Abstract
The invention discloses a pesticide spreader, which comprises: a main body having a sealing structure including spray nozzles radially arranged, an air blower for supplying air to the spray nozzles, and a pump for spreading agricultural chemicals forward through the spray nozzles; a head rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the body, supplying power for driving the blower and the pump, and fixed to a wall surface or a ceiling structure to maintain the body spaced apart from the floor; and a bottle rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the body and containing pesticide therein, wherein the head is rotatably coupled to a motor provided at the body through a rotating shaft, and power supplied through the head is supplied to the motor, the blower and the pump through a slip ring. According to the present invention, since the main body is rotated by the motor, a certain amount of the agricultural chemicals dispensed from the spray nozzles radially arranged on the main body can be uniformly dispensed without a shadow space.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an agricultural chemical applicator, and more particularly, to an agricultural chemical applicator in which agricultural chemicals dispensed from spray nozzles can be uniformly spread to the surroundings without shadow spaces since a main body in which a plurality of radial spray nozzles are arranged is rotated by a motor drive.
Background
A pesticide spreader is a device for spreading a pesticide to prevent plants, animals, bacteria, etc. from causing damage to crops.
As an essential element, such a spreader comprises: a case 10 having a bottle 15 for containing a pesticide coupled to a lower portion thereof and a plurality of dispensing holes 115 formed in an outer surface thereof; a dispensing unit 20 including a dispensing pipe 21, a dispensing member 23, and a driving pump 25, wherein one end of the dispensing pipe 21 is inserted into the bottle 15, the dispensing member 23 is coupled to the dispensing hole 115 and the other end of the dispensing pipe 21 is inserted, and the driving pump 25 sprays the agricultural chemical in the bottle 15 to the dispensing member 23 through the dispensing pipe 21; and an air injection unit 30 including a motor part 31 and an air injection path 33, wherein the motor part 31 is provided in the housing 10, and the air injection path 33 is provided in the spreading part 23 so that air formed by the motor part 31 is injected together with the agricultural chemicals. Thereby spreading the pesticide further away by further improving the efficiency of the air jet.
However, although the conventional spreaders have the spreading units radially arranged at the housing, there are shadow spaces between the spreading units where the agricultural chemicals are not spread, and thus it is not easy to control.
Further, the pesticide and the air pressure dispensed by the dispensing unit cause the housing to flow-move in four directions (front, rear, left, and right) with respect to the shaft of the hooking member, or rotate at a predetermined speed in a predetermined direction (forward or reverse) with respect to the shaft of the hooking member, and thus the pesticide is easily dispensed. Therefore, there are problems that the agricultural chemicals are not uniformly spread or the agricultural chemicals are concentrated in a specific area, thereby wasting the agricultural chemicals and having poor control effect.
Therefore, a spreader capable of stably and uniformly spraying a pesticide is required. Further, there is an urgent need to research and develop a dispenser capable of stably dispensing a pesticide and automatically supplying the pesticide to bottles.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In describing the present invention, detailed descriptions of related known configurations and functions may be omitted when it is considered that the objects of the present invention are obscured.
In describing the present invention, terms are terms defined by taking functions in the present invention into consideration, which may be different according to intentions or conventions of those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains, and thus the terms should be interpreted as meanings and concepts conforming to the technical idea of the present invention based on the entire specification.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a spreader for explaining a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a sectional view showing a spreader for explaining a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the drawings, the present invention relates to a spreader 100, the spreader 100 being disposed on a ground spaced apart from the ground such that agricultural chemicals can be uniformly spread on crops without a shadow space, and more particularly, the supply of agricultural chemicals is automatically performed to enable the continuity of the spread of agricultural chemicals to be maintained.
The spreader 100 includes: a main body 110 having a sealed structure including spray nozzles 121, a blower 123, and a pump 131, the spray nozzles 121 being radially arranged, the blower 123 supplying air to the spray nozzles 121, and the pump 131 spreading pesticide forward through the spray nozzles; a head 150 rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the body 110; and a bottle 180 rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the body, and containing a pesticide therein.
The main body 110 includes: a first housing 120 constituting an upper portion; a second housing 130 constituting a lower portion; and a cover 140 whose bottom surface is hermetically coupled to the open upper portion of the first housing 120 and whose upper surface is coupled with the head 150.
The first housing 120 accommodates a blower 123 in the inside thereof, and has spray nozzles 121 radially arranged on the outside thereof. As shown in the drawing, among the spray nozzles 121, it is preferable that four radial nozzles are arranged at a predetermined angle, if the number of nozzles is less than four, the control effect is low due to insufficient spreading of the agricultural chemicals, if the number of nozzles is more than four, waste of the agricultural chemicals is induced, or adverse effects on plant growth or environmental pollution are likely to occur due to excessive spreading, and therefore, it is preferable that the number of spray nozzles 121 is four. At this time, the spray nozzle 121 and the blower 123 are conventional spray nozzles and blowers applied to the background art, and thus a description thereof will be omitted.
