Further, the method comprises: according to the first image information, fourth instruction information is sent to the image acquisition device; the image acquisition device acquires second image information according to the fourth instruction information, wherein the second image information is larger than the view range of the first image information and comprises the first image information; judging whether suspicious personnel exist in the second image information or not, and obtaining a judgment result; and determining whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock according to the judgment result.
Further, the method comprises: if the judgment result is that the suspicious personnel exist in the second image information, second early warning information is obtained; and if the judgment result is that the suspicious person does not exist in the second image information, obtaining fourth instruction information, wherein the fourth instruction information is used for controlling the intelligent lock to be unlocked.
Specifically, before the client determines whether to send an unlocking instruction to the smart lock according to the first image information, the client further sends fourth instruction information to the image acquisition device according to the first image information, where the fourth instruction information is used to acquire the second image information, where the second image information increases a viewing range on the basis of the first image information, and is intended to determine whether there is a suspicious person around an unlocked person in the first image information, where the suspicious person may be a person holding a family member or a person shaking around a house to seek an opportunity to enter a room. If the judgment result is that the suspicious people exist in the second image information, second early warning information is obtained, wherein the second early warning information is used for reminding the client; if the judgment result shows that the suspicious person does not exist in the second image information, the security of the surrounding environment of the family members in the first image information is indicated, and fourth instruction information can be obtained, namely, the intelligent lock is controlled to be unlocked. Further, the method comprises: according to the first image information, sending fifth instruction information to the image acquisition device; the image acquisition device acquires third image information according to the fifth instruction information, wherein the third image information contains specific facial expression information of the unlocking person; acquiring actual facial expression information of the unlocking person according to the first image information; judging whether the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information is consistent with the specific facial expression information of the unlocking person in the third image information or not, and obtaining a second judgment result; and determining whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock or not according to the second judgment result.
Further, the method comprises: if the second judgment result is that the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information is consistent with the specific facial expression information of the unlocking person in the third image information, third early warning information is obtained; and if the second judgment result is that the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information is inconsistent with the specific facial expression information of the unlocking person in the third image information, obtaining sixth instruction information, wherein the sixth instruction information is used for controlling the intelligent lock to be unlocked.
Specifically, in order to prevent the occurrence of such a situation threatening the life and security of property, in the embodiment of the present application, before the client determines whether to send an unlocking instruction to the smart lock according to the first image information, the client sends fifth instruction information to the image collecting device according to the first image information, where the fifth instruction information is used to collect the third image information, where the third image information includes specific facial expression information of the unlocking person, that is, facial expression information pre-recorded by the user for authentication, which may be an odd different expression such as one eye being open, the other eye being closed or the mouth being open, and when the unlocking person is locked, the unlocking person may be held by a bad person, information can be transmitted to the client by making a specific facial expression, and meanwhile, the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information, namely the current facial expression information of the unlocking person, is obtained, then, whether the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information is consistent with the specific facial expression information of the unlocking person in the third image information or not is judged, a second judgment result is obtained, if the second judgment result is that the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information is consistent with the specific facial expression information of the unlocking person in the third image information, it is indicated that the unlocking person is threatened or held by a lawbreaker, third early warning information is obtained at the moment, and the third early warning information is used for reminding the client that the personal safety of the unlocking person is threatened, the client controls the intelligent lock to be in a locking state and controls the intelligent lock to send out alarm information; if the second judgment result is that the actual facial expression information of the unlocking person in the first image information is inconsistent with the specific facial expression information of the unlocking person in the third image information, it indicates that the unlocking person is in a safe state, and sixth instruction information can be obtained, so that the intelligent lock is controlled to be unlocked. The technical effect of intelligent unlocking after confirming the personal safety of the unlocking person is further achieved.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept as that of the remote intelligent assisted unlocking method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides a remote intelligent assisted unlocking device, which is applied to an intelligent lock, wherein the intelligent lock includes an image acquisition device, and the intelligent lock is in communication connection with a client, as shown in fig. 2, the device includes:
the first obtaining unit 1 is used for obtaining first unlocking information;
a first judging unit 2, where the first judging unit 2 is configured to judge whether the first unlocking information is the same as the initial unlocking information;
a second obtaining unit 3, where the second obtaining unit 3 is configured to obtain first unlocking failure information if the first unlocking information is different from the initial unlocking information;
a third obtaining unit 4, the third obtaining unit 4 being configured to obtain a first predetermined time threshold;
a fourth obtaining unit 5, where the fourth obtaining unit 5 is configured to obtain information of the number of times of the first unlocking failure information within the first predetermined time threshold;
a fifth obtaining unit 6, said fifth obtaining unit 6 being configured to obtain a first predetermined number threshold;
a second determining unit 7, where the second determining unit 7 is configured to determine whether the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first predetermined time threshold is within the first predetermined frequency threshold;
a sixth obtaining unit 8, where the sixth obtaining unit 8 is configured to obtain first instruction information if the number of times of the first unlocking failure information within the first predetermined time threshold is within the first predetermined number of times threshold, where the first instruction information is used to control the image acquisition device to be turned on;
a seventh obtaining unit 9, where the seventh obtaining unit 9 is configured to obtain first image information according to the image acquisition device, where the first image information includes image information of an unlocking person;
a first sending unit 10, where the first sending unit 10 is configured to send the first image information to a client;
a first determining unit 11, where the first determining unit 11 is configured to determine, by the client, whether to send an unlocking instruction to the smart lock according to the first image information.
