Example 1
In order to illustrate the table batch processing method provided by the invention, fig. 1 shows a flow of the table batch processing method according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the form batch processing method provided by the invention can comprise the following steps:
s110: and generating a business form in a corresponding format according to a preset business requirement, wherein the business form is composed of a plurality of cells. Because the format of the business form will be different according to the submitter, the related specific business information and the like, the format of the business form needs to be configured according to the preset business requirement before batch processing of the form; the business form is composed of a plurality of cells, namely, the business form comprises cells meeting the content requirements of various items of business needs so as to realize the common data statistics requirements of business related data.
The technical scheme of the invention can be applied to enterprise purchase and sale business statistics, human resource statistics of enterprises and institutions, population/economic census of government departments, experimental data statistics in scientific research process and the like. Because of various business requirements in the aspect of data statistics, in order to clearly and intuitively express the technical scheme of the invention, the batch processing method of the invention is described in detail by taking tax declaration in the tax field as an example.
The tax declaration forms are different in tax types and tax payer types, the formats of the tax declaration forms are various, the contents of the tax declaration forms are not uniform, and therefore, the number of generated cells is large, and the styles of the tax declaration forms are various. In this regard, before the cells are configured, the cells need to be classified according to the service requirement, i.e., the requirement of tax declaration, and the cells with the same format are determined to be the same type of cells for batch processing.
S120: and carrying out pattern parameter identification on the cells in the business table, classifying the cells of the business table according to the identified pattern parameters, wherein the pattern parameters of the cells in each category are the same.
In order to achieve the purpose of batch processing, in the same type of cells, the style parameters of the cells are generally required to be the same, namely, the related information such as the text style, background color, font, text label, character attribute, cell style and attribute of the same type of cells are the same, wherein the filled data information belongs to the same type of data which can be processed in batch in a business form, and the purpose of batch processing according to a template can be achieved through the design. Therefore, according to the classification standard that the style parameters of the cells in the table are used for the batch processing of the cells, the cells with the same style parameters are classified into one type, so that the batch processing of the cells of the same type is carried out.
FIG. 2 illustrates a flow for classifying cells according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, in the process of classifying the cells of the service table, the cells in the service table may be scanned one by one first, and style parameters of the scanned cells may be extracted (as shown in step S121); then, the extracted style parameters are identified, and the cells with the same style parameters are categorized (as shown in step S122).
In the process of classifying the cells according to the style parameters, the following manner may be adopted: a classifying group for classifying the cells is established in advance, whether the cell group with the same style parameter as the extracted style parameter exists in the preset classifying group is judged according to the extracted style parameter, and if the cell group with the same style parameter as the extracted style parameter exists in the preset classifying group, the cell is classified into the corresponding cell group; if not, a cell group with the same style parameters as the extracted style parameters is newly built in the classifying group, and the cell is classified in the newly built cell group.
After completing the cell sorting of the business form, the next step may be entered:
s130: and configuring the style of the cell of each category according to the preset service requirement.
For each category of cells, only one of a plurality of cells in the category is required to be determined as a mode cell to carry out corresponding cell pattern configuration, and for the rest cells in the category, a cell pattern brush is called to carry out unified refreshing configuration according to the patterns of the mode cells.
Taking tax declaration form in tax field as an example, in the specific operation process of configuring the patterns of the cells of each category according to the preset tax declaration requirement, firstly determining the cell of one category and the patterns of the cell of the category, configuring one cell selected at will as a mode cell in the cell of the category, namely configuring the mode cell according to the cell patterns of the cell of the category to which the cell belongs, then locking the cells of the category except the cell of the mode, which need to configure the patterns, calling the cell pattern brush to refresh the patterns of the other cells of the category, so that the patterns of the other cells of the category are refreshed to be the same as the patterns of the configured mode cell. After the cells of one category are configured, the cells of other categories are configured according to the same processing mode until all the cells of all the categories are configured to complete positions.
