本发明公开了石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳。利用上述方法制得的石墨烯纤维毛条的防辐射性能优良,抗菌抑菌,屏蔽性能好;与其它普通纤维的抱合性好,易于混纺或者交织。并且该石墨烯纤维毛条的蓬松性、柔软性、悬垂性和强度都表现优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及毛条生产工艺领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着现代科技的进步及人们生活水平的提高,人们对于服装面料的功能性要求越来越高,这使得功能性面料成为新的热点,各种功能性面料的开发随之产生。其中随着人们安全意识的加强,需要面料具有防辐射功能,并且人们希望面料在具有防辐射功能的同时,还能满足人们的服用性。但是现有的防辐射服饰面料由于生产工艺的不完善,导致其无法满足人们的服用性要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种用于面料织造而使面料在具备防辐射功能的同时还能满足服用性要求的石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳,其特征在于:
(1)原料烘燥工序中:以石墨烯切片为原料,在真空转鼓装置中进行烘燥;石墨烯切片原料投料时,转鼓的中心温度为58~62℃,投料完成后,对转鼓抽真空,使得转鼓内的真空度为-0.12~-0.08Mpa,同时采用蒸汽对转鼓进行加热,使得转鼓在2~3h内升温至135~145℃,并保温7.5~8.5h,转鼓升温过程中的蒸汽压力为0.08~0.12Mpa,转鼓保温过程中的蒸汽压力为0.38~0.42Mpa;保温结束后转鼓冷却0.8~1.2h,使得石墨烯切片原料的出料温度为125~135℃,石墨烯切片原料烘燥后的含水率需达到0.0038~0.0042%;石墨烯切片原料在烘燥时还需要混入硬脂酸钙,每吨石墨烯切片原料中需要混入65~70g硬脂酸钙,从而来增加石墨烯切片原料在螺杆挤压喷丝工序中的流动性;
(2)螺杆挤压喷丝工序中:在螺杆挤压机中对石墨烯切片原料进行熔融挤压喷丝,石墨烯切片原料在转速为45~55m/s的螺杆的推动下,首先依次通过螺杆挤压机的一区和二区进行预热,一区的温度为252~258℃,二区的温度为257~263℃;然后依次通过三区和四区进行熔融,三区的温度为262~268℃,四区的温度为262~268℃;接着依次通过五区和六区后在被定量分配至各个喷丝工位进行挤压喷丝,五区的温度为258~263℃,六区的温度为252~258℃,各个喷丝工位喷丝所得的长丝束会分别进入至一个温度为28~32℃的丝室中进行环吹固化,环吹送风量为1000~1200m/s,环吹送风温度为26~30℃;所得长丝束的干热收缩率需达到42~48%;
(3)卷绕集束工序中:将各个喷丝工位所得的长丝束依次经过喂入轮和牵引辊组进行集束,从而来得到单股石墨烯纤维丝束,集束时,牵引辊组和喂入轮的速度均为900~1000n/min;
(4)丝束后处理工序中:将若干个单股石墨烯纤维丝束经过张力辊组并在张力辊组上进行张紧和再集束,从而得到石墨烯纤维丝束;然后使石墨烯纤维丝束浸入涤纶纺丝油剂进行润滑,再使石墨烯纤维丝束经过第一道牵伸辊组,第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度与张力辊组的旋转速度相同,然后将经过第一道牵伸辊组的石墨烯纤维丝束进行第一次油浴,第一次油浴温度为60~70℃,油剂浓度配比为0.5~0.7%,油浴使用涤纶纺丝油剂,然后再使油浴后的石墨烯纤维丝束经过第二道牵伸辊组,第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使石墨烯纤维丝束产生3.5~3.8倍的第一次牵伸,然后将第一次牵伸后的石墨烯纤维丝束送入蒸汽箱中喷90~95℃的蒸汽,然后再使石墨烯纤维丝束经过第三道牵伸辊组,第三道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使石墨烯纤维丝束产生1~1.3倍的第二次牵伸,然后对第二次牵伸后的石墨烯纤维丝束进行滚油和预热,预热温度为97~107℃,接着将经过预热后的石墨烯纤维丝束在卷曲机上进行卷曲,卷曲主压力为3.8~4.2 Mpa,卷曲背压力为2.8~3.2Mpa,卷曲数为25~26个/25mm,然后对卷曲好的石墨烯纤维丝束进行热定型,热定型依次分为三个温度段,三个温度段的温度依次分别为110~120℃、115~125℃、110~120℃,每个温度段的热定型时间均为10~14min,完成热定型后得到成品丝束并收于料桶中。