Further, the apparatus comprises:
an eighth obtaining unit configured to obtain position information of the person who unlocks the lock;
a ninth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first predetermined area threshold;
a third judging unit, configured to judge whether the position information of the unlocking person is within the first predetermined area threshold;
and the second sending unit is used for sending second instruction information to the intelligent lock if the position information of the unlocking person is within the first preset area threshold value, and the second instruction information is used for controlling the intelligent lock to be unlocked.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the third sending unit is used for sending first early warning information to the client if the position information of the unlocking person is not within the first preset area threshold value;
and the first starting unit is used for starting the alarm response of the intelligent lock by the client according to the first early warning information.
Further, the method further comprises:
the fourth sending unit is used for sending first early warning information to the client if the position information of the unlocking person is not within the first preset area threshold value;
and the fifth sending unit is used for sending third instruction information to the intelligent lock by the client according to the first early warning information, wherein the third instruction information is used for locking the intelligent lock in a closed state.
Further, the apparatus comprises:
a sixth sending unit, configured to send fourth instruction information to the image acquisition device according to the first image information;
a tenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, by the image capture device according to the fourth instruction information, second image information that is larger than a viewing range of the first image information and that includes the first image information;
a fourth judging unit, configured to judge whether the second image information has suspicious people, and obtain a judgment result;
and the second determining unit is used for determining whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock according to the judgment result.
Further, the apparatus comprises:
an eleventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain second warning information if the determination result indicates that the suspicious person exists in the second image information;
a twelfth obtaining unit, configured to obtain fourth instruction information if the determination result indicates that the suspicious person does not exist in the second image information, where the fourth instruction information is used to control the intelligent lock to unlock.
Further, the method comprises:
a thirteenth obtaining unit configured to obtain a second predetermined area threshold;
a first defining unit for defining that a difference in a viewing range of the second image information and the first image information is within the second predetermined area threshold.
Various changes and specific examples of the remote intelligent assisting unlocking method in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to the remote intelligent assisting unlocking device in the present embodiment, and through the foregoing detailed description of the remote intelligent assisting unlocking method, those skilled in the art can clearly know the implementation method of the remote intelligent assisting unlocking device in the present embodiment, so for the brevity of the description, detailed description is omitted here.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept as the remote intelligent assisted unlocking method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides a remote intelligent assisted unlocking device, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the foregoing remote intelligent assisted unlocking methods.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
Example four
Based on the same inventive concept as the remote intelligent assisted unlocking method in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implements the following steps:
acquiring first unlocking information; judging whether the first unlocking information is the same as the initial unlocking information or not; if the first unlocking information is different from the initial unlocking information, first unlocking failure information is obtained; obtaining a first predetermined time threshold; obtaining the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first preset time threshold; obtaining a first predetermined number threshold; judging whether the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first preset time threshold is within the first preset frequency threshold or not; if the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information is within the first preset frequency threshold within the first preset time threshold, obtaining first instruction information, wherein the first instruction information is used for controlling the image acquisition device to be started; acquiring first image information according to the image acquisition device, wherein the first image information comprises image information of an unlocking person; sending the first image information to the client; and the client determines whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock or not according to the first image information.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (7)

1. A remote intelligent assisted unlocking method is applied to an intelligent lock, the intelligent lock comprises an image acquisition device and is in communication connection with a client, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring first unlocking information;
judging whether the first unlocking information is the same as the initial unlocking information or not;
if the first unlocking information is different from the initial unlocking information, first unlocking failure information is obtained;
obtaining a first predetermined time threshold;
obtaining the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first preset time threshold;
obtaining a first preset time threshold;
judging whether the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first preset time threshold is within the first preset frequency threshold or not;
if the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information is within the first preset frequency threshold within the first preset time threshold, obtaining first instruction information, wherein the first instruction information is used for controlling the image acquisition device to be started, and the remote unlocking instruction is used for directly starting the image acquisition device;
