技术领域
本发明涉及铸造型砂制备方法,具体属于一种屋顶用保温水泥砂浆。
背景技术
砂浆为建筑用普通材料,属于建筑施工中的必备材料。根据性能划分,砂浆分为很多种,有结合砂浆、嵌缝砂浆、保温砂浆等,其中结合砂浆最为常见。结合砂浆中多存在容易出现裂纹的缺陷,不仅影响美观,也直接影响结合强度等性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种屋顶用保温水泥砂浆,采用特殊的防水配方,结合性能好,结合强度高,能够避免出现裂纹,而且具有良好的防火、耐酸碱、保温隔热和吸音性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种屋顶用保温水泥砂浆,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:陶瓷颗粒56-60份,硅酸盐水泥20-27份,高铝矾土熟料8-10份,电气石粉5-8份,凹凸棒土5-7份,玻璃纤维3-5份,N-烷基酰肌氨酸盐1-3份,水适量,其制备方法如下:将陶瓷颗粒、高铝矾土熟料、凹凸棒土和适量的水混合后在600-700℃煅烧,煅烧产物放入造粒机,经过粉碎后形成粒度2-4mm的中间产物,将中间产物、硅酸盐水泥、电气石粉、玻璃纤维、N-烷基酰肌氨酸盐和适量的水混合后得到水泥砂浆。
所述陶瓷颗粒粒度控制为4.5mm。
本发明采用特殊的防水配方,结合性能好,结合强度高,能够避免出现裂纹,而且具有良好的防火、耐酸碱、保温隔热和吸音性能。

一种屋顶用保温水泥砂浆,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:陶瓷颗粒56-60份,硅酸盐水泥20-27份,高铝矾土熟料8-10份,电气石粉5-8份,凹凸棒土5-7份,玻璃纤维3-5份,N-烷基酰肌氨酸盐1-3份,水适量,其制备方法如下:将陶瓷颗粒、高铝矾土熟料、凹凸棒土和适量的水混合后在600-700℃煅烧,煅烧产物放入造粒机,经过粉碎后形成粒度2-4mm的中间产物,将中间产物、硅酸盐水泥、电气石粉、玻璃纤维、N-烷基酰肌氨酸盐和适量的水混合后得到水泥砂浆,陶瓷颗粒粒度控制为4.5mm。
