Example 1
In order to explain the table batch processing method provided by the present invention, fig. 1 shows a table batch processing method flow according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for batch processing of tables provided by the present invention may include the following steps:
s110: and generating a business table with a corresponding format according to a preset business requirement, wherein the business table is composed of a plurality of cells. Because the formats of the service forms are different according to different submitters, related specific service information and the like, before batch processing is performed on the forms, the formats of the service forms need to be configured according to preset service requirements; the business table is composed of a plurality of cells, namely the business table comprises cells meeting the content requirements of various items of business needs so as to realize the statistical requirements of common data of business related data.
The technical scheme of the invention can be applied to business statistics of purchasing and selling of enterprises, human resource statistics of enterprises and public institutions, population/economy general survey of government departments, experimental data statistics in scientific research processes and the like. Because the business requirements in the aspect of data statistics are various, in order to express the technical scheme of the invention more clearly and intuitively, the batch processing method of the invention is explained in detail by taking tax declaration forms in the field of tax as an example.
Because tax return forms are different in tax types and taxpayers types, the return forms are various in format, numerous in column and non-uniform in content, the number of generated cells is large, and the types of the cells are also various. For this reason, before configuring the cells, the cells need to be classified according to the service requirements, i.e., the requirements for tax declaration, and the cells with the same format are determined as the cells of the same type, so as to facilitate batch processing.
S120: and carrying out pattern parameter identification on the cells in the business table, and classifying the cells of the business table according to the identified pattern parameters, wherein the pattern parameters of the cells of each category are the same.
In order to achieve the purpose of batch processing, in the same type of cells, the style parameters of the cells are generally required to be the same, that is, the related information such as the character style, background color, font, character label, character attribute, cell style and attribute of the same type of cells are the same, wherein the filled data information belongs to the same type of data which can be batch processed in the service form, and the purpose of batch processing according to one template can be achieved through the design. Therefore, the invention classifies the cells with the same style parameter into one type according to the style parameter of the cells in the table as the classification standard of the cell batch processing, so as to carry out the batch processing on the cells of the same type.
FIG. 2 illustrates a process for classifying cells according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in the process of classifying the cells of the business table, the cells in the business table may be scanned one by one first, and the style parameters of the scanned cells are extracted (as shown in step S121); then, the extracted style parameters are identified, and the cells with the same style parameters are classified (as shown in step S122).
In the process of classifying the cells according to the style parameters, the following method can be adopted: pre-establishing a classification group for classifying the cells, judging whether a cell group with the same style parameter as the extracted style parameter exists in the preset classification group according to the extracted style parameter, and classifying the cell in the corresponding cell group if the cell group exists; and if not, newly building a cell group with the same style parameter as the extracted style parameter in the classification group, and classifying the cell in the newly built cell group.
After the cell classification of the business form is completed, the next step can be entered:
s130: and configuring the style of the cell of each category according to the preset service requirement.
For each type of cell, only one of the multiple cells in the type needs to be determined as a mode cell to perform corresponding cell style configuration, and for the rest of the cells in the type, a cell format brush is called to perform uniform refresh configuration according to the style of the mode cell.
Taking a tax declaration form in the tax field as an example, in a specific operation process of configuring the style of the cell of each category according to a preset tax declaration requirement, firstly determining the style of the cell of one category and the style of the cell of the category, randomly selecting one cell from the various cells of the category as a mode cell for configuration, namely configuring the mode cell according to the cell style of the cell of the category to which the cell belongs, then locking other cells needing to configure the style except the mode cell in the category, calling a cell style brush to refresh the style of the other cells in the category, and enabling the style of the other cells in the category to be refreshed into the same style as the style of the configured mode cell. After the cells of one category are configured, the cells of other categories are configured according to the same processing mode until the configuration completion positions of all the cells of all the categories are completed.
For an operator, the configuration of the cells does not need manual configuration of one cell per cell, and the configuration of all other cells can be automatically completed according to the mode of the mode cells only by classifying the cells according to preset service requirements (such as tax declaration requirements) and determining the mode of the cells of each category, and configuring one mode cell per category.
