Description

Method for managing working state of charging pile based on independent additional communication network
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging, and particularly relates to a method for managing the working state of a charging pile based on an independent additional communication network.
Background
With the explosive increase of the sales volume of electric vehicles, the electric vehicle charging service market also has intense competition, and charging service providers begin to deploy charging piles in various corners of cities to provide charging services for electric vehicles in order to compete for market shares.
However, for each charging pile, under the charging power of tens of kilowatts or even hundreds of kilowatts, once a control problem occurs, normal charging cannot be performed if the control problem occurs, and the situations of vehicle damage, charging pile damage and even local power grid damage caused by fire disaster occur if the control problem occurs.
For the above situations, operation and maintenance of the charging pile are very important, but a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed to carry out operation and maintenance of products with distributed layouts like the charging pile according to the conventional method, so that the benefit of the charging service is greatly reduced.
At present, a part of charging piles have the networking management function, but the remote management has two defects:
1. highly rely on current management network, in case the network breaks down, fill electric pile then directly in no management state, cause the safety control out of control.
2. The current remote management is completed based on the communication between the control center and the charging pile controller, and once the charging pile controller is halted, has no response and the like, the control center cannot manage and control the charging pile controller through an inherent network.
The invention provides a method for managing the working state of a charging pile based on an independent additional communication network. The method directly avoids depending on the original communication mode, and can be executed even if the original network fails. In addition, the method directly cuts off the power supply of the charging pile without controlling the charging pile controller, completely overcomes the two defects, and can reduce accident loss possibly caused by charging pile abnormity or network abnormity to the minimum.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for remotely managing the working state of a charging pile based on an independent additional communication network, which solves the problems of vehicle damage, charging pile damage and even local power grid damage caused by abnormal conditions in the working process of the charging pile in the prior art.
The technical scheme includes that the system which is established between the charging pile and the control center and is based on the independent additional communication network and capable of remotely controlling the working state of the charging pile comprises the control center, a gateway, a charging pile controller, a remote control module and the charging pile. The control center utilizes a wired network to establish inherent network communication with a charging pile controller installed in the charging pile through a gateway, meanwhile, the control center is provided with an independent additional communication network to establish connection with a remote control module arranged on the charging pile, and the power supply of the charging pile can be cut off through controlling the remote control module. The gateway may also be connected to a separate additional communication network to the control remote control module.
The technical scheme of the invention is characterized in that:
the remote control module is added in the charging pile, so that when the charging pile controller cannot be controlled on the basis of the existing management means, the remote control module can be directly controlled to cut off the working power supply of the charging pile through an independent additional communication network at a control center, and further the accident site is effectively prevented from further deterioration rapidly.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the method for managing the working state of the charging pile based on the independent additional communication network is implemented according to the following steps:
step 1, after the charging pile is electrified, connection is established with a control center through an inherent network, and the control center can realize management of the charging pile;
step 2, the control center obtains the working state of the charging pile;
and 3, judging whether the working state of the charging pile is normal or not by the control center, and if so, skipping to the step 4 to continue charging. If the state is abnormal, jumping to the step 5;
step 4, the charging pile is in a normal state, the charging pile continues to jump to the step 2, and the state of the charging pile controller at the next moment is inquired;
step 5, the control center sends a restart command to the charging pile controller through the inherent network and waits for whether the charging pile data is normal or not;
step 6, if the charging pile data are recovered to be normal, skipping to step 4 to continue normal charging, if the charging pile data are not recovered, indicating that the current network is interrupted or the charging pile controller works abnormally, and skipping to step 7;
7, the control center controls a remote control module in the charging pile to cut off the power supply of the charging pile through an independent additional communication network of the control center or a gateway;
and 8, after the power of the charging pile is cut off, stopping charging abnormally, and waiting for field troubleshooting.
The method for remotely managing the working state of the charging pile based on the independent additional communication network has the advantages that the accident rate of failure of the charging pile can be effectively reduced, and the method is greatly beneficial to popularization and promotion of charging operation service commodity cards. The control method does not change the original connection characteristic and control characteristic of the charging pile and the control center, but adds an independent additional communication network control remote control module on the existing basis, so as to directly control the power supply of the charging pile.