acquiring first image information according to the image acquisition device, wherein the first image information comprises image information of an unlocking person;
sending the first image information to the client;
the client determines whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock according to the first image information;
before the client determines whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock according to the first image information, the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining the position information of the unlocking person;
obtaining a first predetermined area threshold;
judging whether the position information of the unlocking person is within the first preset area threshold value or not;
if the position information of the unlocking person is within the first preset area threshold value, sending second instruction information to the intelligent lock, wherein the second instruction information is used for controlling the intelligent lock to be unlocked;
wherein the method further comprises:
if the position information of the unlocking person is not within the first preset area threshold value, first early warning information is sent to the client;
the client starts an alarm response of the intelligent lock according to the first early warning information;
according to the first image information, fourth instruction information is sent to the image acquisition device;
the image acquisition device acquires second image information according to the fourth instruction information, wherein the second image information is larger than the view range of the first image information and comprises the first image information;
judging whether suspicious personnel exist in the second image information or not, and obtaining a judgment result;
and determining whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock according to the judgment result.
2. The remote intelligent assisted unlocking method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if the position information of the unlocking person is not within the first preset area threshold value, first early warning information is sent to the client;
and the client sends third instruction information to the intelligent lock according to the first early warning information, wherein the third instruction information is used for locking the intelligent lock in a closed state.
3. The remote intelligent assisted unlocking method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
if the judgment result is that the suspicious personnel exist in the second image information, second early warning information is obtained;
if the judgment result is that the suspicious person does not exist in the second image information, fourth instruction information is obtained,
and the fourth instruction information is used for controlling the intelligent lock to be unlocked.
4. The remote intelligent assisted unlocking method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining a second predetermined area threshold;
the difference value of the framing range of the second image information and the first image information is within the second predetermined area threshold value.
5. A device for remote intelligent assisted unlocking, the device comprising:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining first unlocking information;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the first unlocking information is the same as the initial unlocking information or not;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain first unlocking failure information if the first unlocking information is different from the initial unlocking information;
a third obtaining unit configured to obtain a first predetermined time threshold;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first predetermined time threshold;
a fifth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first predetermined number of times threshold;
a second judging unit, configured to judge whether the frequency information of the first unlocking failure information within the first predetermined time threshold is within the first predetermined frequency threshold;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first instruction information if the number of times information of the first unlocking failure information within the first predetermined time threshold is within the first predetermined number of times threshold, where the first instruction information is used to control an image acquisition device to be turned on, and the remote unlocking instruction is used to directly turn on the image acquisition device;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain first image information according to the image acquisition device, where the first image information includes image information of an unlocking person;
the first sending unit is used for sending the first image information to a client;
the first determining unit is used for determining whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock or not by the client according to the first image information;
an eighth obtaining unit configured to obtain position information of the person who unlocks the lock;
a ninth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first predetermined area threshold;
a third judging unit, configured to judge whether the position information of the unlocking person is within the first predetermined area threshold;
the second sending unit is used for sending second instruction information to the intelligent lock if the position information of the unlocking person is within the first preset area threshold value, and the second instruction information is used for controlling the intelligent lock to be unlocked;
the third sending unit is used for sending first early warning information to the client if the position information of the unlocking person is not within the first preset area threshold value;
the first starting unit is used for starting the alarm response of the intelligent lock by the client according to the first early warning information;
a sixth sending unit, configured to send fourth instruction information to the image acquisition device according to the first image information;
a tenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, by the image capture device according to the fourth instruction information, second image information that is larger than a viewing range of the first image information and that includes the first image information;
a fourth judging unit, configured to judge whether the second image information has suspicious people, and obtain a judgment result;
and the second determining unit is used for determining whether to send an unlocking instruction to the intelligent lock according to the judgment result.
6. A device for remote intelligent assisted unlocking, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
