技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,具体设计一种杜仲雄花保健酒原料及其保健酒。
背景技术
饮用养生保健酒是养生保健的常用方法之一,酒性温,味辛而苦甘,有温通 血脉,宣散药力,温暖肠胃,祛散风寒,振奋阳气,消除疲劳等作用;医家之所 以喜好用酒,是取其善行药势而达于脏腑、四肢百骸之性,故有“酒为百药之长” 的说法;酒是一种最好的溶媒,中药借助于酒的这一特性而提取出来,并能充分 发挥其防治疾病,延年益寿的药效;作为饮料的酒与治病强身的药“溶”为一体 的药酒,不仅具有配制、服用简便,药性稳定,安全有效的优点,更因为药借酒 力、酒助药势而充分发挥效力,提高疗效。
现代研究表明,酒的主要成分乙醇是一种良好的半极性有机溶媒,中药的多 种成分如生物碱、盐类、鞣质、挥发油、有机酸、树脂、糖类及部分色素(如 叶绿素、叶黄素)等均较易溶解于乙醇中;乙醇不仅有良好的穿透性,易于进 入药材组织细胞中,发挥溶解作用,促进置换、扩散,有利于提高浸出速度和浸 出效果;还有防腐作用,可延缓许多药物的水解,增强药剂的稳定性。
中医学认为“久病入络”;各种慢性虚损疾病,常常存在着不同程度的气血 不畅、经脉涩滞,治疗时常需佐以活血通络之药物以增强疗效,而养生药酒主要 配伍具有益气补血、滋阴温阳的滋补药食,故更有益于慢性疾病的治疗;人身气 血,贵在通调;如果虽得补益,而不能流通,则收不到补益之利,反生郁滞之害。
针对现有的问题,所需要解决的问题在于如何利用酒作为溶剂与草本植物的 溶合来达到保健酒的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种杜仲雄花保健酒原料及其保健酒,可以强身健体 补肝肾,祛风湿,改善睡眠。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种杜仲雄花保健酒原料,以重量分数计,包括以下成分:
杜仲5-15份、生地黄3-8份、当归3-7份、黄芪3-8份、丹参4-9份、玉竹3-8 份、天冬4-9份、枸杞子3-8份、红枣4-10份、山药3-8份、红花4-9份、金 樱子3-8份、牛膝3-7份、牛蒡4-9份、羌活3-8份、防风3-8份、川芎3-8 份、桑葚4-9份、葛根4-10份、桂枝4-10份、肉苁蓉3-8份、黑芝麻3-8份、 五加皮4-10份。
其中所述的杜仲优选8-12份。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒原料中还可以加入杜仲雄花5-15份。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒原料中还可以加入独活4-10份。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒原料中还可以加入续断4-9份。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒原料中还可以加入巴戟天4-9份。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒以重量分数计,由以下成分制成:
40-60度白酒80-85份,杜仲雄花保健酒原料15-20份。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒制备方法之一如下:
(1)将杜仲雄花保健酒原料用抽湿低温烘干,温度控制在60℃以下;
(2)将烘干好的杜仲雄花保健酒原料混拌均匀,用白纱布包好,扎紧;
(3)把包好的杜仲雄花保健酒原料放入酒缸,倒入粮食白酒,盖上酒缸用纱布 把酒缸圈紧,用黄泥把酒缸口封紧,不能漏酒气;每天在酒缸上喷水1-2次,连 续30-35天;
(4)40-45天以后开封酒缸,酒的颜色为威士忌色,酒香、药香溶为一体。
本发明杜仲雄花保健酒的制备方法之二如下:
a.将杜仲雄花保健酒原料用抽湿低温烘干,温度控制在60℃以下,打成80-100 目的药粉;
b.将750-850份大米蒸熟,用冷水把米饭淋湿透,把温度降为20-25℃,加入 米饭0.8-1.0%(重量)的酒曲,再加入150-250份中药粉混合均匀酿造,酿造 时间15-25天,最后进行蒸馏,蒸馏的温度控制在75-85℃出酒。
本发明杜仲雄花酒的特点如下:纯白酒都会做合成勾兑,杜仲雄花保健养生 酒用的是纯粮食白酒和中药材泡制,纯天然的人工制作方法,使中药材和粮食酒 充分地溶入在一起,达到保健养生的功效;可以强筋骨,补肝肾、祛风湿,改善 睡眠。本发明杜仲雄花保健酒的饮用方法:每次10mL,一天2次,饭后20分钟 饮用。
本发明所用原料说明如下:
