In order to more clearly describe the bill reader with the automatic paper separation function provided by the embodiment, a lottery ticket is used as a bill to be processed for description.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a schematic structure of a bill reader with an automatic paper separation function according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a moving path 2 of a lottery ticket is included in a main body 1, the moving path 2 includes an inlet 21 of the lottery ticket and two outlets in opposite directions, a first outlet 22 and a second outlet 23, respectively. After the lottery ticket enters the moving channel 2 through the inlet 21, the paper is discharged from different outlets according to different situations.
For the movement channel 2, the first outlet 22 and the second outlet 23 are located at the same level, and the inlet 21 is inclined with respect to the level at which the first outlet 22 and the second outlet 23 are located.
The whole device is divided into a paper feeding part and a recognition part by classifying the movement process of the lottery ticket, wherein the paper feeding part comprises an inlet 21, a paper separating rubber roller 31 and a paper feeding sensor 41, the paper separating rubber roller 31 starts to rotate after the paper feeding sensor 41 detects the paper, and the lottery ticket is driven to enter the recognition part, and it is worth noting that in the embodiment, when the paper feeding sensor 41 cannot detect the lottery ticket (namely, the inlet has no lottery ticket), the paper separating rubber roller 31 cannot be started, and all the starting of the paper separating rubber rollers 31 in the document of the application must meet the condition.
The identification part comprises a photoelectric identification device 5 and two outlets, the area between the two outlets is an identification area of the identification part, the photoelectric identification device 5 can scan the surface of the lottery ticket passing through a specific area and identify the surface of the lottery ticket, the identification part is distinguished by the paper feeding direction, the identification part comprises a front sensor 42, a rear sensor 43, a front rubber roller 32 and a rear rubber roller 33, the front and rear of the identification part only act according to the direction when the lottery ticket enters the identification part from the inlet 21 for the first time, and the front and rear of the identification part does not refer to the front and rear of the technology or structure, and the beginning and the tail end of the lottery ticket also act according to the state when the lottery ticket enters the identification part from the inlet 21 for the first time.
After the lottery ticket is separated from the inlet 21 and enters the identification part for the first time, the lottery ticket sequentially passes through the front sensor 42, the front rubber roller 32, the photoelectric identification device 5, the rear sensor 43 and the rear rubber roller 33,
The two existing tickets are overlapped and placed at the inlet 21, the paper feeding sensor 41 detects that paper exists, the paper feeding rubber roller 31 and the front rubber roller 32 start to rotate, the first ticket 11 contacts the paper feeding rubber roller 31, paper feeding is completed under the cooperation of the paper feeding rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61, the paper feeding rubber roller 31 drives the first ticket 11 to rapidly move and enter the identification part, after the first ticket 11 is completely separated from the paper feeding rubber roller 31, the second ticket 12 closely contacts the first ticket 11 and then the front rubber roller 32 drives the first ticket 11 to continue to move, the distance between the first ticket 11 entering the identification part and the second ticket 12 of the paper feeding part is gradually increased due to the fact that the speed of the front rubber roller 32 is higher than that of the paper feeding rubber roller 31, until the tail end of the first ticket 11 passes through the front sensor 42, at this time, the front sensor 42 sends out a signal, and the second ticket 12 stops in the paper feeding rubber roller 31 and stays in the paper feeding part because the speed of the front rubber roller 32 is higher than that of the paper feeding rubber roller 31, and the first ticket 11 does not enter the identification part and is not interfered by the first ticket 11. When the end of the first ticket 11 passes the rear sensor 42, the first ticket 11 completely passes the recognition area of the photoelectric recognition device, the rear rubber roller 33 continues to drive the first ticket 11 to be discharged from the outlet 23, and then the paper separating rubber roller 31 is started to start paper feeding of the second ticket 12.
Such arrangement does not always have a good ticket issuing function in the length facing the first ticket 11 and the second ticket 12, since the paper dispensing glue roller 31 is kept stopped when the first ticket 11 is run in the recognition section, and the subsequent paper feeding is performed only when the end of the first ticket 11 passes the rear sensor 43. Therefore, automatic paper separation of bills with different lengths is realized.
In addition, besides realizing automatic paper separation, when printing is needed, the lottery ticket can be printed, the corresponding practical situation of printing here is stamping marking for winning the lottery ticket, and marking can be carried out on a specific area of the ticket in other fields.
When printing is required, the whole printing process is divided into two processes of scanning and printing, a lottery ticket with unknown length is subjected to paper separation, paper feeding and scanning according to the common paper separation process, when the tail end of the lottery ticket passes through the rear sensor 43, the whole lottery ticket is recognized by the photoelectric recognition device 5, the area to be printed is determined, the rear rubber roller 33 is reversed to drive the lottery ticket to roll back and pass through the recognition part again, the printing device in the recognition part prints the lottery ticket at a preset position, then the lottery ticket is discharged from the outlet 23, and after the front sensor 42 detects the tail end of the rolled lottery ticket, the paper separation rubber roller 31 is restarted to separate and feed the next lottery ticket.
Further, the retracted lottery ticket may be issued from the outlet 22, so that all the issued tickets are along the same port, and the outlet 23 is used as a movement space for the lottery ticket during retraction.
Further, in view of the rollback function of the device, lottery tickets with different lengths can be issued from different outlets, and the following modes can be adopted: the first time the lottery ticket passes through the identification part, the photoelectric identification device 5 identifies the length of the lottery ticket, then classifies the lottery ticket which needs to come out from the outlet 22, and the rear sensor 43 senses the tail end of the lottery ticket and then the paper separating rubber roller 31 is restarted; the front sensor 42 detects the end of the ticket after recognition by the photoelectric recognition device 5 and the dispensing roller 31 is restarted when the ticket comes out from the outlet 23.
The speed of the separating rubber roller 31 in this embodiment is half that of the front rubber roller 32.
Referring to fig. 2, a working schematic diagram of a paper separating rubber roller according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which the paper separating rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61 are staggered without contact, which can be understood that the rubber pad 61 extends into a part of comb tooth structure between a plurality of longitudinal wheels of the paper separating rubber roller 31, the second lottery ticket 12 is pressed by the paper separating rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61 to separate paper and feed paper, the paper separating rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61 are not contacted with each other, no abrasion is generated during idle running, and when a plurality of lottery tickets separate paper, the paper separating rubber roller 31 fully contacts with the lottery ticket to drive the lottery ticket to move, and then the lottery ticket stops under the action of the rubber pad 61, thereby realizing paper separation.
The paper separating rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61 are both of multi-section structure, so that the reliability of paper separating is improved, and the contact between the lottery ticket and the paper separating rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61 is more sufficient.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a paper feeding portion in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, considering that a rubber pad 61 is worn along with use, in this embodiment, a rubber pad bracket 6 is provided in the paper feeding portion, the entire bracket 6 may rotate around a rotating shaft 62, and then drives the rubber pad 61 to move a distance relative to a paper separating rubber roller 31, a free end of the bracket 6 is pressed by an adjusting mechanism, the adjusting mechanism includes a screw 63 and a threaded plate 64, the position (up-down movement) of the screw 63 for adjusting the threaded plate 64 can be adjusted by rotating the position of the free end of the bracket 6, and then the interference between the paper separating rubber roller 31 and the rubber pad 61 is adjusted, so that the paper separating requirement can be satisfied, and the service life of the apparatus can be prolonged.
While the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
