and setting the preset closing rule according to the attribute information.
Based on the hardware structure, various embodiments of the list management method are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a list management method according to the present invention.
In the present embodiment, an embodiment of the roster management method is provided, it should be noted that although a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that shown or described herein.
The list management method comprises the following steps:
step S10, when a close command for closing the client list is detected, determining a preset close rule according to the close command.
And when a closing instruction for closing the client list is detected, determining a preset closing rule according to the closing instruction. Specifically, when a closing instruction is detected, the list management device automatically obtains a preset closing rule which is stored and takes effect. The closing instruction may be triggered by a timing task set in the list management device or triggered by a user corresponding to the list management device. The time corresponding to the timing task can be set according to specific needs, for example, the time can be set to be eight or nine points in the evening every day to automatically trigger a closing instruction. In this embodiment, the preset closing rule is a preset closing rule, and through the closing rule, the list management device may detect whether the stored client list meets the closing condition, and when the client list meets the condition, close the client list, so as to achieve an effect of managing the client list through the preset closing rule. Further, in this embodiment, the preset closing rule may include a plurality of closing rules, and in the preset closing rule, the closing number of the client list required to be closed at this time may be set, for example, may be set to 200, or may be set to 260, and the like. It is understood that, after the number of closures is set, the number of the closed client lists at this time may be equal to or less than the number of closures.
Step S20, traversing the stored customer list according to the preset closing rule to detect whether there is a first target list meeting the preset closing rule in the customer list.
And traversing the stored client list through the preset closing rule after the preset closing rule is determined so as to detect whether the stored client list has the client list meeting the preset closing rule, and recording the client list meeting the preset closing rule as a first target list. The stored client list mentioned in this embodiment is a client list stored in the list device management device and in a normal state, that is, the client list is not in a closed state. If the preset closing rule is a client list with the list level of 1-5, the corresponding closing time is eight night of the day when the client list is stored for 20 days. And traversing the acquired client list in the list management equipment according to the preset closing rule, and searching the client list with the list level belonging to 1-5 levels. The client list with the grade of 1-5 is a first target list meeting a preset closing rule; the customer list with the grade belonging to the 6-20 grades is the first target list which does not meet the preset closing rule (if the corresponding grade of the customer list is 1-20 grades).
Further, if the detected number of the client lists meeting the preset closing rule is larger than the closing number in the process of traversing the client lists through the preset closing rule, the client lists meeting the closing number can be randomly selected from the client lists meeting the preset closing rule to serve as a first target list; and selecting the client list meeting the closing quantity from the client lists meeting the preset closing rules according to a certain rule to serve as a first target list. And if the client list meeting the preset closing rule is selected from the client lists meeting the closing quantity from large to small according to the storage time as a first target list.
Step S30, if there is a first target list meeting the preset closing rule, determining a first closing time corresponding to the first target list according to the preset closing rule.
If the stored client list is detected to have a first target list meeting a preset closing rule, closing time of the first target list is determined according to the preset closing rule and is recorded as first closing time. It should be noted that, in the preset closing rule, the closing time of the client list is set. If the level of a first target list is level 2, the corresponding closing time is eight night of the day when the first target list is stored for 20 days. At this time, if a certain customer list is stored in 2017, month 7 and 12, the corresponding first closing time "2017, month 8, month 1, 20: 00". Further, the first closing time may be expressed in terms of a time point or a closing time period, etc. If the current time is "8: 00 No. 7/2017", the time point is used for representing the first closing time, and the first closing time is "20: 00 No. 8/1/2017"; if the user shutdown duration represents the first shutdown time, the first shutdown time is 44 hours, that is, the first target list is shutdown after 44 hours.
It should be noted that one client list may only satisfy one preset closing rule, may not satisfy all preset closing rules, and may also satisfy at least two preset closing rules. When a client list at least meets two preset closing rules, at least two corresponding closing times exist, at this time, one closing time can be randomly selected as a final first closing time, the minimum time in the closing times can be selected as the final first closing time, or the maximum time in the closing times can be selected as the final first closing time.
Step S40, if the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time, close the corresponding first target list.