杜仲:学名Eucommia ulmoides Oliver,又名胶木,为杜仲科植物;药用 杜仲,即为杜仲科植物杜仲的干燥树皮,是中国名贵滋补药材;其味甘,性温。 有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎的功效,可治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿 痛或酸软无力,肝气虚引起的胞胎不固,阴囊湿痒等症。
杜仲雄花:杜仲是雌雄双株的树,雄花就是杜仲雄树开的花。杜仲雄花的天 然活性成分有安神、镇静及镇痛作用,长期服用可明显改善睡眠。
生地黄:别名地黄、生地、地髓、原生地、干地黄、苄、芑、牛奶子、婆婆 奶,玄参科、地黄属植物,地黄的块根,多年生直立草本,喜温和气候及阳光充 足之地,怕积水,为清热凉血药。
当归:学名Angelica sinensis,别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当 归、当归身、涵归尾、当归曲、土当归,多年生草本,其根可入药,是最常用的 中药之一。具有补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。
黄芪:又名绵芪,多年生草本,高50-100厘米。主根肥厚,木质,常分枝, 灰白色。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的 抗菌作用。
丹参:为唇形科植物丹参Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.的干燥根和根茎,具 有活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈之功效。用于胸痹心痛,脘腹胁痛, 瘕瘕积聚,热痹疼痛,心烦不眠,月经不调,痛经经闭,疮疡肿痛。
玉竹:学名Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce,为百合科多年生草本 植物,具养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳等功效。
天冬:百合科植物天门冬〔Asparaguscochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.〕 的块根,天冬性寒,味甘,微苦;具有养阴清热,润肺滋肾的功效;用于治阴虚 发热、肺痈、消渴等病症。
枸杞子:为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实;夏、秋果实成熟时采摘,除去果柄, 置阴凉处晾至果皮起皱纹后,再暴晒至外皮干硬、果肉柔软即得;遇阴雨可用微 火烘干。枸杞子具有多种保健功效,是卫生部批准的药食两用食物;适量食用有 益健康,配合菊杞茶有清肝明目的效果。
红枣:又名大枣,属于被子植物门、双子叶植物纲、鼠李目、鼠李科、枣属 的植物,其维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补 血之功效。
山药:又称薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药,是《中华本草》 收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎。具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛 虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、 妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。
红花:拉丁学名Carthamus tinctorius L.,别名红蓝花、刺红花,菊科、 红花属植物,干燥的管状花,橙红色,花管狭细,先端5裂,裂片狭线形,花药 黄色,联合成管,高出裂片之外,其中央有柱头露出;具特异香气,味微苦。以 花片长、色鲜红、质柔软者为佳。活血通经,散瘀止痛,有助于治经闭、痛经、 恶露不行、胸痹心痛、瘀滞腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌打损伤、疮疡肿痛疗效。有活血 化瘀,散湿去肿的功效。
金樱子:为蔷薇科植物金樱子Rosa laevigata Michx.的干燥成熟果实。具 有固精缩尿,固崩止带,涩肠止泻之功效。常用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,崩漏带 下,久泻久痢。
牛膝:别名:牛磕膝,拉丁文名:Achyranthes bidentata Blume.苋科、 牛膝属多年生草本,根入药,生用,活血通经。
