Background
The foreign short-radius sidetrack horizontal well starts earlier, the process technology is gradually improved, and the application scale is continuously enlarged.
An articulated screw motor system developed by petroleum exploration and development scientific research institute machinery adopts power required by two sections of screw motor joints, and the two sections of screw motor joints are connected by an articulated joint. The maximum rigidity length is 1.5m, the manufacturing slope is 3-5 degrees/m, the curvature radius is less than or equal to 18m, the borehole can be changed from vertical to horizontal within the 28m curve borehole length, the indoor test and the field intermediate test of a prototype meet the design requirements, and the specifications of phi 120.65mm and phi 89.9mm are provided through the acceptance and evaluation of relevant experts, so that the borehole can be used for drilling a short-radius horizontal well on the inner side of a casing.
The high build rate of short radius horizontal wells is difficult to pass through downhole drill strings using conventional instrumentation, necessitating the use of small-scale or flexibly-connected inclinometers. The inclinometer mainly comprises a gyro inclinometer, an ESS electronic multi-point, a wired inclinometer while drilling and an MWD wireless measurement while drilling instrument.
The wireless MWD while drilling instrument is designed in a modularized mode, and all modules are connected through flexible joints. Wireless MWD while drilling can be divided into two categories, depending on the location of the mud pulse generator: one places a mud pulser in a short radius bottom joint, and is a down-seated key MWD while drilling; the other type of upper drill tool for placing a short radius is an upper suspension wireless MWD while drilling. The existing wireless MWD while drilling has low working efficiency, and needs to be improved.

Preferably, a wireless receiving module is installed inside the first hanging drill collar; and a wireless transmitting module is arranged in the second suspended drill collar, and the probe tube in the integrated short section is communicated with the pulser through the wireless transmitting module and the wireless receiving module.
Preferably, the pulser is a rotary valve pulser.
Preferably, the first battery pack and the second battery pack both adopt lithium batteries.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has novel structural design, convenient operation, stable pulse signal and strong anti-interference capability; the wireless short transmission technology is adopted, so that the bending angle is large; and the power-saving mode is adopted for working, so that the consumption is reduced.

In the invention, the pulser 5 adopts a rotary valve pulser, which has the following highest temperature resistance: 150 ℃, the maximum pressure resistance is 140MPa, the maximum allowable impact is 10000m/s < 2 >, the maximum allowable vibration is 200m/s < 2 >, and the depth of a signal transmission well is more than 6000m.
