corresponding opening according to the position of the article entering the article conveying channel 200, is favorable for the article to be conveyed out, and is also favorable for the article to be conveyed to the target position through the article conveying channel 200.

Claims (8)

1. An article conveying apparatus, characterized by comprising: the device comprises a driving assembly and a channel plate assembly, wherein the channel plate assembly comprises a plurality of channel plates which are sequentially distributed to enclose an article conveying channel, and a first opening and a second opening are respectively formed at two ends of the article conveying channel;
a pivot shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of at least one channel plate, the driving component is in transmission connection with the pivot shaft, and the driving component is used for driving the pivot shaft to drive the channel plate to swing around the axis of the pivot shaft so as to enlarge the first opening and simultaneously reduce the second opening, or reduce the first opening and simultaneously enlarge the second opening;
the channel plate assembly comprises a first channel plate and a second channel plate which are arranged adjacently, the pivoting shafts are fixedly arranged in the middle of the first channel plate and the middle of the second channel plate, the driving assembly comprises a driving piece, the driving piece is in transmission connection with one of the two pivoting shafts, and the two pivoting shafts are in transmission connection through a bevel gear set;
the channel plate assembly further comprises a third channel plate and a fourth channel plate, the pivot shafts are fixedly arranged in the middle of the third channel plate and the middle of the fourth channel plate, the first channel plate, the second channel plate, the third channel plate and the fourth channel plate are sequentially distributed and enclose the article conveying channel, the four pivot shafts are arranged in a quadrilateral mode, and any two adjacent pivot shafts are in transmission connection through a bevel gear set.
2. The article transport device of claim 1, further comprising four posts, the four posts being quadrilateral for supporting the four articulated shafts.
3. The article transport device of claim 1, wherein the pivot axis is equidistant from the first opening and the second opening.
4. The article transport device according to claim 1, wherein the width of the passage plate is gradually reduced from the pivot shaft to both ends of the passage plate.

The article conveying device according to claim 1, further comprising a frame for supporting the pivot shaft, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving member and an elastic member, the driving member is in transmission connection with the pivot shaft, and the driving member is used for driving the pivot shaft to rotate around the axis of the driving member in a first direction; the elastic piece is connected between the rack and the channel plate, and the elastic piece is used for enabling the channel plate to always have the tendency of rotating around the axis of the pivoting shaft of the channel plate along a second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction.

An article conveying apparatus, characterized by comprising: the device comprises a driving assembly and a channel plate assembly, wherein the channel plate assembly comprises a plurality of channel plates which are sequentially distributed to enclose an article conveying channel, and a first opening and a second opening are respectively formed at two ends of the article conveying channel;
a pivot shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of at least one channel plate, the driving component is in transmission connection with the pivot shaft, and the driving component is used for driving the pivot shaft to drive the channel plate to swing around the axis of the pivot shaft so as to enlarge the first opening and simultaneously reduce the second opening, or reduce the first opening and simultaneously enlarge the second opening;
the channel plate assembly comprises a first channel plate, a second channel plate, a third channel plate and a fourth channel plate, the middle parts of the first channel plate, the second channel plate, the third channel plate and the fourth channel plate are all fixedly provided with the pivot shafts, the first channel plate, the second channel plate, the third channel plate and the fourth channel plate are sequentially distributed and enclosed to form the article conveying channel, the four pivot shafts are arranged in a quadrilateral shape, and any two adjacent pivot shafts are in transmission connection through a bevel gear group;
the driving assembly comprises driving pieces, the number of the driving pieces is the same as that of the pivot shafts, and the driving pieces are in one-to-one transmission connection with the pivot shafts.

An intelligent logistics cabinet, comprising: a cabinet and the article conveying device of any one of claims 1 to 6; the article conveying device is arranged in the cabinet body, and a first opening of an article conveying channel of the article conveying device is communicated with the outside.

The intelligent logistics cabinet of claim 7 further comprising a turnaround cell and an ejector disposed inside the cabinet body; the turnover lattice opening is opposite to the second opening of the article conveying channel, and the ejection device is used for conveying articles in the turnover lattice opening to the outside of the cabinet body through the article conveying channel or conveying articles outside the cabinet body to the turnover lattice opening through the article conveying channel.