进一步的,前述的石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,其中:螺杆挤压喷丝工序中,各个喷丝工位所用的喷丝板的孔数均为900。
进一步的,前述的石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,其中:原料烘燥工序中,每吨石墨烯切片原料中需要混入68g硬脂酸钙。
进一步的,前述的石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,其中:原料烘燥工序中,转鼓内的真空度为-0.1Mpa。
进一步的,前述的石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,其中:螺杆挤压喷丝工序中,环吹送风量为1100m/s,环吹送风温度为28℃。
本发明的优点为:利用本发明所述方法制得的石墨烯纤维毛条的防辐射性能优良,抗菌抑菌,屏蔽性能好;与其它普通纤维的抱合性好,易于混纺或者交织。并且该石墨烯纤维毛条的蓬松性、柔软性、悬垂性和强度都表现优良。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳,
(1)原料烘燥工序中:以石墨烯切片为原料,在真空转鼓装置中进行烘燥;石墨烯切片原料投料时,转鼓的中心温度为60℃,投料完成后,对转鼓抽真空,使得转鼓内的真空度为-0.1Mpa,同时采用蒸汽对转鼓进行加热,使得转鼓在3h内升温至140℃,并保温8h,转鼓升温过程中的蒸汽压力为0.1Mpa,转鼓保温过程中的蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa;保温结束后转鼓冷却1h,使得石墨烯切片原料的出料温度为130℃,石墨烯切片原料烘燥后的含水率需达到0.004%;石墨烯切片原料在烘燥时还需要混入硬脂酸钙,每吨石墨烯切片原料中需要混入68g硬脂酸钙,从而来增加石墨烯切片原料在螺杆挤压喷丝工序中的流动性;
(2)螺杆挤压喷丝工序中:在螺杆挤压机中对石墨烯切片原料进行熔融挤压喷丝,石墨烯切片原料在转速为50m/s的螺杆的推动下,首先依次通过螺杆挤压机的一区和二区进行预热,一区的温度为255℃,二区的温度为260℃;然后依次通过三区和四区进行熔融,三区的温度为265℃,四区的温度为265℃;接着依次通过五区和六区后在被定量分配至各个喷丝工位进行挤压喷丝,各个喷丝工位所用的喷丝板的孔数均为900,五区的温度为260℃,六区的温度为255℃,各个喷丝工位喷丝所得的长丝束会分别进入至一个温度为30℃的丝室中进行环吹固化,环吹送风量为1100m/s,环吹送风温度为28℃;所得长丝束的干热收缩率需达到45%;
(3)卷绕集束工序中:将各个喷丝工位所得的长丝束依次经过喂入轮和牵引辊组进行集束,从而来得到单股石墨烯纤维丝束,集束时,牵引辊组和喂入轮的速度均为950n/min;
(4)丝束后处理工序中:将若干个单股石墨烯纤维丝束经过张力辊组并在张力辊组上进行张紧和再集束,从而得到石墨烯纤维丝束;然后使石墨烯纤维丝束浸入涤纶纺丝油剂进行润滑,再使石墨烯纤维丝束经过第一道牵伸辊组,第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度与张力辊组的旋转速度相同,然后将经过第一道牵伸辊组的石墨烯纤维丝束进行第一次油浴,第一次油浴温度为64℃,油剂浓度配比为0.6%,油浴使用涤纶纺丝油剂,然后再使油浴后的石墨烯纤维丝束经过第二道牵伸辊组,第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使石墨烯纤维丝束产生3.65倍的第一次牵伸,然后将第一次牵伸后的石墨烯纤维丝束送入蒸汽箱中喷92℃的蒸汽,然后再使石墨烯纤维丝束经过第三道牵伸辊组,第三道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使石墨烯纤维丝束产生1.11倍的第二次牵伸,然后对第二次牵伸后的石墨烯纤维丝束进行滚油和预热,预热温度为100℃,接着将经过预热后的石墨烯纤维丝束在卷曲机上进行卷曲,卷曲主压力为4Mpa,卷曲背压力为3Mpa,卷曲数为26个/25mm,然后对卷曲好的石墨烯纤维丝束进行热定型,热定型依次分为三个温度段,三个温度段的温度依次分别为115℃、120℃、115℃,每个温度段的热定型时间均为12min,完成热定型后得到成品丝束并收于料桶中;
