Specifically, in this embodiment, the gate 46, the side shutter, and the front shutter 47 together define the ticket exit passage 44, and the lottery ticket finally passes through the ticket exit passage 44 and is output to the customer. The ticket outlet 43 defined by the ticket outlet driven wheel 42 and the ticket outlet driving wheel 41 is positioned between the gate 46 and the front baffle plate 47, and a fixed distance is arranged between the two side plates, so that the lottery tickets can be smoothly transmitted to the ticket outlet 43 without being inclined left and right.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the ticket discharging device further includes a gap adjusting member 48, a gap is formed between the top end of the gap adjusting member 48 and the gate 46, the gap is larger than the thickness of one lottery ticket and smaller than the thickness of two lottery tickets, and the lottery tickets pass through the gap, enter the ticket outlet 43, pass through the ticket outlet 43, and are output from the ticket discharging channel 44.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a spacing adjustment member 48 is provided for adjusting the gap between the output tickets to ensure that only one ticket is delivered to the ticket outlet 43 (between the ticket output driven wheel 42 and the ticket output driving wheel 41) at a time. Referring to fig. 3, the spacing member 48 may be an elongated plate having a top end adjacent to the gate 46 and forming a ticket outlet gap with the gate 46, the gap being sized to ensure that only one ticket can be smoothly output. I.e. the gap is larger than the thickness of one lottery ticket and smaller than the thickness of two lottery tickets, preferably the gap size is selected to be 1.5 times the thickness of a single lottery ticket, which ensures that only one lottery ticket can be output at a time without driving adjacent lottery tickets. During the process of outputting lottery tickets, if the ticket rolling wheel 31 rolls two or more lottery tickets at the same time, after passing through the gap between the spacing adjusting member 48 and the gate 46, only one lottery ticket tensioned against the ticket rolling wheel 31 will pass through, and the other lottery tickets will be blocked by the gap to be drawn in the next ticket drawing process.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3, the rear end of the spacing member 48 is movably connected to a fixing plate 5, the fixing plate 5 is disposed parallel to the front baffle plate 47, and the rear end of the spacing member 48 moves relative to the fixing plate 5 to change the size of the gap.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the gap adjusting member 48 is movably connected to the rear end thereof, so as to adjust the gap. Optionally, a bending portion is disposed at a tail end of the distance adjusting member 48, a waist hole is disposed on the bending portion, the distance adjusting member 48 is fixed on the fixing plate 5 by a screw passing through the waist hole, a bending surface matched with the bending portion is disposed on the fixing plate 5, and when a position of the screw in the waist hole is changed, the bending portion can move up or down relative to the bending surface, so that a size of a gap between the distance adjusting member 48 and the gate 46 can be changed, and adjustment of the gap is achieved. By adaptively adjusting the size of the gap, smooth output of the lottery ticket can be ensured.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the ticket issuing module 4 further includes a ticket issuing sensor 49, and the ticket issuing sensor 49 is correspondingly disposed at the position of the ticket outlet 43 for detecting whether the lottery ticket is successfully output.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a ticket outlet sensor 49 is disposed at the position of the ticket outlet 43, and after the ticket outlet sensor 49 senses that the lottery ticket is outputted smoothly, the system controls the ticket outlet driving member 40 to stop operating, and at this time, the lottery ticket is transported out of the ticket outlet channel 44 for the customer to take away, and a ticket outlet process is finished. Thereafter, the drawing device may cycle through the drawing process for the next ticket, depending on the customer's purchase requirements.
The ticket issuing process of the ticket issuing device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when a detection sensor arranged in the ticket storage bin 1 does not detect the lottery tickets, the cover plate needs to be opened, and the lottery tickets are placed in the ticket storage bin 1; when the ticket issuing device receives a command for issuing a ticket, the pushing member 21 is driven by the ticket pushing driving member 22 to move towards the ticket rolling assembly 3, the ticket rolling rotating shaft 32 is driven to rotate around the output shaft 401 of the ticket issuing driving member 40 (driven by the matching of the connecting member 33 and the elastic member 34) along with the movement of the pushing member 21, when the ticket rolling sensor 12 detects that the ticket rolling assembly 3 reaches the working position, the ticket pushing driving member 22 stops moving, the ticket issuing driving member 40 starts rotating, the ticket rolling wheel 31 starts rotating under the driving of the synchronous belt connected with the ticket rolling rotating shaft 32, the ticket rolling wheel 31 rolls the lottery ticket to be conveyed towards the ticket issuing assembly 4, when the lottery ticket passes through the spacing adjusting member 48, only one lottery ticket pasted on the ticket rolling wheel 31 passes through, the others are blocked, and when the lottery ticket pasted on the ticket rolling wheel 31 passes through the spacing adjusting member 48, the lottery ticket issuing sensor 49 detects the lottery ticket, and is clamped by the ticket drawing driving wheel 41 and the ticket drawing driven wheel 42 to continue to be conveyed to the ticket drawing port 43, the ticket drawing sensor 49 detects that the time T of the lottery ticket passes, the ticket drawing driving wheel 40 stops, the lottery ticket is conveyed to the ticket drawing port 43 at the moment, and after a customer takes away the lottery ticket, the ticket drawing process is finished once.
The application also provides a lottery ticket vending machine which comprises the ticket drawing device of the above embodiment.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the drawing device is typically disposed in a housing of the lottery vending machine, which is additionally equipped with components such as a power supply, a control unit, and the like. By the lottery selling machine, lottery can be twisted one by one to draw a ticket, and compared with the existing lottery selling machine, the lottery selling machine greatly reduces the whole size of equipment, saves the occupied area, is favorable for applying the equipment to more occasions with limited space, and improves the applicability of the equipment.
The present invention is not intended to be limited to the particular embodiments shown and described, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features herein disclosed.

