Background
The blind road is a special channel paved by special floor tiles with hard bulges on the surfaces, and the blind people feel the position of the blind people by using the touch sense of the blind people, so that the blind people can safely walk on the blind road.
The blind road floor tiles, especially the lattice blind road tiles, bring great difficulty to cleaning because of the small distance between every two adjacent bulges, and the cleaning personnel usually spend much effort and can not clean the blind road floor tiles, so that the blind road floor tiles are easy to store dirt and soil, and bacteria and the like can be bred; the cleaning method is particularly suitable for public places such as subways and stations, when cleaning the blind road floor tiles, cleaning personnel have low efficiency, occupy the service time of the blind road and influence the traveling of passengers; and because the crowd such as stations, subways and the like are dense, unfinished and thoroughly cleaned blind road floor tiles often become fertile soil for bacterial breeding, the disease transmission rate is improved, and the health of people is influenced.
To this end, we propose a blind road brick to solve the above problems.

Compared with the prior art, the blind road brick has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, by arranging the memory spring and the electric heating block, when the blind road needs to be cleaned, the electric heating block is electrified, the electric heating block starts to generate heat and heat the memory spring, and when the memory spring is heated to a temperature higher than the metamorphosis temperature, the memory spring contracts, so that the convex columns retract into the placing cavity, the surface of the floor tile is in a flat state, the cleaning effect can be greatly improved, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved for a cleaner.
2. According to the invention, the memory spring is arranged, so that the blind person steps on the convex column during normal use, and the convex column can sink downwards on the premise of obtaining prompt touch feeling, thereby relieving the muscle soreness feeling of the sole of the blind person, helping the blind person to keep good touch feeling, and avoiding the generation of touch feeling fatigue caused by long-time walking on the convex blind road floor tile.
3. According to the invention, the electric heating net is arranged, so that the waterproof layer can be heated, evaporation and drying of water stains on the waterproof layer are accelerated, secondary pollution caused by spreading of the water stains can be reduced, the occupied time of the blind road during cleaning can be reduced, the blind road can be rapidly put into use, and the utilization rate is improved.

According to the invention, the elastic corrugated pipe is arranged, when the lifting plate moves downwards, cleaning water stored in the elastic corrugated pipe can be squeezed out, the surface of the blind road is automatically sprayed, the surface of the blind road is wetted, and a cleaning worker does not need to frequently dip the mop when cleaning the surface of the blind road, so that the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are further improved; meanwhile, when the lifting plate moves upwards and resets, under the action of the one-way water inlet pipe, cleaning water can be sucked from the outside for supplement, and the lifting plate can be recycled.

the protruding columns 13 correspond to the through holes 121 of the protruding columns 13, the protruding columns 13 are connected in the through holes 121 in a sliding and sealing mode, it should be noted that the protruding columns 13 are distributed on the surface of the brick body 1 in an array mode, the protruding columns are consistent with the protruding distribution of the existing blind road, the use is convenient, and meanwhile, the protruding columns 13 can be made of rubber materials, so that the friction force is improved;

When the blind person walking on the brick body 1 and stepping on the convex columns 13, the convex columns 13 can settle downwards on the premise of obtaining prompt touch feeling, so that muscle ache feeling of the soles of the blind persons is relieved, the blind persons can keep good touch feeling, and the blind persons are prevented from walking on the convex blind road floor tiles for a long time to generate touch feeling fatigue.
When the brick needs to be cleaned, a series circuit consisting of the electric heating net 151 and the electric heating block 143 is electrified, wherein the electric heating block 143 can emit heat after being electrified and heat the memory spring 142, when the temperature of the memory spring 142 is increased to be higher than the abnormal temperature, the phenomenon of shortening can occur, and under the action of the memory spring 142, the protruding columns 13 can be retracted into the cavity 12, so that the upper surface of the brick body 1 is in a flat state, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the cleaning difficulty is reduced;
meanwhile, the electric heating net 151 generates heat, can heat the waterproof layer 152, accelerates the evaporation drying of water stains on the waterproof layer 152, not only can reduce the secondary pollution caused by spreading of the water stains, but also can reduce the occupied time of the blind road during cleaning, enables the blind road to be rapidly put into use, and improves the utilization rate.
After cleaning, the power supply is cut off, when the temperature of the memory spring 142 is reduced to be below the metamorphic temperature, the memory spring automatically resets, the convex column 13 is ejected out of the brick body 1, and the brick body 1 is restored to the use state again.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: place and be equipped with water spray mechanism 16 in the chamber 12, water spray mechanism 16 includes:

one-way inlet tube 163, one-way inlet tube 163 comprises drain pipe and second check valve, and in the second check valve only allowed liquid to get into elastic bellows 161 from the outside, one-way inlet tube 163 and elastic bellows 161's lower extreme fixed connection, the lower extreme of one-way inlet tube 163 runs through the setting of brick body 1.
When the cleaning device is used and in a cleaning state, when the lifting plate 141 moves downwards, cleaning water stored in the elastic corrugated pipe 161 is squeezed out along the one-way drain pipe 162 and is automatically sprayed on the surface of the blind road, so that the surface of the blind road is wet, and a cleaner does not need to frequently dip a mop when cleaning the surface of the blind road, thereby further improving the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect;
when the usage state is recovered, the lifting plate 141 moves upward and returns to the original state, and under the action of the one-way water inlet pipe 162, the cleaning water can be sucked from the outside for supplement, so that the elastic corrugated pipe 161 is in a full state again, and the elastic corrugated pipe can be recycled.
