Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a door lock control method is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the method of the present invention. The door lock control method may include: step S110 to step S130.
At step S110, in the case of receiving an unlocking request, authentication information of the person requesting unlocking is acquired.
For example: when the door lock detects that a person requesting to unlock the door is ready to unlock the door, the door lock considers that an unlocking request of the person requesting to unlock the door is received, and therefore authentication information of the person requesting to unlock the door lock is obtained. The unlocking request person is an unlocking person who needs to go out, a person who is ready to unlock, and/or another person who is ready to go out together with the unlocking person or the person who is ready to unlock, that is, an unlocking person who needs to go out from the inside to the outside and unlock, a person who is ready to unlock, and/or another person who is ready to go out together with the unlocking person or the person who is ready to unlock.
For example: the person requesting unlocking may be a person who is ready to unlock. The person who is ready to unlock may include: a first user who is ready to unlock, or has attempted or attempted to unlock, may also include a second user who is only present indoors within a set range of the door. For example: the first user may comprise a person in need of care (e.g., a child, an elderly person, a person with a particular disease, etc.), the second user may comprise an adult, the second user may comprise another person in need of care, etc.
The authentication information may include: number of people, face, age, height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, and/or finger vein information. Of course, optionally, in the case that the monitoring authority may include the patient authority, the authentication information may also flexibly select the health degree; for example: for the health degree, when a user is ill, the information input by the user can be updated and the response authority is set.
Therefore, through the authentication information in various forms, the guardian needing to be monitored and protected can be monitored and protected based on the authentication information in various forms, and the flexibility of monitoring and protecting the guardian needing to be monitored and protected based on door lock control is favorably improved; the monitoring protection of various guardians needing to be monitored can be realized based on authentication information in various forms, and the reliability of monitoring protection of the guardians needing to be monitored based on door lock control is favorably improved.
Optionally, the obtaining of the authentication information of the person requesting to unlock in step S110 may include any one or any several of the following obtaining situations.
The first acquisition scenario: in the case that the authentication information may include the number of people, the number of people who request the unlocking person monitored by the image monitoring device and/or the radar monitoring device is obtained. For example: if the number of people is 1, determining that the person who requests to unlock is alone out, further determining whether the person who requests to unlock is a person who needs to be monitored, and if so, monitoring protection is needed. If the number of people is detected to be 2 or more than 2, whether the unlocking request person is a person needing to be monitored or not needs to be determined, and if the unlocking request person is a person needing to be monitored, monitoring protection is needed.
For example: whether the number of people can be identified by the camera when the child is detected to be independent or not. Adopt the camera to carry out the people number discernment, can include: the images shot by the camera can be analyzed by algorithms (machine learning and visual processing) to determine the number of people. Wherein the camera may be mounted on the door.
For example: and when detecting whether the child is alone, the number of people can be identified by adopting radar waves. The radar may be located on the door.
The second acquisition scenario: under the condition that the authentication information can also comprise a face, an age, a height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information and/or finger vein information, if the face, the age, the height, the fingerprint information, the voiceprint information, the iris information and/or the finger vein information of the person requesting to unlock is pre-recorded in the door lock, the face and/or the age of the person requesting to unlock, which are monitored by an image monitoring device, are/is obtained, the height of the person requesting to unlock, which is measured by a measuring device, is/is obtained, and/or the authentication information of the person requesting to unlock, which is/are identified by an authentication device, is obtained. The authentication device can be used for identifying the unlocking authority of the unlocking request person according to the face, age, height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information and/or finger vein information of the unlocking request person carried in the unlocking request. For example: the authentication device can identify the unlocking authority of the person requesting unlocking according to authentication information such as fingerprints, finger veins, irises, voiceprints (for example, voiceprint information can be acquired through voice information) and the like carried in the unlocking request, and the identity information can comprise face, age, height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information and/or finger vein information of the person requesting unlocking.
The third acquisition scenario: under the condition that the authentication information can further comprise a face, an age, a height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information and/or finger vein information, if the face, the age, the height, the fingerprint information, the voiceprint information, the iris information and/or the finger vein information of the person requesting to unlock is not input in the door lock in advance, the face and/or the age of the person requesting to unlock, which are/is monitored by the image monitoring device, are/is obtained, and/or the height of the person requesting to unlock, which is/is measured by the measuring device, is obtained.
For example: the height of the child can be detected by distance measurement (ultrasonic wave, infrared, laser and the like). During ranging, the ranging principle of ultrasonic waves, infrared rays, laser and the like is almost adopted. The speed is known by sending sound waves or light rays to return after encountering an obstacle; the distance between the person and the transmitting device can be calculated according to the round-trip time, and the distance between the transmitting device and the ground can be known, so that the height of the person can be obtained. Wherein the distance measuring device can be placed on the ceiling close to the doorway.
