Abstract
The invention is suitable for the field of mobile power supply leasing, and provides a charging module of mobile power supply leasing equipment and a data transmission method between the charging module and a mobile power supply. The charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment comprises a control module, an infrared receiving module, at least one positive electrode charging thimble and at least one negative electrode charging thimble, wherein the infrared receiving module, the at least one positive electrode charging thimble and the at least one negative electrode charging thimble are electrically connected with the control module respectively, the infrared receiving module is used for receiving data sent by an infrared transmitting module arranged on the mobile power supply, and the at least one positive electrode charging thimble and the at least one negative electrode charging thimble are used for being in contact with at least one positive electrode metal contact and at least one negative electrode metal contact arranged on the mobile power supply respectively so as to charge the mobile power supply and send instructions to the mobile power supply. The invention reduces the situation of data transmission failure to a certain extent.

Once the metal contact of portable power source is infected with the foreign matter, just it is very easy to lead to the unable effective contact with the metal contact of elasticity thimble to can influence the data that the module that charges received portable power source and sent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mobile power supply leasing device, a charging module of the mobile power supply leasing device and a data transmission method between the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing device and a mobile power supply, and aims to solve the problem that when the charging module adopts a communication thimble to contact with a metal contact of the mobile power supply to finish data transmission, once the metal contact of the mobile power supply is contaminated by a foreign matter, an elastic thimble can not effectively contact with the metal contact, so that the charging module is influenced to receive data sent by the mobile power supply, and data transmission failure is caused.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a charging module of a mobile power supply leasing device, which comprises a control module, an infrared receiving module, at least one positive charging thimble and at least one negative charging thimble, wherein the infrared receiving module, the at least one positive charging thimble and the at least one negative charging thimble are respectively electrically connected with the control module, the infrared receiving module is used for receiving data sent by an infrared emitting module arranged on a mobile power supply, and the at least one positive charging thimble and the at least one negative charging thimble are respectively used for contacting with at least one positive metal contact and at least one negative metal contact arranged on the mobile power supply so as to charge the mobile power supply and send instructions to the mobile power supply.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for transmitting data between a charging module of a mobile power supply rental apparatus and a mobile power supply, where the mobile power supply further includes a control module, an infrared emission module, at least one positive electrode metal contact and at least one negative electrode metal contact of the mobile power supply are respectively electrically connected to the control module of the mobile power supply, the mobile power supply further includes a level detection circuit and a pulse detection circuit electrically connected to the control module of the mobile power supply, and the level detection circuit and the pulse detection circuit are also respectively electrically connected to the positive electrode metal contacts, and the method includes the following steps:
a control module of a charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment controls an anode charging thimble to output a low level signal;

when the mobile power supply responds to the received instruction and transmits data, the control module of the mobile power supply controls the infrared emission module of the mobile power supply to send data;
the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment receives data sent by the infrared transmitting module of the mobile power supply through the infrared receiving module of the charging module.
In the invention, the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment comprises an infrared receiving module which is electrically connected with the control module and is used for receiving data sent by an infrared transmitting module arranged on the mobile power supply. Therefore, the situation of data transmission failure is reduced to a certain extent.