And when the first closing time corresponding to the first target list is determined, acquiring the current time, and judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time. If the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time, closing the first target list corresponding to the first closing time, enabling the first target list to be in a closing state, and enabling the first target list not to appear in the storage space for storing the client list any more. For example, in this embodiment, the business list pool may be used to store different client lists, and if a client list in the business list pool is closed, the client list is removed from the business list pool. And if the current time is less than the first closing time, continuously judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time. It is understood that each first target list has a corresponding first closing time, and the first closing times corresponding to the first target lists may be the same or different.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the current time may be acquired by a clock. Further, the client list in the closed state is stored in a specific storage space in the list management device, and then when the client list is traversed through the closing rule, the client list in the closed state stored in the specific storage space does not need to be traversed.
Further, the list management method further includes:
step a, obtaining the attribute information of the client list.
And after storing the client list, acquiring the attribute information of the stored client list. The attribute information of the client list includes, but is not limited to, a service line, a service type, a list level, an area to which the list belongs, a list using method, an activity type corresponding to the list, a list dialing type, and effective time and ineffective time of a rule corresponding to the list. The service lines include but are not limited to financial service lines and channel service lines; business types include, but are not limited to, security opening, trust financing, and mass financing; the list grade can be set according to specific needs, and specifically, the list grade can be determined according to funds corresponding to the customer list; list using methods include but are not limited to a test list and a capacity list; the activity types corresponding to the list include but are not limited to short messages, e-mails and direct network marketing; the list dialing type includes first dialing and return visit.
And b, setting the preset closing rule according to the attribute information.
And when the attribute information of the client list is acquired, setting a preset closing rule according to the attribute information of the client list. The following exemplifies a specific case where the preset closing rule is set according to the attribute information. For example, according to the service type of the client list, the client list belonging to the security account opening is set to be closed after the storage time is more than or equal to 30 days, and the client list belonging to the trust financing and the public financing is set to be closed after the storage time is more than or equal to 50 days. For example, the list level can be set to be 1 to 10 according to the service line and the list level of the client list, and the client list of which the service line is a financial service line is closed after the storage time is more than or equal to 15 days.
The embodiment determines a preset closing rule according to a closing instruction when the closing instruction for closing the client list is detected; traversing a stored client list through the preset closing rule to detect whether a first target list meeting the preset closing rule exists in the client list; if a first target list meeting the preset closing rule exists, determining first closing time corresponding to the first target list according to the preset closing rule; and if the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time, closing the corresponding first target list. When the client list meets certain conditions, the client list meeting the certain conditions is automatically closed, intelligent list management is realized, and the labor cost in the list management process is saved.
Further, a second embodiment of the list management method of the present invention is provided.
The difference between the second embodiment of the list management method and the first embodiment of the list management method is that, referring to fig. 3, the list management method further includes:
step S50, if a new closing rule exists, traversing the client list through the new closing rule, and detecting whether a second target list meeting the new closing rule exists in the client list.
And after the first closing time corresponding to the first target list is obtained by traversing all the stored client lists through the preset closing rule, the preset closing rule is indicated to be executed completely, and at the moment, whether a newly added closing rule exists is judged. The newly added closing rule comprises the newly added closing rule and the closing rule modified from the preset closing rule. In this embodiment, the preset closing rule is an effective closing rule preset in the list management device, and the newly added closing rule is a closing rule newly added in the running process of the list management device, that is, in the process of judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time or the closing rule obtained by modifying the preset closing rule. It can be understood that, after a certain preset closing rule is modified, the preset closing rule before modification is no longer valid, and only the modified preset closing rule, that is, the new closing rule, is valid.
It should be noted that, after the first closing time corresponding to the first target list is determined, if the current time does not reach the first closing time, it is determined whether a new closing rule exists or not when the stored client list needs to be traversed again by the closing rule within a time period from the time point of determining the first closing time to the first closing time. If the newly added closing rule exists, traversing all the stored client lists through the newly added closing rule, and detecting whether a second target list meeting the newly added closing rule exists in the client lists; if the new closing rule does not exist, the original preset closing rule does not need to be executed again unless the list management device stores a new client list.