The second casing 130 has an open upper portion, accommodates the pump 131 therein, is coupled to the lower portion of the first casing 120 in a male-female manner, and has a bottle 180 rotatably coupled to the lower portion thereof.
The pump 131 causes the pesticide contained in the bottle 180 to be dispensed forward through the spray nozzle 121. At this time, it is preferable that at least one or more pumps 131 exist according to capacity, and as shown in the drawing, it is highly preferable that a pair of pumps 131 are arranged side by side. This is because, in the case of a high capacity, it is difficult to install on the ground because of its large volume and weight.
Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in the drawing, the pumps 131 having a relatively low capacity and a relatively small volume are arranged in pairs, so that it is possible to expect the compactness (compact) of the product, the ease of setting, the improvement of the beauty of the product alone, and the like.
At this time, the pump 131 is a conventional pump, and the connection relationship between the pump 131 and the spray nozzle 121 is the same as that of the background art, and a description thereof will be omitted.
The cap 140 is hermetically coupled to the upper portion of the first housing 120 via a seal 147, and an engraved motor accommodating portion 141 for accommodating the motor 143 is provided at the center of the upper portion of the outer surface.
At this time, the motor 143 is preferably a gear motor (geared motor) that rotates the motor 143 at a predetermined speed according to a designated gear ratio by combining a motor and a reduction gear device into one body.
And, the cap 140 is hermetically coupled to the first housing 120 through a conventional fastening means (e.g., bolts or screws, etc.) with a sealing ring 147 to increase the degree of vacuum inside at least one first housing 120, and rotates together with the body 110 when the motor 143 is driven.
At this time, as will be described later, the motor 143 is fixedly provided to the main body 110 through the cover 140, and the driving shaft 145 is coupled to a head connected to a previously specified structure (not shown in the drawing) through a fixing device 159. Accordingly, the rotation of the driving shaft 145 is restricted, and the motor 143 corresponding thereto rotates together with the body 110.
As shown, the head 150 is rotatably coupled to the body 110 by the cover 140, which is described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view showing a head part for explaining a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a detailed view showing a slip ring for explaining a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown, the head 150 includes: an inner cap 151 coupled to the cover 140; and an outer cap 153 fixed to the ceiling or the wall structure by a fixing means.
The inner cap 151 is a structure having a lower portion opened and an upper portion formed at the center thereof with a through hole corresponding to the rotation axis, and a lower portion thereof is coupled to the cover 140 by a conventional fastening means so as to rotate together with the motor 143 when the motor 143 is driven.
The outer cap 153 is provided outside the inner cap 151 at a distance therefrom, is coupled to the driving shaft 145 of the motor 143 through a rotating shaft 157 by a fixing device 159, and is provided with a connector 155 for supplying power on either outer surface.
As shown, the rotating shaft 157 is shaft-coupled with the driving shaft 145, and power supplied through the connector 155 may be supplied to the motor 143, the blower 123, and the pump 131 through a slip ring 161 surrounding the rotating shaft 157.
At this time, the fixing device 159 is directly or indirectly coupled to a structure (not shown) provided on a wall surface or a ceiling to restrict the rotation of the outer cap 153, the rotation shaft, and the driving shaft 145 such that the motor 143 continuously rotates in a predetermined direction together with the body, and preferably has a ring structure to be easily coupled to the structure, as shown in the drawing.
The slip ring 161 is a contact attached to a rotor shaft for flowing current from the outside to a rotor of the motor or the engine. This is explained with reference to fig. 4.
The phosphor bronze brush 171 is disposed by a housing 173 that surrounds the slip ring 161 and is coupled to the cover 140 by conventional fastening means. As shown in fig. 5, the phosphor bronze brush 171 includes carbon c having one side in contact with the conductors (the first conductor 165 and the second conductor 167), a pusher p provided in the housing 173 in such a manner that one side is exposed to the outside of the housing 173, and a contact state of the carbon with the conductors is maintained by the pusher p by elastically supporting between the carbon c and the pusher p.
Accordingly, the current supplied through the conductor is output to the other side connected to the power source of the motor 143, the blower 123, and the pump 131 through one side of the carbon c.
On the other hand, the spreader 100 is disposed on the ground, and thus a load due to gravity is generated, which acts between the outer cap 153 and the inner cap 151 fixed to the ceiling and restricted in rotation, thereby preventing smooth rotation.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 4, a first bearing 163 is further disposed between the slip ring 161 generating the load and the housing 173, and a second bearing 175 is further disposed between both ends of the slip ring 161 to minimize friction between the housing 173 and the slip ring 161.
The first bearing 163 is preferably a thrust bearing (thrust bearing) for achieving smooth rotation even if there is a load. Preferably, such first bearing 163 is arranged side by side with the first conductor 165, via an insulator 169.
The second bearing 175 is a rolling bearing (rolling bearing) for smoothly rotating the main body 110 by minimizing friction between the slip ring 161 and the housing 173, and is preferably arranged side by side with the second conductor 167 via an insulator 169 as shown in the figure.
