本发明公开了一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，包括主箱体，所述主箱体的左右两个侧板上成型有多个透气通孔，主箱体的左右两个侧板的内侧壁上均固定有网状防护板；所述网状防护板覆盖对应的侧板上的所有透气通孔；所述两个网状防护板之间设有中间分隔纸板。它可以在保证透气的情况下通过设置的网状防护板将透气通孔覆盖，从而防止外界的虫子等进入主箱体中，保证主箱体中的果蔬的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸板技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
现有的瓦楞纸板纸箱作为果蔬放置箱，其一般需要对瓦楞纸板纸箱的侧板上进行打孔实现透气效果，然而，由于瓦楞纸板纸箱上打孔的直径比较大，在天气热的情况下，容易进入虫子等，影响内部的果蔬的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，它可以在保证透气的情况下通过设置的网状防护板将透气通孔覆盖，从而防止外界的虫子等进入主箱体中，保证主箱体中的果蔬的质量。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，包括主箱体，所述主箱体的左右两个侧板上成型有多个透气通孔，主箱体的左右两个侧板的内侧壁上均固定有网状防护板；
所述网状防护板覆盖对应的侧板上的所有透气通孔；
所述两个网状防护板之间设有中间分隔纸板。
所述网状防护板的内侧壁上固定有多个定位凸点，定位凸点卡置在主箱体的左侧板或右侧板上对应的卡置孔中。
所述主箱体的底板的顶面压靠有泡沫板，泡沫板的边部顶面成型有延伸部，延伸部的外侧壁紧贴主箱体的侧板的内侧壁上。
所述两个网状防护板的相靠近的中部固定有条形定位条，中间分隔纸板的左右两侧的底面固定有多个定位凸起部，定位凸起部卡置在条形定位条上具有的定位通孔中。
所述主箱体的四个侧板的上部均成型有折弯盖板。
左右两侧对应的折弯盖板中其中一个折弯盖板的边部顶面固定有魔术贴公贴或魔术贴母贴，另一个折弯盖板的边部底面的对应处固定有魔术贴母贴或魔术贴公贴，一个折弯盖板的魔术贴母贴与另一个折弯盖板的魔术贴公贴相对应。
本发明的有益效果在于：
它可以在保证透气的情况下通过设置的网状防护板将透气通孔覆盖，从而防止外界的虫子等进入主箱体中，保证主箱体中的果蔬的质量。

具体实施方式
实施例：见图1至图3所示，一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，包括主箱体10，所述主箱体10的左右两个侧板上成型有多个透气通孔11，主箱体10的左右两个侧板的内侧壁上均固定有网状防护板12；
所述网状防护板12覆盖对应的侧板上的所有透气通孔11；
所述两个网状防护板12之间设有中间分隔纸板13。
进一步的说，所述网状防护板12的内侧壁上固定有多个定位凸点121，定位凸点121卡置在主箱体10的左侧板或右侧板上对应的卡置孔中。
进一步的说，所述主箱体10的底板的顶面压靠有泡沫板14，泡沫板14的边部顶面成型有延伸部141，延伸部141的外侧壁紧贴主箱体10的侧板的内侧壁上。
进一步的说，所述两个网状防护板12的相靠近的中部固定有条形定位条122，中间分隔纸板13的左右两侧的底面固定有多个定位凸起部131，定位凸起部131卡置在条形定位条122上具有的定位通孔123中。
进一步的说，所述主箱体10的四个侧板的上部均成型有折弯盖板15。
进一步的说，左右两侧对应的折弯盖板15中其中一个折弯盖板15的边部顶面固定有魔术贴公贴16或魔术贴母贴17，另一个折弯盖板15的边部底面的对应处固定有魔术贴母贴17或魔术贴公贴16，一个折弯盖板15的魔术贴母贴17与另一个折弯盖板15的魔术贴公贴16相对应。
本实施例在使用时，其通过透气通孔11保证内部的果蔬的透气，而通过网状防护板12覆盖对应的侧板上的所有透气通孔11，可以防止外界的虫子等进入主箱体10中，保证果蔬的质量，而通过中间分隔纸板13将果蔬进行上下分层，起到很好的分隔效果，而泡沫板14可以对底部的果蔬起到缓冲效果，保证主箱体10输送时产生的震动得到降低，而通过个折弯盖板15的魔术贴母贴17与另一个折弯盖板15的魔术贴公贴16相对应，可以实现主箱体10的四个折弯盖板15翻折时，另两个折弯盖板15的魔术贴母贴17和魔术贴公贴16粘附，实现固定，无需再使用胶带纸等包扎，而且是使得主箱体10在重复使用时，通过魔术贴母贴17和魔术贴公贴16粘附固定实现盖合，其效果好。

1.一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，包括主箱体(10)，其特征在于：所述主箱体(10)的左右两个侧板上成型有多个透气通孔(11)，主箱体(10)的左右两个侧板的内侧壁上均固定有网状防护板(12)；
所述网状防护板(12)覆盖对应的侧板上的所有透气通孔(11)；
所述两个网状防护板(12)之间设有中间分隔纸板(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述网状防护板(12)的内侧壁上固定有多个定位凸点(121)，定位凸点(121)卡置在主箱体(10)的左侧板或右侧板上对应的卡置孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述主箱体(10)的底板的顶面压靠有泡沫板(14)，泡沫板(14)的边部顶面成型有延伸部(141)，延伸部(141)的外侧壁紧贴主箱体(10)的侧板的内侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述两个网状防护板(12)的相靠近的中部固定有条形定位条(122)，中间分隔纸板(13)的左右两侧的底面固定有多个定位凸起部(131)，定位凸起部(131)卡置在条形定位条(122)上具有的定位通孔(123)中。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述主箱体(10)的四个侧板的上部均成型有折弯盖板(15)。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种带网状板的果蔬专用瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：左右两侧对应的折弯盖板(15)中其中一个折弯盖板(15)的边部顶面固定有魔术贴公贴(16)或魔术贴母贴(17)，另一个折弯盖板(15)的边部底面的对应处固定有魔术贴母贴(17)或魔术贴公贴(16)，一个折弯盖板(15)的魔术贴母贴(17)与另一个折弯盖板(15)的魔术贴公贴(16)相对应。