In this embodiment, whether a new shutdown rule exists may be determined by the shutdown flag. If the closing flag of the newly added closing rule can be set to 00, the closing flag of the preset closing rule can be set to 11.
Step S60, if there is a second target list meeting the new closing rule, determining a second closing time corresponding to the second target list according to the closing time set in the new closing rule.
And if the second target list meeting the newly-added closing rule exists, determining the closing time set in the newly-added closing rule, and determining the second closing time corresponding to the second target list according to the closing time set in the newly-added closing rule. If the closing time set in a new closing rule is after the current day when the closing time is stored for 30 days. In this case, if a certain customer list is stored in 2017, month 7 and 12, the corresponding second closing time is "2017, month 8 and 12". The setting mode of the newly added closing rule is similar to that of the preset closing rule, and is not described herein again. Further, if the second target list meeting the newly-added closing rule does not exist, whether the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time is judged. And if the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time, closing the first target list corresponding to the first closing time.
Step S70, when there is a duplicate list in the second target list that is the same as the first target list, determining whether the first closing time of the duplicate list is greater than the second closing time.
And after the second target list is determined, comparing the second target list with the client list in the first target list, and judging whether a repeated list identical to the first target list exists in the second target list. It will be appreciated that the repeated list is a list of customers that belong to both the second target list and the first target list. And when the second target list has the repeated list which is the same as the first target list, judging whether the first closing time corresponding to the repeated list is greater than the second closing time. Further, if the second target list does not have the repeated list same as the first target list, closing the first target list corresponding to the first closing time when the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time; and when the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time, closing a second target list corresponding to the second closing time.
If the first closing time is less than or equal to the second closing time, step S40 includes:
and step S41, when the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time, closing the corresponding repeated list.
And if the first closing time is less than or equal to the second closing time, acquiring the current time, and judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time. And if the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time, closing the repeated list corresponding to the first closing time.
Step S80, if the first closing time is greater than the second closing time, closing the corresponding duplicate list when the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time.
And if the first closing time is greater than the second closing time, acquiring the current time, and judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time. If the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time, closing the repeated list corresponding to the second closing time; and if the current time is less than the second closing time, continuing to acquire the current time, and judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time.
Further, the list management method further includes:
and c, if the first target list does not exist in the client list, judging whether a newly added closing rule exists or not.
And d, if a new closing rule exists, traversing the client list through the new closing rule, and detecting whether a second target list meeting the new closing rule exists in the client list.
And if the first target list meeting the preset closing rule does not exist in the client list, judging whether a newly added closing rule exists. And if the new closing rule exists, traversing the stored client list through the new closing rule, and detecting whether the client list has a second target list meeting the new closing rule.
And e, if a second target list meeting the newly-added closing rule exists, determining second closing time corresponding to the second target list according to the closing time set in the newly-added closing rule.
And f, if the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time, closing the corresponding second target list.
And if the second target list meeting the newly-added closing rule exists, determining the closing time set in the newly-added closing rule, and determining the second closing time corresponding to the second target list according to the closing time set in the newly-added closing rule. And after the second closing time is determined, acquiring the current time, and judging whether the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time. And if the current time is greater than or equal to the second closing time, closing the second target list corresponding to the second closing time.
Further, if the second target list meeting the new closing rule does not exist, it indicates that the client list stored by the list management device does not meet the new closing rule.
In this embodiment, after determining the first closing time corresponding to the client list, if a newly added closing rule exists and a second target list meeting the newly added closing rule is detected, it is determined that a duplicate list exists in the first target list and the second target list at the same time, and a closing time with a small time is selected as a final closing time from the first closing time and the second closing time corresponding to the duplicate list. After the new closing rule is generated subsequently, the original closing rule is not needed to be adopted to traverse the client list, only the newly-added closing rule is needed to be adopted to traverse the client list, and the operating pressure of the list management equipment is reduced. And meanwhile, the closing time with small time is selected from the first closing time and the second closing time corresponding to the repeated list as the final closing time, so that two closing times of one client list are avoided.
Further, a third embodiment of the method for list management according to the present invention is provided.
