1. A construction method based on an assembled waterproof construction joint waterstop is characterized in that a side pre-embedded side waterstop steel plate assembly which is poured firstly is installed in concrete (12) which is constructed firstly, then the side pre-embedded side waterstop steel plate assembly which is poured firstly is poured by using the concrete (12), and a blocking assembly is required to block a bin opening of a first U-shaped sealing bin (1) of the side pre-embedded side waterstop steel plate assembly which is poured firstly before pouring;
after the side pre-buried side water-stop steel plate assembly poured firstly is finished, the plugging assembly is detached, then the expansion water-stop belt (11) is placed into a second U-shaped sealing bin (7) of the side pre-buried side water-stop steel plate assembly poured later, and then the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) and a first U-shaped sealing bin (1) of the side pre-buried side water-stop steel plate assembly poured firstly are closed to form a closed cavity;
finally, pouring concrete (12) outside the rear pouring side embedded side water stop steel plate assembly;
the assembled waterproof construction joint waterstop comprises a side pre-embedded side waterstop steel plate assembly poured firstly, a side pre-embedded side waterstop steel plate assembly poured later, a plugging assembly and an expansion waterstop (11);
the side pre-buried side water stop steel plate assembly poured firstly comprises a first U-shaped sealed bin (1), fastening bolts (4) installed on the outer sides of two U-shaped surfaces of the first U-shaped sealed bin (1) and a first water stop steel plate wing plate (2) connected with the bin back of the first U-shaped sealed bin (1);
the rear pouring side embedded side water stop steel plate assembly comprises a second U-shaped sealing bin (7), fastening pieces (9) which are arranged on the outer sides of two U-shaped surfaces of the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) and correspond to the fastening bolts (4), and a second water stop steel plate wing plate (8) connected with the bin back of the second U-shaped sealing bin (7);
the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) can extend into the first U-shaped sealing bin (1) to form a four-side sealing bin pipe structure with the second U-shaped sealing bin (7);
the expansion water stop (11) is arranged in the second U-shaped sealing bin (7);
the plugging component is provided with a threaded hole corresponding to the fastening bolt (4) to form a structural plate which can be installed at the bin opening of the first U-shaped sealing bin (1) in a sealing mode.

The construction method based on the assembled waterproof construction joint water stop belt according to claim 1, characterized in that when the plugging component is used for plugging the opening of the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), firstly, a "]" -shaped plugging plate (5) is placed into the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), then, a plugging template (6) is installed outside the opening of the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), and then, the plugging template (6) is fixed through fastening bolts and threaded holes;
the plugging assembly comprises a plugging plate (5) capable of plugging the first U-shaped sealing bin (1) and a plugging template (6) provided with threaded holes corresponding to the fastening bolts (4).

The construction method based on the assembled waterproof construction joint water stop belt according to claim 1, wherein the rear pouring side embedded side water stop steel plate assembly further comprises sealing sheets (702) arranged on two sides of the bottom of the second U-shaped sealing bin (7);
when the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) and the first U-shaped sealing bin (1) which is poured with the side pre-embedded water stop steel plate assembly firstly are closed to form a closed cavity, when the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) completely stretches into the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), the top ends of the U-shaped two side plates of the first U-shaped sealing bin (1) just push against the closed sheet (702).

The construction method based on the assembled waterproof construction joint water stop strip according to claim 3, wherein the post-pouring side pre-buried side water stop steel plate assembly further comprises a flexible water stop strip (701), the flexible water stop strip (701) is arranged at the top ends of the two sides of the U-shaped side plate of the second U-shaped sealing bin (7), a water stop groove (101) is formed in the inner side of the U-shaped side plate of the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), and when the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) completely extends into the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), the flexible water stop strip (701) is just placed in the water stop groove (101);
the length of the second U-shaped sealing bin (7) is set to be just enough to completely abut against the bin extending into the first U-shaped sealing bin (1), and when the second U-shaped sealing bin is closed, the flexible water stop strip (701) is required to be ensured to be just correspondingly installed together with the water stop groove (101).

The construction method based on the assembled waterproof construction joint water stop belt according to claim 1, characterized in that a front section plate at one end of the first water stop steel plate wing plate (2) which is not connected with the first U-shaped sealed bin (1) is arranged to form an obtuse angle with a main plate body of the first water stop steel plate wing plate (2);
when the concrete (12) is installed, the first water stop steel plate wing plate (2) is inserted into and installed on and fixed on the concrete (12) which is constructed in advance before the concrete (12) which is constructed in advance is solidified, and then after the concrete (12) which is constructed in advance is solidified, the concrete (12) outside the side embedded side water stop steel plate assembly is poured in advance.

the expansion water stop (11) is arranged in the second U-shaped sealing bin (7);
the plugging component is provided with a threaded hole corresponding to the fastening bolt (4) to form a structural plate which can be hermetically arranged at the bin opening of the first U-shaped sealing bin (1);