Optionally, under the condition that the monitoring right may include the patient right and the authentication information may also flexibly select the health degree, another kind of obtaining situation, that is, a fourth obtaining situation, may also be flexibly selected: and in the case that the authentication information can also comprise the health degree, acquiring the health degree of the person requesting to unlock, which is monitored by an image monitoring device and/or a sound monitoring device. The health level may include: the degree of physical weakness is below a set level and/or the severity of cough is above a set cough level. For example: the image monitoring device considers that the person who requests to unlock is weak in posture when monitoring that the person who requests to unlock is unstable in walking, the two hands cover the belly and the like, and the sound monitoring device considers that the person who requests to unlock coughs seriously when monitoring that the sound and the frequency of the person who requests to unlock coughs exceed preset values.
For example: the body state of the solitary old people can be monitored in real time, so that children and children can obtain the near conditions of the old people.
Therefore, the authentication information of the person requesting unlocking is acquired in various modes, so that the authentication information can be acquired conveniently, flexibly and accurately.
In step S120, it is determined whether the unlocking right of the person requesting unlocking belongs to a preset monitoring right according to the authentication information.
The monitoring authority can include: child rights. Wherein the child permissions comprise: and under the condition that the unlocking request is a child and no adult accompanies the child, the default mode is to refuse the unlocking request of the unlocking request and inform a caregiver and/or a monitoring client, or the unlocking request of the unlocking request can be executed according to the modified unlocking authority under the modification mode of modifying the unlocking authority based on the default mode. Of course, the monitoring authority can also be flexibly selected from the patient authority and the like.
For example: the intelligent door lock combines a camera or a fingerprint to monitor the state of an unblanker, records the information of a person needing monitoring or nursing into the door lock and sets a corresponding special authority, judges whether the information of the unblanker and the number of the person are independent or not through image recognition monitoring when a child goes out independently, informs a user, and operates according to the preset authority (such as refusing to unlock or allowing).
For example: the monitoring device can be set according to the monitoring requirement of the guardian, and children are not allowed to go out under the condition that the guardian is not accompanied, so that the children are not allowed to go out under the condition that the guardian is not accompanied and allowed, and the children are allowed to go out under the condition that the guardian is not accompanied only under the condition that the guardian is allowed.
Optionally, the determination of whether the unlocking authority of the unlocking requester belongs to the preset monitoring authority in step S120 may include any one of the following determination processes.
The first determination process: the process of determining whether the unlocking is limited according to the authentication information of the unlocking requester can comprise the following steps: and determining whether the authentication information of the unlocking requester is in a set protection information range or not, and determining that the unlocking authority of the unlocking requester belongs to the monitoring authority when the authentication information is in the set protection information range. Wherein, the set protection information range corresponds to the monitoring authority.
For example: if the number of the unlocking-requesting person is 1, and the face, age, height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information and/or finger vein information and the like are within the set protection information range of the individual outing person, the unlocking authority of the unlocking-requesting person is considered to belong to the monitoring authority.
For another example: if the number of the unlocking-requesting person is 2 or more than 2, and the face, age, height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information and/or finger vein information are within the set protection information range of the multi-person outing person, the unlocking authority of the unlocking-requesting person is considered to belong to the monitoring authority. Such as: two children exist in a home, and if the two children go out together, unsafe factors also exist, the condition that the two children go out needs to be protected by monitoring.
Therefore, whether unlocking is limited or not is determined according to the authentication information of the person requesting unlocking, the determination mode is convenient and fast, and the determination result is reliable.
The second determination process: and determining whether the unlocking of the unlocking person is limited according to the unlocking authority of the unlocking person.
In the method of the present invention shown in fig. 2, a specific process of determining whether unlocking is restricted according to the unlocking authority of the person who requests unlocking is further described below with reference to a flowchart of an embodiment of determining whether unlocking is restricted according to the unlocking authority of the person who requests unlocking, which may include: step S210 and step S220.
Step S210, according to the corresponding relation between the setting information and the setting authority, the setting authority corresponding to the setting information which is the same as the authentication information of the unlocking request in the corresponding relation is determined as the unlocking authority of the unlocking request.
Step S220, determining whether the unlocking authority is consistent with the monitoring authority or not, and determining that the unlocking authority of the person requesting unlocking belongs to the monitoring authority when the unlocking authority is consistent with the monitoring authority.
For example: the corresponding relation between the set authentication information and the set authority can be stored in advance, so that the unlocking authority of the person requesting to unlock can be directly determined as long as the obtained authentication information is the same as the set authentication information, and the judgment process of whether the person requesting to unlock needs the guardian or not can be relatively simplified. Such as: when the height and/or the age of a person requesting unlocking are monitored, the unlocking authority corresponding to the height and/or the age can be directly called without judging whether the height and/or the age are within a set height range and/or a set age range or not.
Therefore, whether unlocking is limited or not is determined according to the unlocking authority of the person requesting unlocking, and the determination accuracy and the reliability are high.