牛蒡:学名:Arctium lappa L.),又名恶实、大力子、东洋参,又名东洋 牛鞭菜等,具有治疗糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抗癌等作用。可降血糖、降血压、 血脂、治疗失眠,提高人体免疫力等功效。
独活:为伞形科植物重齿毛当归Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shanet Yuan的干燥根;用于风寒湿痹,要洗疼痛,少阴伏风头痛,风寒挟湿 头痛。
羌活:学名:Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang,是伞形科、 羌活属多年生草本植物,高可达120厘米,根茎粗壮,茎直立,圆柱形,带紫色。 基生叶及茎下部叶有柄,叶片三出式三回羽状复叶,边缘缺刻状浅裂至羽状深裂; 叶鞘膜质,长而抱茎。
防风:别名铜芸、回云、回草、百枝、百种。是一种药草的名字,多年生草 本植物,其喜凉爽气候,耐寒,耐干旱,主产于河北、黑龙江、四川、内蒙古等 地。防风的根可生用。味辛、甘,性微温。有祛风解表,胜湿止痛,止痉的功效。
川芎:学名:Ligusticum chuanxiong hort,栽培植物,常用于活血行气, 祛风止痛,川芎辛温香燥,走而不守,既能行散,上行可达巅顶;又入血分,下 行可达血海。活血祛瘀作用广泛,适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症;祛风止痛,效用甚佳, 可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。昔人谓川芎为血中之气药,殆言其寓辛散、解郁、 通达、止痛等功能。
桑葚:又作桑椹,桑树的成熟果实,为桑科植物桑树的果穗。又名桑椹子、 桑蔗、桑枣、桑果、桑泡儿,乌椹等。桑椹性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、 乌发明目等功效。
葛根:为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚 片或小块;干燥;甘、辛,凉;有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。 常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚 泄泻。
桂枝:别名柳桂(学名:Cinnamomum cassia Presl)为樟科植物肉桂 Cinnamomumcassia Presl的干燥嫩枝;桂枝辛温,可祛风寒,能治疗感冒风寒、 发热恶寒等。
肉苁蓉:学名:Cistanche deserticola Ma,别名疆芸、寸芸、苁蓉、查干 告亚;功能主治补肾阳;益精血;润肠道。
巴戟天:学名:Morinda officinalis How,为双子叶植物茜草科,长3-13cm, 宽1.5-5cm,前端短渐尖,基部钝形或圆形;巴戟天的干燥根,根呈扁圆柱形, 略弯曲。主治阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软。 该种根茎和根药用,性温,祛寒湿,用于外感风寒、头痛无汗、寒湿痹、上肢风 湿疼痛。
黑芝麻:为胡麻科芝麻的黑色种子,也叫胡麻,油麻,巨胜,脂麻,黑芝麻 含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、 铬等营养成分;有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用,同时可以增加体内黑色 素,有利于头发生长。
续断:又名和尚头,为川续断科多年生草本植物川续断Dipsacus asper Wall.exHenry的干燥根,因能“续折接骨”而得名;秋季采挖,除去根头及须 根,用微火烘至半干,堆置“发汗”至内部变绿色时,再烘干。补肝,强筋骨, 定经络,止经中(筋骨)酸痛,安胎,治妇人白带,生新血,破瘀血,落死胎, 止咳嗽咳血,治赤白便浊。
五加皮:为五加科植物细柱五加Acanthopanar gracilistμlusW.W.Smith 的干燥根皮;夏、秋二季采挖根部,洗净,剥取根皮,晒干;用于风湿痹病,筋 骨痿软,小儿行迟,体虚乏力,水肿,脚气。

实施例11与实施例6的配方相同,保健酒的制备方法不同,对比例1在实施 例11的基础上加大了杜仲雄花的用量,其它与实施例11相同。
本发明实施例1-6杜仲雄花养生酒的制备方法如下:
(1)取50度粮食白酒85公斤,杜仲雄花保健酒原料15公斤;
(2)将杜仲雄花保健酒原料用抽湿低温烘干,温度控制在60℃以下;
(3)将烘干好的杜仲雄花保健酒原料混拌均匀,用白纱布包好,扎紧;
(4)把包好的杜仲雄花保健酒原料放入酒缸,倒入粮食酒,盖上酒缸用纱布把 酒缸圈紧,用黄泥把酒缸口封紧,不能漏酒气;每天在酒缸上喷水1次,连续 30天;
