Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the prior art, the public resources of the current community are various in variety, and the public resources are disordered in scheduling, so that illegal scheduling of the resources often occurs, or the public resources cannot be reasonably scheduled because the resources cannot be used according to specifications in the scheduling process, so that the public resources are required to be effectively managed and scheduled.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application discloses a public resource scheduling method, which can realize the regulation of scheduling behaviors, thereby effectively managing the resource scheduling process.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for scheduling public resources disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes:
s11: receiving a public resource scheduling request;
in this embodiment, a common resource scheduling request is first received. The public resource scheduling request may be a request initiated by a user for scheduling use of a public resource in a community, where the community may be a residential community, a street, a city, a country, or the like. In a specific implementation, the server may be used to receive the common resource scheduling request, or the blockchain node device may be used to receive the common resource scheduling request, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In particular, the public resources in this embodiment may specifically include traffic resources, medical resources, educational resources, and the like. Correspondingly, the embodiment can also receive a public resource update request initiated by an administrator, so that the public resource is added, deleted or modified according to the public resource update request, and the information of the public resource is stored on the blockchain or the background server.
In a specific implementation, the public resource scheduling request may include, but is not limited to, identification information of an initiator and information of a public resource to be called.
S12: acquiring a public resource usage record of an initiator of the public resource scheduling request;
in this step, the initiator of the current public resource scheduling request, i.e. the current requesting user, is determined, and the public resource usage record of the current requesting user is obtained.
It will be appreciated that this embodiment will monitor the entire scheduling process as the initiator schedules the common resource and record the process as a common resource usage record. Preferably, the monitoring of the scheduling process may be performed in a real-time monitoring manner.
As a preferred implementation manner, after the scheduling process is recorded as the public resource usage record, the embodiment may receive, through the preset interface, a query request for initiating the public resource usage record, and feed back a corresponding historical scheduling process to the user according to the query request and the existing record. The user can initiate a query request according to the identification information of the user so as to acquire all scheduling processes; the corresponding detailed scheduling process can also be obtained by initiating specific information including identification information, public resource information, scheduling time and the like.
S13: detecting an operation which does not accord with a preset scheduling specification in the public resource use record;
it can be appreciated that the preset scheduling specification is preset in this embodiment, so as to set a behavior specification to be observed in the process of calling the public resource. For example, the elderly over 60 years old must go out using buses and subways during the early peak period of 7 th to 9 th in the morning and during the late peak period of 5 th to 7 th in the evening; the library in the city is free to open from 9 a.k.a.to 22 a.m. on monday through friday, and all citizens over 3 years of age can enter. Further, in this embodiment, after the preset scheduling specification is set, the preset scheduling specification may be broadcasted in a network or other manner, so that a user in the community may receive or actively view the preset scheduling specification.
S14: and updating the resource use authority of the initiator of the public resource scheduling request based on the operation.
In this embodiment, if it is detected that there is an operation in the public resource usage record of the current initiator that does not meet the preset scheduling specification, the resource usage right of the initiator is updated accordingly, for example, the resource usage right of the initiator is reduced.
S15: and executing the public resource scheduling request according to the updated resource use authority.
In the step, after the resource use authority of the initiator is updated, the public resource request is responded based on the updated resource use authority so as to execute a public resource scheduling request, and the scheduling of the resource by the user is realized.
It should be noted that, the present embodiment may be implemented by using a blockchain technology, and specifically, the preset scheduling specification may be written into a corresponding intelligent contract, and the blockchain link point device is used to receive a public resource scheduling request, a query request, etc. initiated by a user, and record the monitored public resource usage record in a uplink manner. When the fact that the public resource usage record of the initiator does not accord with the preset scheduling specification is monitored, triggering the corresponding intelligent contract, and achieving the operation of reducing the resource usage rights.
According to the scheme, the public resource scheduling request is received; acquiring a public resource usage record of an initiator of the public resource scheduling request; detecting an operation which does not accord with a preset scheduling specification in the public resource use record; updating resource usage rights of an initiator of the common resource scheduling request based on the operation; and executing the public resource scheduling request according to the updated resource use authority. The method and the device have the advantages that corresponding resource use authorities are preset for users, after a scheduling request of public resources is received, public resource use records of a request initiator are obtained, and after operation that the use records do not accord with preset scheduling specifications is detected, the resource use authorities of the current initiator are updated. Therefore, the authority updating operation can be carried out on the users which do not accord with the specifications in the use of the resources, and the regulation of the scheduling behavior can be realized, so that the resource scheduling process is effectively managed.
The embodiment of the application discloses another public resource scheduling method, and compared with the previous embodiment, the technical scheme is further described and optimized. See fig. 2 for details:
s21: receiving a public resource scheduling request;
s22: acquiring a public resource usage record of an initiator of the public resource scheduling request;
s23: detecting an operation which does not accord with a preset scheduling specification in the public resource use record;
s24: acquiring a preset first authority modification rule;
s25: reducing the resource usage rights based on the first rights modification rule and the operation;
s26: and executing the public resource scheduling request according to the reduced resource use authority.