In step S130, on one hand, if the unlocking right belongs to the monitoring right, a monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring right is executed; for example: and if the unlocking authority belongs to the monitoring authority, executing monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring authority so as to realize monitoring protection on the unlocking requester under the condition that the unlocking authority of the unlocking requester belongs to the monitoring authority. On the other hand, if the unlocking authority does not belong to the monitoring authority, monitoring operation corresponding to the non-monitoring authority is executed; wherein, the monitoring authority not included in the monitoring authority may include: solitary authority; the solitary authority may include: the permission of the elderly living alone or the permission of the patients living alone with preset diseases.
For example: the intelligent door lock mechanism is used for monitoring the states of children and people needing to be cared, so that the intelligent door lock can monitor the states of people needing to be cared, such as the states of children, old people, patients and the like. By using the scheme of the invention, when people needing to be cared are at home, the door lock can set special authority for the people. For example: special permissions can be set for children. Specifically, the door lock can enter child's information, and when child went out alone and unblanked, the door lock was monitored child through the camera and not had accompanying person, then refused to unblank or inform the guardian and confirm. If child does not input when information (like the child who does the visitor at home), the lock can judge whether can go out alone through monitoring person's height of unblanking to inform the user to take notes the trip time, prevent that the person of being nursed from wandering away.
Therefore, the monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring authority is executed under the condition that the unlocking authority of the unlocking request person belongs to the monitoring authority according to the authentication information of the unlocking request person, so that the security control of the unlocking request person is realized under the condition that the unlocking authority belongs to the monitoring authority, the reliability is good, and the user experience is good.
Optionally, the monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring authority in step S130 may include any one of the following operations.
The first performs the operations of: if the monitoring authority is the child authority, sending a notification message that the unlocking request is made by the unlocking request to a guardian client and/or sending a reminding message that the unlocking request is made by the unlocking request to an indoor guardian under the condition that the door lock is in an unlocking state. Optionally, under the condition that the monitoring authority can be a child authority or a patient authority, if the monitoring authority is the child authority or the patient authority, sending a notification message that the unlocking request is made by the unlocking request to a guardian client and/or sending a reminding message that the unlocking request is made by the unlocking request to an indoor guardian if the child or the patient is out under the condition that the door lock is in the unlocking state.
The guardian client can be a remote guardian client or a short-range guardian client. For example: the monitoring requirement of the guardian can be set, and children or patients are allowed to go out without accompanying the guardian in some cases, but the going-out situation is known by the guardian. For example: if the child authorized user singly goes out to unlock the lock, the guardian can be firstly informed whether to unlock the lock or not, but can not directly unlock the lock; the alarm is sent out when the person goes out privately (for example, the door lock is in an unlocking state and the child just goes out).
For example: the travel state of the child can be mastered to prevent the child from getting lost. Specifically, when children are out of the house with the door opened privately under the condition that adults do not know, the door lock standing horse informs a guardian through wireless communication and gives an alarm to remind a keeper in the house, or informs the guardian whether to agree to unlocking when the door lock monitors that an unlocking person is a child, so that the door lock is safer for children at home and prevents the children from being lost.
Therefore, the unlocking operation is executed under the child authority limit and the like, and the guardian or the nurse is informed, so that the guardian or the nurse can timely know the condition that the child or the patient goes out to carry out corresponding attention operation, and the reliability of monitoring or nursing the child or the patient is favorably improved.
The second type performs the operations of: if the monitoring authority is the child authority, under the condition that the door lock is in a locked state, unlocking operation is not executed, the unlocking request of the unlocking request person is sent to the monitor client, and whether the preset monitor agrees to the unlocking request person to go out or not is inquired through the preset client. Furthermore, through inquiry, the unlocking operation is executed under the condition that an unlocking allowing instruction fed back by the guardian client is received, and the unlocking operation is not executed under the condition that an unlocking not allowing instruction fed back by the guardian client is received or an instruction fed back by the guardian client is not received within a preset time length (for example, the unlocking operation is executed under the condition that an unlocking allowing instruction fed back by the guardian client is received, the unlocking operation is not executed under the condition that an unlocking not allowing instruction fed back by the guardian client is received, or the unlocking operation is not executed under the condition that a feedback instruction of the guardian client is not received within a set time length). For example: if the unlocking authority of the unlocking requester is the monitoring authority, the door lock is kept in a closed state, the unlocking request of the unlocking requester is sent to a preset client to inform a monitor, so that the unlocking operation is executed under the condition that an unlocking allowing instruction fed back by the monitor through the client is received, and the unlocking operation is not executed under the condition that an unlocking not allowing instruction fed back by the monitor through the client is received.
For example: if the user is child, be in personal safety consideration, child's the authority of unblanking can set up and can include: when a child requests unlocking without accompanying of an adult (for example, whether the state of the child is independent is monitored through a door lock camera), the child defaults to refuse unlocking and informs a caregiver, the caregiver can choose whether to agree to unlock so that the child goes out, and the authority can be modified through a mobile terminal, so that the child is prevented from going out and losing privately under the condition that the adult does not know.