For operators, the configuration of the cells does not need manual configuration of one cell by one cell, and the configuration of all other cells can be automatically completed according to the mode of the mode cell only by classifying the cells according to preset service requirements (such as tax declaration requirements) and determining the mode of the cells of each category and configuring one mode cell of each category.
More specifically, step S130 may be further refined into two steps as shown in fig. 3:
s131: the pattern of the mode cells is determined and configured according to the cell application needs. In the business table, one cell in each category is a mode cell and is used as a template for refreshing the cells in the category in batches. In the Wang Ying table, how many types of cells are, how many pattern cells are, and how many pattern cells need to be arranged one by one.
S132: and refreshing the style of the category cell. According to the configured patterns of the mode cells, all other cells belonging to the same class as the mode cells are refreshed in batches, so that the unified batch configuration of all cell patterns of the class can be realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the specific process of batch processing cells is as follows.
First, a category of cells and a style of the category of cells are determined, one cell is arbitrarily selected in the category of cells, a required cell style (a cell style of the category of cells) is configured as a mode cell, and the cell style may include, but is not limited to, a text style, a background color, a font, a text label, a character attribute, a cell style and attribute information of the cell, and specific configuration requirements are determined according to specific requirements of a business form. After the mode cells are configured, calling a cell pattern brush to carry out pattern refreshing on other cells in the class of cells.
The effect displayed on the operation interface in the process is as follows: selecting and calling a cell style brush in a top menu of the page, and simultaneously using other cells needing to be configured with the style in the selected cells; finally, all selected cells are refreshed to the same pattern as the pattern cells.
The batch configuration logic provided by the embodiment comprises two parts, namely structural design and implementation logic.
In the structural design part, according to the characteristics of the tables of the batch configuration cells and the requirements of the batch configuration cells, respectively defining a drop-down menu, the header, the field, the related information, the cell configuration information and the like of the data table, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps of defining the table:
1) Data table header definition table: for recording header data information of the save service table. Such as: column name, column width, relative column difference, number of rows, column number, alignment, format method, EXCEL header mapping method, etc.
2) Data table field definition table: and the field characteristic information is used for recording and storing specific data of the business form. Such as: field coding, name, data type, field length, field precision, sequence number, null, filter, fetch, etc.
3) Data table definition table: for recording the relevant form identity information of the save business form. Such as: table code, name, version number, table type, whether to deactivate, rank number, etc.
4) Data instance table: and the method is used for recording and storing declaration data information of the actual batch configuration cells.
5) And the drop-down menu comprises functional menus such as cell style brushes, cell merges, data relations, account relations, in-table relations, formula setting, table association data, clearing setting information and the like.
In the implementation logic section, that is, in the service interface, functional menus such as cell pattern brushes, cell merges, and data relationships are set, and since this embodiment is only for illustrating the scheme logic of configuring cells in batches, the functions thereof will not be described in detail herein. The cell pattern brush triggers the system to uniformly update and configure the cell patterns according to the pattern parameters (such as the text patterns, background colors, fonts, text labels, character attributes, cell patterns, attributes and the like) of the mode cells.
The interface operation flow for implementing the logic is shown in fig. 4:
step S410: determining a category of cells, and arbitrarily selecting one of the cells as a mode cell, and configuring a cell pattern required by the category of cells for the mode cell;
step S420: clicking a cell pattern brush button;
step S430: pressing the ctrl key, and simultaneously using a mouse to configure other cells in a point by point, which need to be configured with the pattern;
step S440: and pressing an enter key, namely calling a cell pattern brush to brush all selected cells into the same pattern as the mode cells.
By the embodiment, no matter how many cells are in the business table, as long as the category is divided, one mode cell can be configured in each category cell, and then the rest cells in the category can be subjected to unified refreshing processing by calling a cell format brush. That is, only one cell in each category needs to be configured, and unified configuration of the cells can be realized through refreshing of the cell patterns, so that complex work of cell configuration can be solved, configuration work efficiency and configuration data accuracy are provided, and configuration error rate can be effectively reduced.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
