Background
By introducing the computer and the Internet of things technology, the traditional textile industry can realize digital transformation, so that the quality control level is improved. For example, for a traditional textile workshop, a wireless radio frequency technology can be used for uniquely marking and identifying each yarn tube, so that management means such as circulation process monitoring and product quality tracing are implemented.
The wireless radio frequency technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology which is rising in the 90 th century. The wireless radio frequency technology carries out non-contact bidirectional data transmission between the identifier and the radio frequency tag so as to achieve the aim of target identification and data exchange. Compared with the traditional bar code, magnetic card and IC card, the radio frequency tag has the characteristics of non-contact, high reading speed, no abrasion, no environmental influence, long service life, convenient use and anti-collision function.
However, in the production process of textile industry, millions of semi-finished containers (such as bobbins) are available, and how to add the radio frequency tag without damaging or replacing the semi-finished container is a worth exploring problem.