Therefore, the children are not allowed to go out independently under the authority of the children and the like until the children go out under the permission of the guardian or the nurse, so that the danger caused by the independent going-out of the children or the patient can be avoided, and the device is good in humanization, safe and reliable.
In an optional example, the specific process of performing the monitoring operation corresponding to the non-monitoring authority in step S130 may include: and recording the unlocking operation.
The following further describes a specific process of recording the unlocking operation with reference to a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of recording the unlocking operation in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 3, and the specific process may include: step S310 to step S330.
And step S310, determining whether the unlocking request of the person requesting to unlock needs to be recorded or not according to the authentication information.
For example: if the person requesting unlocking does not belong to children or patients with serious illness, the person needs to further judge whether the person is an old person or a patient with special illness or not. The specific disease patient is generally a person with chronic diseases or sudden diseases.
Optionally, the step S310 of determining whether to record the unlocking request of the unlocking person according to the authentication information may include at least one of the following procedures of recording and determining.
First record determination procedure: and determining whether the unlocking request is required according to the identity information of the unlocking person.
With reference to the flow diagram of an embodiment of determining whether an unlocking request is required according to the identity information of the person requesting unlocking in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 4, a specific process of determining whether an unlocking request is required according to the identity information of the person requesting unlocking will be further described, which may include: step S410 and step S420.
Step S410, determining the identity information of the unlocking requester according to the authentication information.
Step S420, if the monitoring information of the unlocking requester is pre-entered into the door lock, determining whether the unlocking requester is a preset person who needs to record the unlocking condition according to the identity information, so as to determine that the unlocking request of the unlocking requester needs to be recorded when the unlocking requester is the person who needs to record the unlocking condition. Wherein, the person who needs to record the unlocking condition under the condition can include: elderly people living alone or people with special diseases.
Therefore, whether the unlocking request is needed or not is determined according to the identity information of the unlocking request person, the determination mode is simple and convenient, and the determination result is reliable.
Alternatively, other record determination procedures such as the second record determination procedure may be flexibly selected: and determining whether the unlocking request is needed according to the authentication information of the unlocking person.
The following further describes a specific process of determining whether an unlocking request is required according to the authentication information of the unlocking requester, which is shown in fig. 5, with reference to a flowchart of an embodiment of determining whether the unlocking request is required according to the authentication information of the unlocking requester, and may include: step S510 and step S520.
Step S510, if the monitoring information of the person requesting to unlock is not entered in the door lock in advance, determining whether the authentication information belongs to a set monitoring information range under the condition that the authentication information may further include at least one of age and health degree.
Step S520, if the authentication information belongs to the set monitoring information range, determining whether the unlocking requester is a preset person who needs to record the unlocking condition, so as to determine that the unlocking request of the unlocking requester needs to be recorded when the unlocking requester is the person who needs to record the unlocking condition. The person who needs to record the unlocking condition can include: elderly people living alone or people with special diseases.
For example: and when the authentication information of the unlocking requester belongs to the set monitoring information range, indicating the door lock to execute the unlocking action, and recording the daily unlocking and door-exiting time of the door lock. Therefore, different actions such as unlocking and identification of the number of outgoing personnel are executed according to the authentication information, so that the purpose of distinguishing unlocking or not unlocking is realized, the door lock can be conveniently used by a user with direct unlocking authority in daily life, the further authority confirmation can be carried out on the user without the direct unlocking authority, and the safe trip of the user is ensured.
The authentication information of the person requesting unlocking belongs to the set monitoring information range, and may include: the authentication information of the unlocking requester belongs to the information range of the elderly living alone, the authentication information of the unlocking requester belongs to the information range of the special disease such as heart disease and the like, and the like.
Therefore, whether the unlocking request is needed or not is determined according to the authentication information of the unlocking request person, so that the humanization is better, and the user experience is better.
And step S320, if recording is needed, recording the unlocking request as the outgoing record information of the person who requests to unlock, and executing unlocking operation.
For example: the state of other persons needing to be cared can be recorded, and the cared persons are informed when the recent data are analyzed and abnormal, so that the cared persons can confirm the state of the cared persons in time, and the condition that the cared persons cannot be rescued in time due to emergency is avoided.
For example: when the person requesting unlocking is elderly people living alone or a group suffering from chronic diseases or sudden diseases, the person is set as a person needing monitoring. When the unlocking operation is performed on the door lock by the unlocking requester, the authentication information of the unlocking requester is obtained, the authentication information is matched with the set monitoring information range, and further the identity information of the unlocking requester is obtained to determine that the unlocking requester needs to be monitored, the outgoing information of unlocking outgoing is recorded, and the returning information of unlocking outgoing can be recorded.
