Abstract
A method of making a bacteria indicating fabric, a bacteria indicating fabric and a garment are disclosed. In the preparation method of the bacteria indicating fabric, the bacteria indicating microcapsule is prepared and coated on the base fabric to prepare the bacteria indicating fabric. The bacteria indicating fabric and the clothes thereof can achieve the purpose of reminding a user when the fabric needs to be washed.

a preparation method of a bacteria indicating fabric comprises the following steps: s1: the first composition is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by weight: a first component: 30-40% of methylene blue; a second component: phenol red, eosin or neutral red 30-40%; and a third component: 30-40% of p-nitrophenyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside or o-nitrophenol beta-D glucuronide; s2: preparing a beta-cyclodextrin water solution with the mass percent of 35-45%; s3: adding a first composition into a beta-cyclodextrin aqueous solution, stirring and emulsifying, wherein the weight percentage of the first composition is 50-70%; s4: spraying into liquid drops; s5: drying with 150-; s6: the coating is prepared by adding the following components into water: 0.5-10g/L of bacteria indicating microcapsule, 5-20g/L of thickening agent, 2-5g/L of cross-linking agent and 1-3g/L of accelerating agent; s7: and coating the coating on the fabric base cloth by a printing or coating process to obtain the bacteria indicating fabric.

Using dropper to take 1ml of bacterial liquid (the concentration of strain is 4X 10) at room temperature8CFU/ml) was dropped on the fabric sample, and after 1 minute the surface color of the sample was observed and recorded as follows:

s3: adding a first composition into a beta-cyclodextrin aqueous solution, stirring and emulsifying, wherein the weight percentage of the first composition is 70%;
s4: spraying into liquid drops;
s5: drying with 150-;
s6: the coating is prepared by adding the following components into water: 6g/L of bacteria indicating microcapsule, 17g/L of thickening agent, 3g/L of cross-linking agent and 3g/L of accelerating agent;
s7: the coating is coated on white double-sided peak nest cloth (the component is 100 percent of terylene) by a printing process to prepare the bacteria indicating fabric.

s3: adding a first composition into a beta-cyclodextrin aqueous solution, stirring and emulsifying, wherein the weight percentage of the first composition is 50-70%;
s4: spraying into liquid drops;
s5: drying with 150-;
s6: the coating is prepared by adding the following components into water: 0.5-10g/L of bacteria indicating microcapsule, 5-20g/L of thickening agent, 2-5g/L of cross-linking agent and 1-3g/L of accelerating agent;
s7: and coating the coating on the fabric base cloth by a printing or coating process to obtain the bacteria indicating fabric.