More specifically, step S130 can be further subdivided into two steps as shown in fig. 3:
s131: the style of the mode cell is determined and configured according to the cell application needs. In the business table, one cell in each category of cells is a mode cell and is used as a template for carrying out batch refreshing on the cells of the category. In the wangying table, as many types of cells and as many pattern cells exist, the number of pattern cells needs to be configured one by one.
S132: style refresh of category cells. And according to the configured style of the mode cell, refreshing all other cells which belong to the same category as the mode cell in batch, and realizing the uniform batch configuration of all cell styles of the category.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the batch processing of the cells is performed as follows.
Firstly, determining a category of cells and the style of the category of cells, randomly selecting one cell in the category of cells, configuring a required cell style (the cell style of the category of cells) as a mode cell, wherein the cell style can include but is not limited to the character style, background color, font, character label, character attribute, cell style and attribute information of the cell, and the specific configuration requirement is determined according to the specific requirement of a service form. And after the mode cell is configured, calling a cell style brush to refresh the style of other cells in the category of cells.
The effect displayed on the operation interface by the process is as follows: selecting and calling a style brush of the cells in the menu at the top end of the page, and simultaneously using other cells needing to be configured with the style in the selected cells of the category; finally, all selected cells are refreshed to the same pattern as the mode cells.
The batch configuration logic provided by the embodiment comprises two parts of structural design and implementation logic.
In the structural design part, a drop-down menu, a header of a data table, a field, related information, cell configuration information and the like are respectively defined according to the characteristics of the form requiring the batch configuration of the cells and the requirements of the batch configuration of the cells, and the method specifically comprises the following definition of the form:
1) data table header definition table: and the header data information is used for recording and storing the business table. Such as: column name, column width, relative column difference, row number, column number, alignment mode, format method, EXCEL header mapping method and other field information.
2) Data table field definition table: and the field characteristic information is used for recording and storing the specific data of the business form. Such as: field coding, name, data type, field length, field precision, sequence number, whether empty, whether filtering is used, whether access is used, and the like.
3) Data table definition table: and the related table identity information is used for recording and storing the business table. Such as: table code, name, version number, table type, whether disabled, rank number, etc.
4) Data example table: the report data information is used for recording and storing report data information of cells which are actually configured in batches.
5) The pull-down menus comprise function menus of cell style brushing, cell merging, data relation, account relation, in-table relation, formula setting, table associated data, clearing setting information and the like.
In the implementation logic portion, that is, the service interface is provided with function menus such as cell style brush, cell merge, data relationship, etc., since this embodiment is only for explaining the scheme logic of configuring cells in batch, the detailed description of the functions thereof is not provided herein. The cell style brush triggers the system to uniformly refresh and configure the cell styles of the cells to be configured in batch according to the style parameters (such as the information of the character style, the background color, the font, the character label, the character attribute, the cell style, the attribute and the like of the cells) of the mode cells.
The interface operation flow of the above implementation logic is shown in fig. 4:
step S410: determining a category of cells, randomly selecting one cell from the category of cells as a mode cell, and configuring a cell style required by the category of cells for the mode cell;
step S420: clicking a cell style brush button;
step S430: pressing a ctrl key, and simultaneously using a mouse to gradually arrange other cells of the style according to other needs;
step S440: and pressing an enter key, namely calling a cell style brush to brush all the selected cells into the same style as the mode cells.
According to the embodiment, no matter how many cells are in the service table, as long as the types are divided, one mode cell can be configured in each type of cell, and then the unified refreshing processing is performed on the other cells in the type by calling the cell format brush. That is to say, only one cell in each category needs to be configured, that is, the unified configuration of the cells can be realized through the refresh of the cell style, which not only can solve the complex work of cell configuration, provide the configuration work efficiency and the configuration data accuracy, but also can effectively reduce the configuration error rate.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