Therefore, the functions of different unlocking authorities can be set according to different groups through the management terminal, the safety function of the door lock can be more targeted, and the use space of the application of the monitoring function of the door lock can be increased for each designated group.
In step S330, if no recording is required, an unlocking operation is performed.
For example: the intelligent door lock keeps data transmission with the door lock networking that the user used, and this intelligent door lock accessible face identification, fingerprint identification etc. unblank, and the user is with in user information input lock to set up corresponding authority for the user, the people that generally need not nurse set up to normal authority, need not store this user record of unblanking alone when the request is unblanked and also need not inform administrator (nurse), directly unblank.
Therefore, the outgoing habit of the person who requests to unlock can be conveniently known according to the record of the unlocking operation under the condition that the unlocking permission of the person who requests to unlock does not belong to the monitoring permission, and the method is simple and reliable.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: and carrying out security monitoring according to the going-out habit.
The following further describes a specific process of performing security monitoring according to an egress habit with reference to a flowchart of an embodiment of performing security monitoring according to an egress habit in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 6, where the specific process may include: step S610 and step S620.
And step S610, determining the going-out habit of the unlocking requester according to the going-out record information of the unlocking requester. The going-out habit can comprise: an egress time and/or an egress duration.
The time of going out may be the time of requesting the unlocking person to go out for unlocking. The outgoing duration may be a time interval between the time of requesting the unlocking person to go out for unlocking and the time of returning home for unlocking or returning home for locking.
Step S620, monitoring the actual outgoing situation of the unlocking-requesting person according to the outgoing habit, and if the actual outgoing situation is not consistent with the outgoing habit, sending a notification message that the unlocking-requesting person is not going out according to the outgoing habit to the guardian client so as to remind the guardian of checking the health and safety conditions of the unlocking-requesting person in time.
For example: when cared persons are unattended alone, for example: the door lock records the daily time of going out (for example, going out to buy dishes or exercise every day) of the old and people with sudden diseases, saves the recent time of going out, obtains the approximate time of going out by nursing and going out by analyzing data, and informs a caregiver to check and confirm the state of the cared person in time when the cared person does not go out in a certain day, so that the cared person can be prevented from falling down and falling down at home or being rescued in time when sudden diseases and the like occur.
For example: for a solitary patient suffering from sudden diseases, setting corresponding authority when a door lock inputs information, adding a caregiver to an emergency communicator, enabling the door lock to record unlocking time when monitoring that the user unlocks every time, analyzing to obtain a daily door-out rule of the user, judging that the user is possible to have an accident when the door lock does not go out in a certain day or the difference between the door-out time and the ordinary time is large, and judging that the user has the danger, wherein the door lock immediately sends a reminding short message to the user to confirm whether the emergency situation exists, and if the door lock does not receive the response of the user, an emergency contact person is immediately notified, so that the solitary person can be rapidly helped outside when the person is out of business, and the caretaker is relieved because the optimal treatment time is missed to cause irreparable loss.
For example: the medical nursing bed can prevent children from going out and getting lost or accidents privately without accompanying of guardians, and also can prevent the old or the cared person from being informed of emergency accidents in time to take help, so that safety accidents are reduced.
Therefore, the security monitoring is carried out according to the going-out habit, the situation of the old people living alone or people with special diseases can be prevented from being inconsistent with the going-out habit, the guardians or the nurses can be timely notified, the old people can be known as soon as possible to take safety measures when danger occurs, the humanization is better, and the reliability is higher.
Further optionally, before the sending the notification message requesting the unlocking of the unlocker to go out according to the going-out habit to the guardian client in step S620, the method may further include: and sending inquiry information whether an accident occurs to the unlocking requester, and if receiving feedback information that the unlocking requester has the accident or not receiving the feedback information of the unlocking requester within a preset time, executing an operation of sending a notification message that the unlocking requester does not go out according to the going-out habit to the guardian client.
Wherein the actual outgoing situation is inconsistent with the outgoing habit, and may include: the actual time is not going out, or the time difference between the actual time going out and the habitual time going out in the habit of going out is larger than the preset time length.
For example: the door lock can analyze and count the daily unlocking time of the door lock to obtain the daily unlocking time under the normal condition, and the daily unlocking time is determined as the habitual unlocking time. Of course, the time interval between the unlocking and door-out time of the unlocking person on the day and the daily unlocking time in the normal condition can be recorded.
Therefore, the notification message that the unlocking request of the unlocking person is not carried out according to the going-out habit is sent to the guardian client after whether the user really has an accident or not is further determined, the inconvenience brought to the user who does not actually have the accident situation due to the fact that the notification message is sent when the actual going-out situation is not consistent with the going-out habit can be avoided, the reliability of user protection is improved, and humanized experience is better.
