If the two-dimensional code recognizer 61 recognizes that the paper ticket is invalid, the second conveying motor 54 turns over, the electromagnet drives the turning plate 72 to move, and the invalid paper ticket is turned into the waste ticket barrel 71.

the power structure is respectively connected with the card issuing structure, the card conveying structure and the two-dimensional code printing structure;
the sensor components are respectively arranged in the card issuing structure, the card conveying structure and the two-dimensional code printing structure,
paper tickets and IC tickets are respectively placed in the two card issuing structures;
when the paper ticket card passes through the two-dimensional code printing structure, the two-dimensional code printing structure prints the two-dimensional code of the paper ticket card.

the multiple ticket card issuing devices further comprise a two-dimensional code identification structure, and the two-dimensional code identification structure comprises a two-dimensional code scanner and a read-write antenna;
