The rotary-wing water meter according to claim 1, wherein the teeth of the first sun gear are 10 teeth, the teeth of the transition gear are 25 teeth, the teeth of the second sun gear are 9 teeth, which are in meshed connection with the first gear shaft primary transmission gear, the teeth of the first gear shaft primary transmission gear and the second gear shaft primary transmission gear are 31 teeth, the teeth of the second gear transmission gear are 9 teeth, the teeth of the third gear shaft primary transmission gear are 30 teeth, 10 teeth, the teeth of the fourth gear shaft primary transmission gear are 30 teeth, 9 teeth, the teeth of the fifth gear shaft primary transmission gear are 30 teeth, 10 teeth, the teeth of the sixth gear shaft secondary transmission gear and the seventh gear shaft primary transmission gear are 30 teeth, 9 teeth, the teeth of the eighth gear shaft secondary transmission gear are 30 teeth, 9 teeth, and the worm includes transmission gears, the teeth of which are 15 teeth.
3. The rotary-wing water meter of claim 1, wherein the second gear shaft, the fourth gear shaft, the sixth gear shaft, and the eighth gear shaft are provided with pointers.

The rotary-wing water meter according to claim 1, wherein the counting mechanism further comprises a gear frame having an upper plate, a lower plate and a panel, and wherein the upper plate is notched on one side of the mounting position of the sixth gear shaft to allow the sixth gear shaft to be removed.
5. The rotary wing type water meter according to claim 1, wherein the impeller box comprises a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein two sides of the water inlet are parallel straight surfaces, the distance between the center of the water inlet and the central axis of the impeller box is 19.2 mm-19.5 mm, the width of the water inlet is 1.8 mm-2.0 mm, two sides of the water outlet are straight surfaces, the included angle between the two straight surfaces is 9-11 degrees, the vertical distance between the lowest point of the left straight surface and the right straight surface is 5.12 mm-5.22 mm, the vertical distance between the highest point of the left straight surface and the right straight surface is 6.80-6.90 mm, and the vertical distance between the right straight surface and the central axis of the impeller box is 21.3 mm-21.7 mm.

The rotary-wing water meter according to claim 5, wherein the impeller box comprises a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the water inlet protrudes outwards from the periphery of the impeller box, two sides of the water inlet are parallel straight surfaces, the distance between the center of the water inlet and the central axis of the impeller box is 19.4mm, the width of the water inlet is 1.9mm, two sides of the water outlet are straight surfaces, the included angle between the two straight surfaces is 10 degrees, the vertical distance between the lowest point of the left straight surface and the right straight surface is 5.19mm, the vertical distance between the highest point of the left straight surface and the right straight surface is 6.85mm, and the vertical distance between the right straight surface and the central axis of the impeller box is 21.5mm.
7. The rotary-wing water meter according to claim 5, wherein 6 water outlets are uniformly distributed on the upper peripheral side of the impeller box, and 6 water inlets are uniformly distributed on the lower peripheral side of the impeller box.
8. The rotary-wing water meter of claim 1, wherein the gear box comprises a base, the top of the base is provided with a circumferential ring groove, and a magnetic ring is arranged in the ring groove.
9. The rotary-wing water meter of claim 1, wherein the gear box has a plastic groove on one side of the wheel system and a desiccant is contained therein.
10. The rotary-wing water meter of claim 1, further comprising a cover, wherein the cover is provided with a flip cover, and the flip cover is rotatably provided with a rotary cover through a shaft body.