Through a large amount of experimental verifications, adopt the technical scheme of this embodiment, can prevent that needs nurse person from wandering away or unexpected and can not in time discover through making the intelligent door lock can monitor needs nurse person's state, and hommization and reliability can all be ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a door lock control apparatus corresponding to the door lock control method. Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention is shown. The door lock control apparatus may include: an acquisition unit 102 and a control unit 104.
In an optional example, the obtaining unit 102 may be configured to obtain authentication information of a person requesting unlocking in a case where the unlocking request is received. The specific functions and processes of the acquiring unit 102 are referred to in step S110.
Optionally, the obtaining unit 102 obtains the authentication information of the person requesting to unlock, which may include any one or any several of the following obtaining situations.
The first acquisition scenario: the obtaining unit 102 may be further specifically configured to obtain the number of people who request to unlock the lock, where the authentication information may include the number of people, and the number of people is monitored by an image monitoring device and/or a radar monitoring device.
The second acquisition scenario: the obtaining unit 102 may be further configured to, under the condition that the authentication information may further include a face, an age, a height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, and/or finger vein information, if the face, the age, the height, the fingerprint information, the voiceprint information, the iris information, and/or the finger vein information of the person requesting to unlock is previously recorded in the door lock, obtain the face and/or the age of the person requesting to unlock, which is monitored by the image monitoring device, and/or obtain the height of the person requesting to unlock, which is measured by the measuring device, and/or obtain the authentication information of the person requesting to unlock, which is identified by the authentication device.
The third acquisition scenario: the obtaining unit 102 may be further configured to, under the condition that the authentication information may further include a face, an age, a height, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, and/or finger vein information, if the face, the age, the height, the fingerprint information, the voiceprint information, the iris information, and/or the finger vein information of the person requesting to unlock is not previously entered in the door lock, obtain the face and/or the age of the person requesting to unlock, which is monitored by the image monitoring device, and/or obtain the height of the person requesting to unlock, which is measured by the measuring device.
Optionally, under the condition that the monitoring right may include the patient right and the authentication information may also flexibly select the health degree, another kind of obtaining situation, that is, a fourth obtaining situation, may also be flexibly selected: the obtaining unit 102 may be further specifically configured to obtain the health degree of the person requesting to unlock, which is monitored by an image monitoring device and/or a sound monitoring device, under the condition that the authentication information may further include the health degree.
In an optional example, the control unit 104 may be configured to determine whether the unlocking right of the person requesting the unlocking belongs to a preset monitoring right according to the authentication information. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are referred to in step S120.
The monitoring authority can be a child authority.
Alternatively, the control unit 104 determines whether the unlocking authority of the person requesting the unlocking belongs to the preset monitoring authority, and may include any one of the following determination processes.
The first determination process: the process of determining whether unlocking is limited according to the authentication information of the person requesting unlocking specifically may include: the control unit 104 may be further configured to determine whether the authentication information of the unlocking requester is within a set protection information range, so as to determine that the unlocking right of the unlocking requester belongs to the monitoring right when the authentication information is within the set protection information range.
The second determination process: the process of determining whether unlocking is limited according to the unlocking authority of the person who requests unlocking can be specifically as follows:
the control unit 104 may be further configured to determine, according to a correspondence between setting information and setting permissions, a setting permission corresponding to setting information in the correspondence that is the same as the authentication information of the unlocking requester, as the unlocking permission of the unlocking requester. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S210.
The control unit 104 may be further configured to determine whether the unlocking right is consistent with the monitoring right, so as to determine that the unlocking right of the person requesting unlocking belongs to the monitoring right when the unlocking right is consistent with the monitoring right. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S220.
In an optional example, on one hand, the control unit 104 may be further configured to, if the unlocking right belongs to the monitoring right, perform a monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring right; for example: and if the unlocking authority belongs to the monitoring authority, executing monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring authority so as to realize monitoring protection on the unlocking requester under the condition that the unlocking authority of the unlocking requester belongs to the monitoring authority. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S130.
Optionally, the control unit 104 performs a monitoring operation corresponding to the monitoring authority, which may include any one of the following operations.
The first performs the operations of: the control unit 104 may be further specifically configured to, if the monitored authority is a child authority, send a notification message that the unlocking request is made by the unlocking request to the guardian client and/or send a notification message that the unlocking request is made by the unlocking request to an indoor caregiver when the door lock is in an unlocked state.
The second type performs the operations of: the control unit 104 may be further configured to, if the monitoring authority is a child authority, not perform unlocking operation first when the door lock is in a locked state, send an unlocking request of the unlocking-requesting person to the monitor client, and ask, through a preset client, whether the preset monitor agrees to the unlocking-requesting person to go out.
In an optional example, the specific process of the control unit 104 executing the monitoring operation corresponding to the non-monitoring authority may include: the process of recording the unlocking operation may specifically be as follows:
the control unit 104 may be further configured to determine whether to record an unlocking request of an unlocking requester according to the authentication information if the unlocking authority does not belong to the monitoring authority. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S310.