(5)45天以后开封酒缸,酒的颜色为威士忌色,酒香、药香溶为一体。
实施例7-11和对比例1杜仲雄花保健酒的制备方法如下:
a.将杜仲雄花保健酒原料用抽湿低温烘干,温度控制在60℃以下,打成80-100 目的药粉;
b.将85份大米蒸熟,用冷水把米饭淋湿透,把温度降为常温20℃左右,加入 米饭0.8%(重量)的酒曲,再加入15份中药粉混合均匀酿造,酿造时间20天, 最后进行蒸馏,蒸馏温度控制在80℃出酒。
风湿性关节炎是一种常见的急性或慢性结缔组织炎症。通常所说的风湿性 关节炎是风湿热的主要表现之一,临床以关节和肌肉游走性酸楚、红肿、疼痛为 特征。与链球菌感染有关,寒冷、潮湿等因素可诱发本病。通常白细胞计数升高, 中性粒细胞比例也明显上升,血沉和C反应蛋白通常是各种炎症的指标,在风湿 性关节炎患者的急性期,血沉可达90毫米/小时以上;C反应蛋白也在30毫克/ 升以上,呈溶血性链球菌培养阳性。
本发明的保健酒原料中,杜仲雄花具有镇痛、补肾的作用,配合其他药物, 依次通过消炎、温经散寒、除湿蠲痹、化痰散结、通经活络、益气养血、补肾壮 骨等作用,可以治疗风湿性关节炎。其中独活和巴戟天具有除湿蠲痹的作用,续 断具有补肾壮骨的作用,以上3种药物,配合其它成分可以治疗风湿性关节炎, 在本发明的保健酒中具有协同作用。
选取60例风湿性关节炎男性病人,溶血性链球菌培养阳性,病情程度相 近,膝关节、肌肉游走性酸痛、红肿。
将以上60例病人随机分为12组,每组5人,早晚分别饮用实施例1-11 和对比例1所制的保健酒,每次10mL,一天2次,饭后20分钟饮用,饮用1 个月,具体结果见表3。
病情判断标准如下:
临床痊愈:溶血性链球菌培养阴性,关节能正常活动,没有肿痛;
好转:溶血性链球菌培养阴性,关节活动范围受限,没有肿痛;
无效:溶血性链球菌培养阳性,关节活动范围受限,有肿痛;

人体是由许多大小血管组成,经过血液循环输送到全身,人体气血不通,会 产生很多毛病,容易有高血压、风湿关节炎、腰酸背痛、腿流痛、胀痛等症状, 由表3可以看出,本发明的杜仲雄花保健酒可以打通气血,治疗气血不通造成的 风湿性关节炎等病症,并且独活、巴戟天和续断具有协同作用,从对比例1可以 看出,杜仲雄花用量过多,容易引起上火,效果会大大降低。

1.一种杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于以重量份数计,包括以下成分:杜仲5-15份、生地黄3-8份、当归3-7份、黄芪3-8份、丹参4-9份、玉竹3-8份、天冬4-9份、枸杞子3-8份、红枣4-10份、山药3-8份、红花4-9份、金樱子3-8份、牛膝3-7份、牛蒡4-9份、羌活3-8份、防风3-8份、川芎3-8份、桑葚4-9份、葛根4-10份、桂枝4-10份、肉苁蓉3-8份、黑芝麻3-8份、五加皮4-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于所述的杜仲用量为8-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于还可以加入杜仲雄花5-15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于还可以加入独活4-10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于还可以加入续断4-9份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于还可以加入巴戟天4-9份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒原料,其特征在于以重量份数计,由以下原料制成:杜仲9份、杜仲雄花12份、生地黄5份、当归4份、黄芪5份、丹参5份、玉竹6份、天冬8份、枸杞子6份、红枣4份、山药7份、红花4份、金樱子4份、牛膝6份、牛蒡8份、羌活4份、防风6份、川芎4份、桑葚7份、葛根4份、桂枝6份、肉苁蓉8份、黑芝麻4份、五加皮7份、独活6份、续断7份、巴戟天8份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲雄花保健酒,其特征在于以重量分数计,由以下成分制成:40-60度白酒80-85份,杜仲雄花保健酒原料15-20份。
9.根据权利要求8所述杜仲雄花保健酒的制备方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将杜仲雄花保健酒原料抽湿低温烘干,温度控制在60℃以下;
(2)将烘干好的杜仲雄花保健酒原料混拌均匀,用白纱布包好,扎紧;
(3)把包好的杜仲雄花保健酒原料放入酒缸,倒入粮食酒,盖上酒缸用纱布把酒缸圈紧,用黄泥把酒缸口封紧;每天在酒缸上喷水1-2次,连续30-35天;
(4)40-45天以后开封酒缸。
