The sleeve joint ring 229-2 moves upwards so that the regular seal ring in the sleeve joint ring 229-2 is extruded by the sleeve joint rod 229-1, and therefore the regular seal ring enters into the through hole of the aluminum oil cooler under extrusion, and the regular seal ring is installed.

The bottom of the workbench is provided with a conveying groove 236, a conveying frame 237 is slidably connected in the conveying groove 236, the bottom of the conveying frame 237 is connected with a cylinder to move, the conveying frame 237 is fixedly connected with a conveying cylinder 238, two sides of the conveying cylinder 238 are connected with fixing clamps 239, and the fixing clamps 239 are used for clamping an aluminum oil cooler and driving the aluminum oil cooler to reach the irregular sealing ring assembling mechanism 3.
After the regular sealing rings are installed, the conveying air cylinder 238 works, so that the fixing clamp 239 clamps the aluminum oil cooler, and meanwhile, the fixing air cylinder reversely drives the fixing rod to move, so that the fixing rod is separated from the aluminum oil cooler, and the aluminum oil cooler moves forwards under the driving of the conveying frame 237, so that the aluminum oil cooler reaches the position of the irregular sealing ring assembling mechanism 3.

The first air cylinder 323 drives the clamping block 324 to move downwards, and finally the air cylinder enables the clamping block 324 to be separated, and the irregular sealing ring enters the clamping groove 315.

The second cylinder 326 drives the kidney-shaped block to move downwards by the irregular sealing ring positioned in the clamping groove 315, so that the clamping block 327 enters the clamping groove 315. Then, the irregular seal ring in the clamping groove 315 is clamped by the clamping block 327. The second cylinder 326 moves reversely, and the fixing frame 321 drives the second cylinder 326 to move to the position of the aluminum oil cooler conveyed. At this time, the second air cylinder 326 drives the clamping block 327 to move downwards, and when the clamping block 327 contacts the irregular through hole of the aluminum oil cooler, the clamping block 327 slides to the inside of the kidney-shaped block due to the reverse pressure, so that the irregular sealing ring enters the irregular through hole. Simultaneously, the waist-shaped block is pressed down, so that the irregular sealing ring is completely clamped into the irregular through hole, and the installation is completed.