For example: if the person requesting unlocking does not belong to children or patients with serious illness, the person needs to further judge whether the person is an old person or a patient with special illness or not. The specific disease patient is generally a person with chronic diseases or sudden diseases.
Alternatively, the control unit 104 determines whether to record the unlocking request of the unlocking person according to the authentication information, and may include at least one of the following procedures for recording determination.
First record determination procedure: the process of determining whether the unlocking request is required according to the identity information of the unlocking person can be specifically as follows:
the control unit 104 may be further configured to determine identity information of the unlocking requester according to the authentication information. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S410.
The control unit 104 may be further configured to determine, if the monitored information of the unlocking requester is pre-recorded in the door lock, whether the unlocking requester is a preset person who needs to record the unlocking condition according to the identity information, so as to determine that the unlocking request of the unlocking requester needs to be recorded when the unlocking requester is the person who needs to record the unlocking condition. The person who needs to record the unlocking condition can include: elderly people living alone or people with special diseases. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S420.
Therefore, whether the unlocking request is needed or not is determined according to the identity information of the unlocking request person, the determination mode is simple and convenient, and the determination result is reliable.
Alternatively, other record determination procedures such as the second record determination procedure may be flexibly selected: the process of determining whether the unlocking request is needed according to the authentication information of the unlocking requester can specifically be as follows:
the control unit 104 may be further configured to determine whether the authentication information belongs to a set monitored information range if the monitored information of the person requesting to unlock is not previously entered in the door lock, and if the authentication information may further include at least one of age and health degree. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S510.
The control unit 104 may be further configured to determine whether the unlocking requester is a preset person who needs to record the unlocking condition if the authentication information belongs to the set monitoring information range, so as to determine that the unlocking request of the unlocking requester needs to be recorded when the unlocking requester is the person who needs to record the unlocking condition. The person who needs to record the unlocking condition can include: elderly people living alone or people with special diseases. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S520.
The control unit 104 may be further configured to record the unlocking request as outgoing record information of the person requesting the unlocking, and execute the unlocking operation, if the recording is required. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S320.
The control unit 104 may also be configured to perform an unlocking operation if recording is not required. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S330.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: the process of security monitoring according to the going-out habit specifically can be as follows:
the control unit 104 may be further configured to determine an going-out habit of the unlocking requester according to the going-out record information of the unlocking requester. The going-out habit can comprise: an egress time and/or an egress duration. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S610.
The time of going out may be the time of requesting the unlocking person to go out for unlocking. The outgoing duration may be a time interval between the time of requesting the unlocking person to go out for unlocking and the time of returning home for unlocking or returning home for locking.
The control unit 104 may be further configured to monitor an actual outgoing situation of the unlocking-requesting person according to the outgoing habit, and send a notification message that the unlocking-requesting person is not going out according to the outgoing habit to the guardian client if the actual outgoing situation is not in accordance with the outgoing habit, so as to remind the guardian to check health and security conditions of the unlocking-requesting person in time. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S620.
Further optionally, before sending, to the guardian client, a notification message that the unlocking request of the unlocker is not carried out according to the going-out habit, the method may further include: and sending inquiry information whether an accident occurs to the unlocking requester, and if receiving feedback information that the unlocking requester has the accident or not receiving the feedback information of the unlocking requester within a preset time, executing an operation of sending a notification message that the unlocking requester does not go out according to the going-out habit to the guardian client.
Since the processes and functions implemented by the apparatus of this embodiment substantially correspond to the embodiments, principles and examples of the method shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, the description of this embodiment is not detailed, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, and the door lock can set special authorities for people needing nursing at home, so that the people needing nursing can be monitored, and the reliability and the safety of use of a user are greatly improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a door lock corresponding to the door lock control device is also provided. The door lock may include: the door lock control device described above.
In an optional implementation mode, some intelligent door locks can be controlled in a networking mode, unlocking modes comprise fingerprints, human faces, keys, card swiping and the like, user information can be input to serve as unlocking basis, and the intelligent door locks can be linked with security equipment to inform users when accidents happen and take measures to help the users to escape. The scheme of the invention provides an intelligent door lock mechanism for monitoring the states of children and people needing to be cared, so that the intelligent door lock can monitor the states of people needing to be cared, such as the states of children, old people, patients and the like.
In an optional example, in the scheme of the invention, the intelligent door lock is combined with a camera or a fingerprint to monitor the state of an unlocking person, information of a person needing monitoring or nursing is input into the door lock, a corresponding special authority is set, when a child goes out alone, the information of the unlocking person and the number of people are monitored through image recognition to judge whether the child is alone, and a user is informed to operate according to the preset authority (such as refusing to unlock or allowing).
Optionally, the scheme of the invention can also record the exit states of other persons needing to be cared, analyze recent data and inform the cared persons when the recent data is abnormal, so that the cared persons can confirm the states of the cared persons in time, and the condition that the cared persons cannot be rescued in time due to emergency is avoided.