In this embodiment, if an operation that does not meet a preset scheduling specification in the public resource usage record is detected, a corresponding first permission modification rule is obtained. Specifically, the preset scheduling specification may be a behavior specification of a preset scheduling procedure. For example, during the scheduling of the use of library resources, there is no need to loud speaker or damage books, etc. Correspondingly, the first permission modification rule may specifically include permission modification types corresponding to operations that do not conform to the behavior specification, for example, if a user makes a loud sound and damages a part of books in the scheduling process of library resources, the resource usage permission of the user is correspondingly reduced according to the first permission modification rule. It will be appreciated that the scope of rights shrink is positively correlated with the extent of behavioral irregularities.
In specific implementation, the narrowing of the usage rights of the user resources may be narrowing the usage rights of the user to the currently invoked public resources, or may also be narrowing the usage rights to other public resources.
In a specific embodiment, if it is detected that the operation which does not meet the preset scheduling specification exists in the scheduling process, a historical behavior track of an initiator of a current public resource scheduling request can be obtained; further determining the next public resource used by the initiator according to the historical behavior track; and reducing the resource use time of the initiator to the next public resource by a corresponding duration according to the operation that the initiator does not accord with the preset scheduling specification. For example, if the user a makes a loud sound and damages a part of the books in the scheduling process of the library resources, the historical behavior track of the user a, that is, the behavior habit of the user a is obtained, so that the public resource possibly used next by the user a can be known as park X. In this embodiment, the usage rights of the user a to the park X are further reduced, and in particular, the resource usage time of the user may be reduced by limiting the manner that the user a must not use the park X within a preset time in the future.
As a preferred implementation manner, the user can also query the corresponding resource use permission and the modification record of the use permission, so as to obtain the adverse behavior record and the specific permission modification which do not accord with the preset scheduling specification in the resource scheduling process. For example, the user a queries the bad behavior record, and gets the permission of park X3 days during 4 months 8 to 11, when the library is used by 4 months 8 mondays 2019, the sound is loud and a part of books are damaged.
The embodiment of the application discloses another public resource scheduling method, and compared with the previous embodiment, the technical scheme is further described and optimized. See fig. 3 for details:
s31: receiving a public resource scheduling request;
s32: acquiring a public resource usage record of an initiator of the public resource scheduling request;
s33: detecting an operation which does not accord with a preset scheduling specification in the public resource use record;
s34: if the resource use permission of the initiator or the public resource use record does not accord with the preset scheduling specification, the resource use permission is reduced;
s35: and executing the public resource scheduling request according to the reduced resource use authority.
In this embodiment, if the resource usage rights of the initiator do not meet the preset scheduling rights, a second preset rights modification rule is obtained, and the resource usage rights are reduced according to the second rights modification rule.
Specifically, the resource use permission is permission which is preset for the user and needs to be met by calling various public resources, and specifically can include information such as the use qualification and the use time of the public resources by the user.
In a specific embodiment, the process of obtaining the resource usage rights corresponding to the initiator of the common resource scheduling request may be: and acquiring all resource use rights of the current initiator. In a specific embodiment, the process of obtaining the resource usage rights corresponding to the initiator may be: analyzing the public resource use record of the initiator to acquire the historical public resource in the record, and further acquiring the current use authority of the initiator on the historical public resource according to the historical public resource.
It should be noted that, the initiator still calls the resource after the preset scheduling authority is not satisfied, which belongs to the behavior of preempting the public resource, in this embodiment, a corresponding second authority modification rule is set for the behavior of preempting the public resource, so that the user authority that does not call the resource according to the authority can be reduced in a larger range. Of course, the second authority modification rule can achieve a larger scale of reduction than the first authority modification rule, which is merely a preferred embodiment, and the first authority modification rule and the second authority modification rule may be the same rule, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
For example, in a specific implementation, a specific preset schedule of traffic resources is set to be an early peak period from 7 to 9 a.m. and an early peak period from 5 to 7 a.m. in the morning, and the aged over 60 must not use buses and subways for traveling, and broadcast to all citizens through short message notification or public number notification. However, citizens X and Y exist, which belong to 60 years or older, take buses and subways with real-name traffic cards in the early peak period from 7 to 9 in the morning and the late peak period from 5 to 7 in the evening, and do not meet preset resource usage rights when the current behavior belongs to bad behaviors of preempting public resources, and overage deduction is performed on the endowment service time of citizens X and Y, or medical bed priority services of citizens X and Y can be canceled.
Further, the user may query the respective resource usage rights, for example, after the citizens X and Y initiate the query bad record request, the user returns to the early rush hour of 8 days and 8 days in 2019, and go out without the scheduling scheme, and correspondingly withholds the service time of the aged for 1 hour.