(5)把成品的石墨烯纤维丝束在切断成条机TT12上进行切断成条;然后再在针梳机GC14上进行一道针梳、二道针梳和成球针梳,最后就能制得石墨烯纤维毛条。

Claims (5)

1.石墨烯纤维毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳,其特征在于:
(1)原料烘燥工序中:以石墨烯切片为原料,在真空转鼓装置中进行烘燥;石墨烯切片原料投料时,转鼓的中心温度为58~62℃,投料完成后,对转鼓抽真空,使得转鼓内的真空度为-0.12~-0.08Mpa,同时采用蒸汽对转鼓进行加热,使得转鼓在2~3h内升温至135~145℃,并保温7.5~8.5h,转鼓升温过程中的蒸汽压力为0.08~0.12Mpa,转鼓保温过程中的蒸汽压力为0.38~0.42Mpa;保温结束后转鼓冷却0.8~1.2h,使得石墨烯切片原料的出料温度为125~135℃,石墨烯切片原料烘燥后的含水率需达到0.0038~0.0042%;石墨烯切片原料在烘燥时还需要混入硬脂酸钙,每吨石墨烯切片原料中需要混入65~70g硬脂酸钙,从而来增加石墨烯切片原料在螺杆挤压喷丝工序中的流动性;
(2)螺杆挤压喷丝工序中:在螺杆挤压机中对石墨烯切片原料进行熔融挤压喷丝,石墨烯切片原料在转速为45~55m/s的螺杆的推动下,首先依次通过螺杆挤压机的一区和二区进行预热,一区的温度为252~258℃,二区的温度为257~263℃;然后依次通过三区和四区进行熔融,三区的温度为262~268℃,四区的温度为262~268℃;接着依次通过五区和六区后在被定量分配至各个喷丝工位进行挤压喷丝,五区的温度为258~263℃,六区的温度为252~258℃,各个喷丝工位喷丝所得的长丝束会分别进入至一个温度为28~32℃的丝室中进行环吹固化,环吹送风量为1000~1200m/s,环吹送风温度为26~30℃;所得长丝束的干热收缩率需达到42~48%;
(3)卷绕集束工序中:将各个喷丝工位所得的长丝束依次经过喂入轮和牵引辊组进行集束,从而来得到单股石墨烯纤维丝束,集束时,牵引辊组和喂入轮的速度均为900~1000n/min;
(4)丝束后处理工序中:将若干个单股石墨烯纤维丝束经过张力辊组并在张力辊组上进行张紧和再集束,从而得到石墨烯纤维丝束;然后使石墨烯纤维丝束浸入涤纶纺丝油剂进行润滑,再使石墨烯纤维丝束经过第一道牵伸辊组,第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度与张力辊组的旋转速度相同,然后将经过第一道牵伸辊组的石墨烯纤维丝束进行第一次油浴,第一次油浴温度为60~70℃,油剂浓度配比为0.5~0.7%,油浴使用涤纶纺丝油剂,然后再使油浴后的石墨烯纤维丝束经过第二道牵伸辊组,第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使石墨烯纤维丝束产生3.5~3.8倍的第一次牵伸,然后将第一次牵伸后的石墨烯纤维丝束送入蒸汽箱中喷90~95℃的蒸汽,然后再使石墨烯纤维丝束经过第三道牵伸辊组,第三道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使石墨烯纤维丝束产生1~1.3倍的第二次牵伸,然后对第二次牵伸后的石墨烯纤维丝束进行滚油和预热,预热温度为97~107℃,接着将经过预热后的石墨烯纤维丝束在卷曲机上进行卷曲,卷曲主压力为3.8~4.2 Mpa,卷曲背压力为2.8~3.2Mpa,卷曲数为25~26个/25mm,然后对卷曲好的石墨烯纤维丝束进行热定型,热定型依次分为三个温度段,三个温度段的温度依次分别为110~120℃、115~125℃、110~120℃,每个温度段的热定型时间均为10~14min,完成热定型后得到成品丝束并收于料桶中。
