本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种低辐射哑光外墙涂料。
背景技术
外墙涂料,是常用于涂刷建筑外立墙面的一种建筑材料,所以最重要的一项指标就是抗紫外线照射,要求达到长时间照射不变色。外墙涂料还要求有防水性能,要求有自涤性。由于大面积玻璃幕墙的使用造成城市中光污染现象严重,不仅造成了城市热岛效应,还严重扰乱了人们的生物钟。所以,使用哑光外墙涂料有助于减少城市光污染,也有助于改善人们的生活环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于减少城市光污染,改善人们的生活环境,提出一种低辐射哑光外墙涂料。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种低辐射哑光外墙涂料,原料按重量份包括:丙烯酸酯25-35份,羟乙基纤维素10-15份,去离子水8-12份,石英砂3-8份,银速丽纳米高分子反射颗粒3-8份,水玻璃5-10份,邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯3-5份,氯化三乙或三丁基锡3-5份,纤维素醚1-3份,凹凸棒土1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.添加多种哑光材料,减少光反射污染。
2.按比例参入适量银速丽纳米高粉丝反射颗粒,有效降低外墙热辐射,减小热交换。
3.参入适量纤维素,产品质地轻薄,性能稳定,不易开裂。

一种低辐射哑光外墙涂料,原料按重量份包括:丙烯酸酯28Kg,羟乙基纤维素13Kg,去离子水9Kg,石英砂5Kg,银速丽纳米高分子反射颗粒5Kg,水玻璃7Kg,邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯3Kg,氯化三乙或三丁基锡3Kg,纤维素醚2Kg,凹凸棒土3Kg。