On the other hand, the bottle 180 provided at the lower portion of the body 110 is rotatably provided with the body 110, and the inside thereof is automatically filled with the agricultural chemical, which will be described with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a detailed view showing a bottle for explaining a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown, the bottle 180 may rotate independently from the body 110. That is, even if the body 110 rotates, the rotation may be selectively restricted.
The bottle 180 as described above includes: a container 181 having a box structure with an open upper portion and containing an agricultural chemical therein; a stopper 183 hermetically closing the upper portion of the container 181; and a fastening tube 185 having a hollow structure, one side of which is coupled with a penetration hole at the center of the plug 183 and the other side of which is rotatably coupled to the second housing 130.
The container 181 has a bottleneck structure, and is provided at either side of a lower portion thereof with a water outlet for discharging the pesticide, which is provided with a cover as shown in the drawing, so as to be able to selectively open and close the cover.
The stopper 183 closes the upper portion of the container 181, and is present as a connecting means of a fastening tube 185, which fastens the tube 185 via combination with the body 110, and a supply tube 210, which supplies the pesticide.
The fastening tube 185 is a hollow tubular body having one side coupled with a penetration hole at the center of the plug 183 and the other side rotatably coupled to the second housing 130.
The other side end of such a fastening tube 185 has an expanded structure as shown in the drawing to be rotatably coupled to the second housing 130. That is, the end of the fastening tube 185 is coupled through the hole provided in the second housing 130, and the other end of the fastening tube 185 is formed to be larger than the diameter of the hole, so that the rotation of the bottle can be restricted even if the body 110 rotates. At this time, although not shown, a bearing (e.g., a thrust bearing) may also be disposed between the expansion portion 187 and the second housing 130.
Here, the rotation of the bottle 180 is restricted in order to smoothly supply the pesticide, that is, when the bottle 180 rotates together with the main body, it is not only difficult to connect the supply pipe 210, but also, even though it is connected by a flexible pipe, the pipe is damaged due to the twisting of the wire, and the pesticide cannot be normally supplied.
Therefore, in the present invention, the rotation of the bottle 180 is restricted not only for the connection of the supply pipe 210 and the stable supply of the pesticide, but also for the convenience of the supply.
Thereby, it is possible to automatically supply the pesticide to the bottle 180 only by controlling the supply pipe 210, and particularly, when the filling valve 200 is further installed at the supply pipe 210, it is possible to automatically fill the pesticide in the bottle 180 according to the water level without controlling the supply pipe 210.
Here, the filling valve 200 is a valve that can automatically receive pesticide according to an internal water level, that is, a device in which a valve 201 is intermittently opened and closed according to a water level sensed at a fish gelatin 203 as shown in the drawing so that pesticide is automatically filled in a container at an appropriate level.
The agricultural chemical filled in the container 181 passes through the pump 131 through the connection pipe 191, and is sprayed forward together with high-pressure air through the injection nozzle 121 as shown in fig. 2, and the end portion of the connection pipe 191 immersed in the container 181 is provided with a filter 193 for preventing inflow of foreign matter, and the other end is connected to the pump 131 through the hollow of the fastening pipe 185.
At this time, since the connection pipe 191 is a moving body that rotates together with the body 110, it is preferably spaced apart from the hollow of the fastening pipe 185. That is, the hollow diameter of the fastening tube 185 is preferably larger than the diameter of the connection tube 191 because the connection tube 191 is a moving body.
Also, since the connection pipe 191 is a moving body, a wire distortion or damage may occur due to shaking inside the container 181, thereby causing a problem that the spreading of the agricultural chemicals becomes uneven or restricted.
Therefore, in the present invention, the connection pipe 191 is first disposed at the central axis of rotation to induce the minimization of shaking, and particularly, the connection pipe 191 surrounding at least the container region with the hollow pipe 189 to restrict shaking.
Here, as shown in the drawing, the hollow tube 189 is a tubular body having a hollow structure coupled to the fastening tube 185, and the inner diameter thereof is formed to be larger than the diameter of the connection tube 191 by a predetermined size.
Therefore, although the connection pipe 191 is a moving body, not only shaking can be minimized but also uniform spreading can be achieved, and thus the prevention effect can be doubled.
According to the present invention as described above, since the spray nozzle dispenses the agricultural chemical forward while rotating together with the main body, it is possible to dispense the agricultural chemical at least within 360 ° around the dispenser without a shadow space, and in particular, even if the pressure of the agricultural chemical or air is applied, it is possible to uniformly dispense a certain amount of the agricultural chemical while rotating at a predetermined speed.
And, although the body is rotated, the rotation of the bottle can be restricted, so that the convenience of the applicator management is doubled by directly connecting the supply pipe to the bottle to achieve the automatic supply of the pesticide, which points constitute the greatest feature of the present invention.
The present invention is described in detail with reference to the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are only for illustrating the technical idea of the present invention and are not limited, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by the embodiments described above. The scope of the invention should be construed in accordance with the claims, and all technical ideas within the equivalent scope thereof should be construed to be included in the scope of the claims.