Claims (14)

1. A ticket drawing device is characterized by comprising a ticket storage bin, a ticket pushing assembly, a ticket rubbing assembly and a ticket drawing assembly;
the ticket storage bin is used for containing lottery tickets, and a plurality of independent lottery tickets can be transversely stacked in the ticket storage bin;
the ticket pushing assembly is movably arranged relative to the ticket storage bin and can push the lottery tickets to move towards an outlet of the ticket storage bin from the tail parts of the lottery tickets which are transversely stacked;
the ticket rolling component is arranged at the outlet of the ticket storage bin, the ticket pushing component pushes the lottery tickets to the ticket rolling component, and the ticket rolling component is used for rolling the lottery tickets one by one to move to the ticket outlet component;
the ticket issuing component comprises a ticket issuing driving part and a ticket issuing roller group, the ticket issuing driving part drives the ticket issuing roller group to rotate so as to output the lottery tickets to a ticket issuing port, and the ticket rolling component is in transmission connection with the ticket issuing driving part.
2. The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 1 wherein said ticket ejector assembly includes an ejector member and a ticket ejector actuator coupled to said ejector member, said ticket ejector actuator driving said ejector member to advance said tickets from the tail of said tickets laterally stacked toward the exit of said storage bin.
3. The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 2, wherein a first transmission set is disposed at a tail portion corresponding to the ticket storage bin, a second transmission set is disposed at an outlet corresponding to the ticket storage bin, a transmission belt is disposed between the first transmission set and the second transmission set, the pushing member and the transmission belt are disposed synchronously, and the ticket pushing driving member drives the first transmission set and the second transmission set to cooperate in a transmission manner to drive the pushing member to move.
4. The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 3, wherein two lateral side walls of the ticket storage chamber are respectively provided with a waist hole along the moving direction of the pushing member, the first transmission set and the second transmission set are correspondingly arranged at the head end and the tail end of the waist hole, and the two waist holes jointly provide a channel for the pushing member to move laterally in the ticket storage chamber.

The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 1, wherein the ticket rolling assembly comprises a ticket rolling wheel disposed at the exit of the ticket storage bin, the ticket rolling wheel is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the ticket ejection driving member, and the output shaft drives the ticket rolling wheel to rotate so as to rub the lottery tickets one by one to move towards the ticket ejection roller set.

The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 5, wherein the ticket swiping assembly further comprises a ticket swiping shaft, the ticket swiping wheel is sleeved on the ticket swiping shaft, the output shaft is in transmission connection with the ticket swiping shaft, a connecting member is connected between the ticket swiping shaft and the output shaft, the connecting member can rotate around the output shaft, one end of the connecting member connected with the output shaft is provided with an elastic member, and the elastic member can drive the connecting member to elastically rotate around the output shaft so that the surface of the ticket swiping wheel is tightly attached to the surface of the lottery ticket.
7. The ticket issuing device of claim 6, wherein the ticket storage bin is provided with a ticket rub sensor for sensing a target work position of the ticket rub assembly.

A ticket issuing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the ticket issuing roller set comprises a ticket issuing driving wheel in transmission connection with the output shaft of the ticket issuing driving member and a ticket issuing driven wheel arranged opposite to the ticket issuing driving wheel, tangential surfaces of the ticket issuing driving wheel and the ticket issuing driven wheel jointly define the ticket issuing port, and the lottery ticket is output from the ticket issuing port.
9. The ticket ejector apparatus as in claim 8, wherein said ticket ejector driven wheel is provided with a resilient pressing member for pressing against said ticket ejector driven wheel to cause the surface of said lottery ticket to simultaneously engage the surfaces of said ticket ejector driven wheel and said ticket ejector capstan.
10. The ticket gate apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a gate disposed at the ticket outlet, wherein side baffles are disposed on two sides of the gate, a front baffle is disposed opposite to the gate, the side baffles, the front baffle and the gate together define a ticket outlet channel communicated with the ticket outlet, and the lottery ticket passes through the ticket outlet and is output from the ticket outlet channel.
11. The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 10, further comprising a spacing adjustment member, wherein a gap is formed between a top end of the spacing adjustment member and the gate, the gap having a spacing greater than the thickness of one ticket and less than the thickness of two tickets, the tickets pass through the gap, enter the ticket outlet, and pass through the ticket outlet to be output by the ticket outlet passage.
12. The ticket ejector apparatus of claim 11 wherein the rear end of the spacing adjustment member is movably connected to a fixed plate, the fixed plate being disposed parallel to the front stop, the rear end of the spacing adjustment member being movable relative to the fixed plate to vary the size of the gap.
13. The ticket gate apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the ticket gate assembly further comprises a ticket gate sensor, the ticket gate sensor being correspondingly disposed at a position of the ticket gate for detecting whether the lottery ticket is successfully outputted.
14. A lottery ticket vending machine comprising a ticket drawing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13.