The difference between the third embodiment of the list management method and the first embodiment of the list management method is that, referring to fig. 4, the list management method further includes:
and step S90, acquiring the current time, and detecting whether the current time is within the preset early warning time.
And after the first closing time is determined, acquiring the current time, and detecting whether the current time is within the preset early warning time. It should be noted that the preset warning time should be less than the first closing time. If the first closing time is 20:00 # 8/month 2 in 2017, the early warning time should be before 20:00 # 8/month 2 in 2017. The early warning time can be set according to specific needs, such as 5 days, 3 days, 8 days and the like. The starting point of the early warning time may be set to be calculated from the first closing time, that is, the starting time of the early warning time is calculated with the first closing time as the ending point.
And step S100, if the current time is within the early warning time, outputting prompt information to prompt the agent that the first target list is closed, wherein the early warning time is less than the first closing time.
And if the current time is within the early warning time, outputting prompt information to prompt that the first target list of the seat is closed. Specifically, the agent first target list may be prompted to be closed at a first closing time. And if the current time is not in the early warning time, continuously detecting whether the current time is in the early warning time.
Further, the list management method further includes:
step g, if a cancel instruction for canceling closing the first target list is detected within the early warning time, the operation of closing the first target list is suspended when the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time according to the cancel instruction.
If a cancel instruction for canceling closing the first target list is detected within the early warning time, the operation of closing the first target list is suspended when the current time is greater than or equal to the first closing time according to the cancel instruction. It should be noted that, the operation of suspending the execution of the operation of closing the first target list in this embodiment may be understood as no longer executing the operation of closing the first target list. The cancelling instruction is triggered manually by the agent, and specifically, the agent can trigger the cancelling instruction manually through the list management device.
It should be noted that the second target list may also have corresponding early warning time, and the implementation process of the second target list corresponding to the early warning time is similar to the implementation process of the early warning time corresponding to the first target list, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment, by setting the early warning time, before the customer list is closed, the agent is prompted that the customer list is closed. The method and the system prevent the client list which is not desired to be closed by certain agents from being closed due to the fact that the client list meets the closing rule, and improve the intelligence in the process of closing the client list.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the method for list management according to the present invention is provided.
The difference between the fourth embodiment of the list management method and the first embodiment of the list management method is that, referring to fig. 5, the list management method further includes:
step S110, when it is detected that the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state is greater than the preset range, acquiring the client number corresponding to the client list in the closed state.
And after the client list is closed, detecting the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state, and judging whether the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state is larger than a preset range. And if the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state is larger than the preset range, acquiring the client number corresponding to the client list in the closed state. The client number is identification information which can uniquely represent a certain client list. Such as the identification number and/or telephone number of the available customer. The preset range can be set according to specific needs.
And step S120, regenerating a corresponding client list according to the client number, and storing the regenerated client list.
And when the client number is obtained, regenerating the corresponding client list according to the client number, and storing the regenerated client list. The regenerated contents of the client list may be consistent with the contents of the client list in the off state.
Further, when detecting that the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state is larger than the preset range, the system can output prompt information to prompt that the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state is larger than the preset range. If the agent considers that the client list in the closed state needs to be restored, the restoration request can be triggered through the list management device. When the list management device detects a recovery request, the user with authorization authority is prompted to authorize according to the recovery request. If the list management device detects the authorization operation of the user with authorization authority, the client list in the closed state is restored according to the authorization operation, so that the client list is not in the closed state any more and is in a normal state.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is only determined whether to regenerate the corresponding client list or to recover the client list in the closed state by determining whether the asset variation range corresponding to the client list in the closed state is greater than the preset range. In other embodiments, other determination rules may be set to determine whether to regenerate the corresponding client list or to restore the client list in the off state. For example, when a client corresponding to the received client list actively inquires about related products, the client list corresponding to the client is regenerated, or the client list in a closed state is recovered.
According to the embodiment, the client list corresponding to the client list in the closed state is regenerated according to the client number, so that the client list consistent with the closed client list can be regenerated after a certain client list is closed, and the intelligence of client list management is improved.
