Table 2 results show that the silicone oil coating of the present invention is firmly bonded to paper and aluminum foil, and is not easily separated and peeled off by external force although it is thin, which lays the foundation for stable moisture insulation.
3. Flexibility test of aluminum foil paper
In the experiment, the aluminum foil paper to be tested is wound on the cylinder, maintained for a period of time, and then unfolded to observe whether the coating surface is cracked or not to evaluate the flexibility. The specific method comprises the steps of winding a sample to be measured with the width of 60mm on three square cylinders with the side length of 16mm, 10mm and 5mm, unfolding the sample after 16 hours, and observing the flatness and the existence of cracking of the coating. The results are shown in Table 3:

The results in Table 3 show that the silicon oil coating can obviously increase the flexibility of the aluminum foil, reduce the phenomenon that the aluminum foil is easy to break in use, and enable the compounded aluminum foil paper to have good flexibility.
4. Solvent resistance of silicone oil release liner paper
The solvent resistance of the silicone oil release liner paper sample prepared in example 3 was tested by a manual wiping method, i.e. absorbent cotton dipped with ketone was used to wipe the surface of the release paper sample to be tested with a suitable pressure for 30 times, and then the change of the coating surface was observed. The results are shown in Table 4:

The results in table 4 show that the silicone oil coating on the surface of the silicone oil release liner paper has good solvent resistance, and the surface of the coating is unchanged after the coating is repeatedly wiped for 30 times by water, ethyl acetate, N-dimethyl methylphthalamide, toluene, ethanol and acetone, which shows that the coating has good capability of resisting the corrosion of the solvent. After the silicone oil coating is irradiated by ultraviolet light, the curing degree is higher, a compact reticular structure is formed, and the silicone oil coating has excellent solvent-resistant isolation performance.
In conclusion, the silicone oil has good heat resistance, hydrophobicity and smaller surface tension, can enhance the brightness of paper when applied to the aluminum-foil paper, enables the surface to be smooth and soft, and can better prevent the loss and the intervention of water. The acrylate resin as a film forming agent can uniformly disperse and cover the silicone oil on the surface of paper or aluminum foil, so that the silicone oil coating is thin, tightly adhered and not easy to fall off, and the organic solvent and water resistance is enhanced; the aluminum foil is pre-cured with a silicone oil coating, so that the aluminum foil is smooth and soft, the conformability of the aluminum foil to paper is improved, the scratching and dryness caused by the subsequent extrusion compounding step are effectively prevented, and the aluminum foil paper is smooth and bright; the moisture-proof aluminum foil paper has the moisture-proof performance of release paper, has the bright appearance of aluminum foil paper, further improves the performance of blocking moisture from entering and exiting, and maintains the stable environment in cigarette packages. The paper drenches the leveling nature that the membrane was drenched to the retention certain water content after leveling before the membrane, for follow-up composite aluminum foil provides good roughness, reduces the phenomenon that the paper curls the rake in the time of compounding, drenches the membrane and the moisture of bonding stoving in-process at high temperature and volatilizes gradually, and the water content in the slip sheet is extremely low in the finished product, does not influence the moisture barrier of cigarette package. The base paper is coated with the silicone oil coating after being subjected to film spraying, so that the absorption of the base paper to the silicone oil can be effectively reduced, the oil consumption of the base paper is reduced, the material consumption of the raw material of the silicone oil coating is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. The silicone oil coating adopts an ultraviolet irradiation rapid curing process, so that the film forming time can be shortened, the film stability is increased, and the production efficiency is improved. The smoothness of silicone oil release liner paper can be obviously improved by gluing and compounding after silicone oil coatings are formed on the surfaces of raw material aluminum foils and base paper in advance, if aluminum foil paper is directly adopted to coat the silicone oil coatings, the aluminum foil on the surface is embrittled at high temperature of film coating, the gloss is reduced, the paper has the phenomena of corrugation upwarp and the like, and the packaging use is influenced.

(2) preparing a silicon oil coating aluminum foil: uniformly pouring a silicon oil coating liquid raw material on the upper surface of an aluminum foil along the width direction of the aluminum foil, coating a coating on the surface of the aluminum foil by using a film scraper by adopting a blade coating method, quickly conveying the coated aluminum foil to a pre-opened conveyor belt type ultraviolet curing machine for ultraviolet curing, slowly removing the aluminum foil from the other side of the ultraviolet curing machine, and finishing curing of the coating;
(3) taking polyethylene as a raw material, performing single-side film coating on raw paper by using a film coating machine to obtain film coated paper, and winding the film coated paper after cooling for later use; preparing a silicone oil coating on the film-coated surface of the film-coated paper, repeating the steps (1) and (2) in the preparation method, and brushing the composite adhesive on the surface which is not coated with the film;
(4) and (3) carrying out double-roller extrusion composite bonding on the lower surface of the silicon oil coating aluminum foil and the laminating paper, and directly conveying the bonded aluminum foil paper into a dryer to be dried for 15-25 min at the temperature of 150-180 ℃.