Therefore, the scheme of the invention can prevent the child from going out and getting lost or accidents privately without accompanying of the guardian, and also can prevent the old or the guarded person from sudden accidents and timely inform the guardian to take help in time, thereby reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.
In an alternative embodiment, reference may be made to the example shown in fig. 8 to illustrate a specific implementation process of the scheme of the present invention.
In the scheme of the invention, the intelligent door lock and the door lock used by the user are in network connection to keep data transmission, the intelligent door lock can be unlocked by face recognition, fingerprint recognition and the like, the user inputs the information of the user into the door lock and sets corresponding authority for the user, the user generally does not need to be watched, the user generally sets the authority as normal authority, and the user does not need to separately store the unlocking record of the user and does not need to inform a manager (the watching person) when the unlocking is requested, so that the intelligent door lock can be unlocked directly.
In an alternative example, if the user is a child, and in consideration of personal safety, the unlocking authority of the child may be set to include: when a child requests unlocking without accompanying of an adult (for example, whether the state of the child is independent is monitored through a door lock camera), the child defaults to refuse unlocking and informs a caregiver, the caregiver can choose whether to agree to unlock so that the child goes out, and the authority can be modified through a mobile terminal, so that the child is prevented from going out and losing privately under the condition that the adult does not know.
For example: through removing the end and revising the authority, for example when child goes out along with the user that does not enter the information or allows child to go out by oneself on a certain day, obtain the permission after, the administrator can revise child's original authority, lets child oneself have the authority to open the door and go out by oneself.
Optionally, whether the child is alone can be detected by adopting the camera for people number identification.
For example: adopt the camera to carry out the people number discernment, can include: the images shot by the camera can be analyzed by algorithms (machine learning and visual processing) to determine the number of people. Wherein the camera may be mounted on the door.
Alternatively, radar waves can be used for people number identification when detecting whether the child is alone.
For example: the radar may be located on the door.
Alternatively, range finding (ultrasonic, infrared, laser, etc.) may be used to detect the height of the child.
For example: during ranging, the ranging principle of ultrasonic waves, infrared rays, laser and the like is almost adopted.
In an optional example, for an independent patient with sudden diseases, corresponding authority is set when a door lock inputs information, a caregiver is added to an emergency communicator, the door lock records unlocking time when monitoring that the user unlocks every time, daily door-out rules of the user are obtained through analysis, when the user does not go out in a certain day or the difference between the door-out time and ordinary time is large, the user is judged to be possible to have an accident and a danger exists, the door lock immediately sends a reminding short message to the user to confirm whether an emergency situation exists, if the door lock does not receive the response of the user, an emergency contact person is immediately notified, the independent person can be rapidly rescued outside when the person does not take the accident, the situation is not that the person misses the treatment time to cause irreparable loss, and the caregiver is relieved.
If a dangerous situation such as a special situation or a dangerous situation such as fire occurs at home, special treatment can be performed, and if an emergency occurs, the door lock can inform a user and take measures (automatically open the door) to help the user to strive for escape time.

Optionally, the information input between the user and the person needing nursing can be realized through program codes, and a display screen can be embedded in the door lock to guide the user to input the information, or the information is input through an APP.
Optionally, setting the corresponding right may include: many authorities of program coding can be set in a checking mode during setting, or the authorities of all people are well defined, and only classification needs to be selected when users are input, so that the mode is many according to specific implementation.
The set authority can be set a lot, and the product definition can be seen, which can be realized by program coding. For example: normal rights and special rights can be set.
And 3, executing the step 4 when the door lock is in a state of waiting for unlocking, namely when the caretaker needs to be in an outdoor state from the inside of the room.
Step 4, judging whether the person who requests to unlock is a person with special authority; if the authority is normal, unlocking is allowed, and step 5 is executed; if the authority is special, unlocking is not allowed, and the steps 9 to 10 are executed.
Optionally, the determining whether the person requesting unlocking is a special authority may include: if the special authority is set, the judgment is definitely carried out according to the information input by the unlocking person during unlocking, the judgment can be realized through a program, for example, the judgment can be carried out by classifying the information into two classes in the program, and when the user is in the first class with the special authority and in the second class with the non-special authority, the judgment is carried out on which class is used for carrying out the corresponding operation of the next step during unlocking.
Step 5, judging whether the unlocking operation needs to be recorded for analysis; if recording is needed, executing the step 6 to the step 7; if no recording is required, step 7 is performed.
For example: the method can be used for analyzing the crowd needing to be cared for the solitary residence so as to record the unlocking condition of the crowd needing to be cared for the solitary residence.
And 6, storing the unlocking record to the user, and executing the step 8.
And 7, executing unlocking operation.
And 8, analyzing the unlocking record of the user, and if the user does not unlock the lock any more at certain time intervals, informing a caregiver to check and process the lock in time.
