Abstract

本发明公开了一种承力水密连接器,主要包括套筒、压紧螺母等,壳体内穿入铠装拖缆,铠装拖缆末端与壳体末端内安装的绝缘体的插针连接,壳体前端与铠装拖缆之间安装矩形橡胶垫圈和金属垫圈并通过安装压紧螺母压固以作为密封组件,压紧螺母前端外侧的斜锥上排列铠装拖缆外侧的钢丝,钢丝外侧套装套筒,套筒通过安装在壳体上的螺帽产生的拉力压紧钢丝。本发明采用同一个零件实现矩形橡胶垫及钢丝的压紧,实现了水密和承力组件的合并,结构尺寸变得紧凑,可以在各种狭小受限空间下使用;防止了内缆的裸露,可以有效保护内缆不受损伤,在承受拉力的同时,同时具备在受扭转及侧向拉力下防止损坏的能力;安装方便可靠,广泛应用于船舶、声呐等水下系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及连接器结构设计和应用的领域,具体涉及一种承力水密连接器。
背景技术
在水下载体之间连接一般采用钢丝铠装拖缆,以往一般的做法是将承力和电气连接分开。承力拖头只负责承力,承力拖头后方将钢丝去除,只剩内部电缆,电缆延伸一定长度后,安装连接器实现电气连接。分开设计将设计尺寸进行了很大的扩展,在安装尺寸受限的情况下,连接器尺寸必须要尽可能的小,对此类连接器提出了使用需求。而一体化设计除了尺寸上的优点外,还有将内缆保护的功能,可以防止内缆裸露下可能造成的磨损、刮碰和由此导致的漏水。
目前一体化设计的连接器一般都使用尾夹,既不能防水,也不能承受较大的力,同时尾夹方式也无法防止连接器与拖缆的相对扭转,导致插针接触不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种承力水密连接器。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种承力水密连接器,主要包括铠装拖缆、套筒、压紧螺母、螺帽、壳体、绝缘体、矩形橡胶垫、金属垫圈,壳体内穿入铠装拖缆,铠装拖缆末端与壳体末端内安装的绝缘体的插针连接,壳体前端与铠装拖缆之间安装矩形橡胶垫圈和金属垫圈并通过安装压紧螺母压固以作为密封组件,压紧螺母前端外侧的斜锥上排列铠装拖缆外侧的钢丝,钢丝外侧套装套筒,套筒通过安装在壳体上的螺帽产生的拉力压紧钢丝。
所述矩形橡胶垫圈和金属垫圈为多层间隔安装。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明主要用于水下载体之间具有水密要求的承力连接;采用同一个零件实现矩形橡胶垫及钢丝的压紧,实现了水密和承力组件的合并,结构尺寸变得紧凑,尺寸大为缩小,可以在各种狭小受限空间下使用;防止了内缆的裸露,可以有效保护内缆不受损伤,在承受拉力的同时,同时具备在受扭转及侧向拉力下防止损坏的能力;安装方便可靠,在保证防水性能的同时也能承受较大的力;广泛应用于船舶、声呐等水下系统。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
实施例:如附图所示,这种承力水密连接器,主要包括铠装拖缆1、套筒2、压紧螺母3、螺帽4、壳体5、绝缘体6、矩形橡胶垫7、金属垫圈8,壳体5内穿入铠装拖缆1,铠装拖缆1末端与壳体5末端内安装的绝缘体6的插针连接,壳体5前端与铠装拖缆1之间多层间隔安装矩形橡胶垫圈7和金属垫圈8并通过安装压紧螺母3压固以作为密封组件,压紧螺母3前端外侧的斜锥上排列铠装拖缆1外侧的钢丝11,钢丝11外侧套装套筒2,套筒2通过安装在壳体5上的螺帽4产生的拉力压紧钢丝11,套筒2与压紧螺母3配合实现钢丝压紧及承力,螺帽4与壳体5拧紧以拉紧套筒2,从而防止套筒2后退。本发明通过统一使用压紧螺母3实现矩形橡胶垫7的水密功能和套筒2的承力功能合并。
本发明实施方式:将套筒2、螺帽4、压紧螺母3、矩形橡胶垫7、金属垫圈8和壳体5依次套入铠装拖缆1内,铠装拖缆1的内部芯线与绝缘体6的插针进行焊接,完成后将绝缘体6装入壳体5中;将矩形橡胶垫7、金属垫圈8装入壳体5前端的安装孔内,拧入压紧螺母3与壳体5,螺纹旋合拧紧;截取铠装拖缆1外的钢丝11至压紧螺母3的斜锥顶部,钢丝11依次序排列整齐有序,将套筒2前移,通过螺帽4与壳体5的外螺纹进行旋合拧紧以压紧钢丝11,实现承力作用。

1.一种承力水密连接器,其特征在于:主要包括铠装拖缆(1)、套筒(2)、压紧螺母(3)、螺帽(4)、壳体(5)、绝缘体(6)、矩形橡胶垫(7)、金属垫圈(8),壳体(5)内穿入铠装拖缆(1),铠装拖缆(1)末端与壳体(5)末端内安装的绝缘体(6)的插针连接,壳体(5)前端与铠装拖缆(1)之间安装矩形橡胶垫圈(7)和金属垫圈(8)并通过安装压紧螺母(3)压固以作为密封组件,压紧螺母(3)前端外侧的斜锥上排列铠装拖缆(1)外侧的钢丝(11),钢丝(11)外侧套装套筒(2),套筒(2)通过安装在壳体(5)上的螺帽(4)产生的拉力压紧钢丝(11)。