referring to fig. 1, a charging module of a mobile power supply rental apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a control module 11, and an infrared receiving module 12, at least one positive charging pin 13, and at least one negative charging pin 14 that are electrically connected to the control module 11, where the infrared receiving module 12 is configured to receive data sent by an infrared emitting module disposed on a mobile power supply, and the at least one positive charging pin 13 and the at least one negative charging pin 14 are configured to contact with at least one positive metal contact and at least one negative metal contact disposed on the mobile power supply, respectively, to charge the mobile power supply and send an instruction to the mobile power supply.
The data comprise an identification number of the mobile power supply, the electric quantity of the mobile power supply and the like. The mobile power supply further comprises a control module, the infrared emission module, the at least one anode metal contact and the at least one cathode metal contact of the mobile power supply are electrically connected with the control module of the mobile power supply respectively, the mobile power supply further comprises a level detection circuit and a pulse detection circuit which are electrically connected with the control module of the mobile power supply, and the level detection circuit and the pulse detection circuit are further electrically connected with the anode metal contact respectively.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for transmitting data between a charging module of a mobile power supply rental apparatus and a mobile power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101, a control module of a charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment controls an anode charging thimble to output a low-level signal;
s102, after a level detection circuit of the mobile power supply detects a low level signal output by an anode charging thimble of the charging module through an anode metal contact, the low level signal is fed back to a control module of the mobile power supply;
s103, after a positive electrode charging thimble of a charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment outputs a low level signal, a control module of the charging module controls the positive electrode charging thimble to output a pulse signal;
s104, controlling a pulse detection circuit to detect an input pulse by a control module of the mobile power supply; when a pulse detection circuit of the mobile power supply detects a pulse signal output by an anode charging thimble of the charging module through the anode metal contact, the pulse signal is fed back to a control module of the mobile power supply, so that the charging module sends a control instruction to the mobile power supply;
s105, when the mobile power supply responds to the received instruction and transmits data, the control module of the mobile power supply controls the infrared emission module of the mobile power supply to send data;
s106, the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment receives data sent by the infrared transmitting module of the mobile power supply through the infrared receiving module of the charging module.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3, the charging module of the mobile power rental apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a control module 21, an infrared transmitting module 22, an infrared receiving module 23, at least one positive charging pin 24, and at least one negative charging pin 25, which are electrically connected to the control module 21, where the infrared receiving module 23 is configured to receive data sent by the infrared transmitting module disposed on the mobile power, the infrared transmitting module 22 is configured to send an instruction to the infrared receiving module disposed on the mobile power, and the at least one positive charging pin 24 and the at least one negative charging pin 25 are configured to contact with at least one positive metal contact and at least one negative metal contact disposed on the mobile power to charge the mobile power.
The data comprise an identification number of the mobile power supply, the electric quantity of the mobile power supply and the like. The mobile power supply further comprises a control module, and the infrared transmitting module, the infrared receiving module, the at least one anode metal contact and the at least one cathode metal contact are electrically connected with the control module respectively.
Referring to fig. 4, a data transmission method between a charging module of a mobile power supply rental apparatus and a mobile power supply according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s201, an infrared emission module of a charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment sends an instruction to the mobile power supply;
s202, the mobile power supply receives an instruction through an infrared receiving module of the mobile power supply and responds through a control module, and the control module controls an infrared transmitting module of the mobile power supply to send data;
s203, the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment receives data sent by the infrared transmitting module of the mobile power supply through the infrared receiving module.
In the invention, the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment comprises an infrared receiving module which is electrically connected with the control module and is used for receiving data sent by an infrared transmitting module arranged on the mobile power supply, or the charging module comprises an infrared transmitting module which is electrically connected with the control module and is used for sending instructions to the infrared receiving module arranged on the mobile power supply and an infrared receiving module which is used for receiving data sent by the infrared transmitting module arranged on the mobile power supply. Therefore, the situation of data transmission failure is reduced to a certain extent.

A data transmission method between a charging module of mobile power supply leasing equipment and a mobile power supply is characterized in that: the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment comprises a control module, an infrared receiving module, at least one positive charging thimble and at least one negative charging thimble, wherein the infrared receiving module, the at least one positive charging thimble and the at least one negative charging thimble are respectively electrically connected with the control module; the mobile power supply further comprises a control module, the infrared emission module, at least one anode metal contact and at least one cathode metal contact of the mobile power supply are respectively and electrically connected with the control module of the mobile power supply, the mobile power supply further comprises a level detection circuit and a pulse detection circuit which are electrically connected with the control module of the mobile power supply, and the level detection circuit and the pulse detection circuit are respectively and electrically connected with the anode metal contact, and the method comprises the following steps:
a control module of a charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment controls an anode charging thimble to output a low level signal;
after a level detection circuit of the mobile power supply detects a low level signal output by an anode charging thimble of the charging module through the anode metal contact, the low level signal is fed back to a control module of the mobile power supply;

the control module of the mobile power supply controls the pulse detection circuit to detect the input pulse; when a pulse detection circuit of the mobile power supply detects a pulse signal output by an anode charging thimble of the charging module through the anode metal contact, the pulse signal is fed back to a control module of the mobile power supply, so that the charging module sends a control instruction to the mobile power supply;
when the mobile power supply responds to the received instruction and transmits data, the control module of the mobile power supply controls the infrared emission module of the mobile power supply to send data;
the charging module of the mobile power supply leasing equipment receives data sent by the infrared transmitting module of the mobile power supply through the infrared receiving module of the charging module.
