The invention optimizes the construction method of the vertical construction joint of the traditional conversion layer, adopts the construction method which has low cost, can be recycled, is convenient for processing and forming and is easy for assembling, and solves the problem of processing the construction joint of the super-thick concrete.
The conventional construction method of the construction joint comprises the following steps:
1. the vertical seam surface roughening method comprises the following steps: after concrete is finally set, the baffle is removed, the whole contact surface of the second pouring is roughened by a cutting axe or a steel rod, and the seam surface is washed clean by pressure water to enhance the occlusal force.
2. The retarder method comprises the following steps: citric acid, molasses, wood calcium and other water-soluble substances such as a retarder water reducer are prepared into a solution with a certain concentration, the solution is coated on the surface of newly poured concrete to form a retarding layer, the retarding layer is hardened to a certain strength, and then the retarding layer is washed by water to form a rough surface.
3. A waterproof construction joint method (a water-swelling water strip fixing method): usually, an expansion water stop strip is fixed at a construction joint for water stopping.
4. Waterproof construction joint method (steel plate waterstop fixing method): and embedding a steel plate water stop belt in the new and old concrete joint part.
The problems of the above methods are:
1. the traditional roughening method comprises the following steps: the defects of poor labor force condition, high strength, low efficiency, slow progress, high concrete loss and the like generally exist, and the labor consumption is high.
2. The retarder method comprises the following steps: the solution has poor adsorbability on the surface of concrete, is extremely difficult to be smeared uniformly in practical application, is difficult to control local mixing amount, and has higher disposable use cost in large-area construction.
The waterproof construction joint method comprises the following steps: the method is simple, the cost is high when the product is used in a large area, and the product can not be reused
