本发明公开了一种玻镁板地板的制备方法,采用玻镁板替代传统硬质PVC地板中间的PVC基材,制备成玻镁板地板,与传统PVC硬质地板相比,具有更优异的防火性能,遇火无烟无毒,制备过程中无需添加阻燃剂,降低了成本和能耗;无需加入隔音垫就具备优越的隔音性能,降低了隔音功效地板的生产成本;且比重降低,质地轻软,脚感舒适;具有较好的防潮、防霉性能,耐老化,使用寿命较长,且使用锁扣拼接,便于安装;此外玻镁板地板无味无毒,更加绿色环保,而且成本低,原料来源丰富。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板的制备领域,尤其是涉及一种玻镁板地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC地板也称为“轻体地材”,又称塑料地板,是一种新型轻体地面装饰材料。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,并已逐步引入中国市场,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业等各种场所。PVC地板作为一种新型的地面铺装材料,具有优异的耐磨性、装饰性、耐污耐化学试剂等特性,因此受到越来越受到广大消费的喜爱和认可。
传统的硬质PVC地板不仅具有优异的尺寸稳定性,锁扣强度高,防霉,防潮,防虫,安装方便快捷等优点,在欧美发达国家及亚太市场广受欢迎。但传统的PVC硬质地板质地厚重,且需要加入阻燃剂来提高防火性能,隔音性能也一般。
玻镁板是一种具有良好防火性能的材料,不燃等级达A1级,不含石棉,遇火无烟无毒,还具有优越的隔音性能,质量轻,耐老化,使用寿命长。若将其应用于地板的制备将会解决传统PVC硬质地板质地厚重,防火性能和隔音性能不佳的缺陷。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种质地更轻,防火性能好,隔音性能佳,便于安装,无味无毒的玻镁板地板及其制备方法。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种玻镁板地板,采用玻镁板替代传统硬质PVC地板中间的PVC基材,具体从上往下依次为PVC 透明膜、PVC彩膜、PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC底片的层叠结构复合而成;
其中所述PVC面层和PVC底片的配方以质量计算包括如下组分PVC树脂 90~120份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯18~25份、环氧大豆油2~5份、稳定剂2~6份、石粉250~350份、碳黑1~4份。
更为优选的,所述玻镁板其两侧为无纺布层,中间为料浆层,料浆层以质量计算包括如下组分:轻烧粉90份、卤片50~80份、珍珠岩30~50份、滑石粉1~1.5 份。
本发明还公开了上述玻镁板地板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)PVC面层和底片的生产;
(2)PVC表皮的生产;
(3)调整贴合线的的温度125~140℃,压力3~5Mpa,将PVC表皮、玻镁板、PVC底片用热熔胶在热熔胶贴合线进行贴合,得到地板半成品;
(4)将热熔胶贴合的地板半成品再进行UV热处理、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成玻镁板地板。
更为优选的,所述PVC面层和底片的生产步骤为:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂,对苯二甲酸二辛酯,环氧大豆油,稳定剂,石粉,碳黑添加到高速混合机,设定温度为100~120℃后,一边升高温度一边在转速为 200~320r/min的速度下混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌10~15min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内备用;将混合料送入四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应底片的底片和面层。
更为优选的,所述PVC表皮的生产步骤为:调整压机温度120~140℃,时间26~34min、压力为4.0~5.0MPa,将PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜在与PVC面层压机热压贴合,得到PVC表皮。
更为优选的,所述UV热处理步骤具体为:选择UV漆,调整胶辊速度为 30~40Hz,依次放入地板半成品进行UV淋涂。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种玻镁板地板及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,具备以下优点:
(1)制成的玻镁板地板相比传统PVC硬质地板具有更优异的防火性能,遇火无烟无毒,制备过程中无需添加阻燃剂,降低了成本和能耗;
(2)制成的玻镁板地板无需加入隔音垫就具备优越的隔音性能,降低了隔音功效地板的生产成本;
(3)制成的玻镁板地板比重降低,质地轻软,脚感舒适;
(4)制成的玻镁板地板具有较好的防潮、防霉性能,耐老化,使用寿命较长,且使用锁扣拼接,便于安装;此外玻镁板地板无味无毒,更加绿色环保,而且成本低,原料来源丰富。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种玻镁板地板,采用玻镁板替代传统硬质PVC地板中间的PVC基材,具体从上往下依次为PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜、PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC底片的层叠结构复合而成;其中所述PVC面层和PVC底片的配方以质量计算包括如下组分PVC树脂100份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯20份、环氧大豆油3份、稳定剂2份、石粉300份、碳黑2份。其中玻镁板两侧为无纺布层,中间为料浆层,料浆层包括如下组分:轻烧粉90份、卤片80份、珍珠岩40份、滑石粉1份。
采用上述配方进行玻镁板地板的制备,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)PVC面层和底片的生产:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂,对苯二甲酸二辛酯,环氧大豆油,稳定剂,石粉,着色剂,添加到高速混合机,升高温度到110℃℃后,转速为300r/min,混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌15min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内备用;将混合料送入四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应底片的底片;
(2)PVC表皮的生产:调整压机温度为120℃,时间26min,压力4.5MPa,将PVC表皮与PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜在压机热压贴合,得到PVC表皮;
(3)调整贴合线的的温度130℃,压力3.5Mpa,将PVC表皮、、玻镁板、 PVC底片用热熔胶在热熔胶贴合线进行贴合,得到地板半成品;
(4)将热熔胶贴合的地板半成品再进行UV热处理、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成玻镁板地板;所述UV热处理步骤具体为:选择 UV漆,调整胶辊速度为30Hz,依次放入地板半成品进行UV淋涂。
实施例2:
一种玻镁板地板,采用玻镁板替代传统硬质PVC地板中间的PVC基材,具体从上往下依次为PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜、PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC底片的层叠结构复合而成;其中所述PVC面层和PVC底片的配方以质量计算包括如下组分PVC树脂95份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯25份、环氧大豆油3份、稳定剂1.5份、石粉250份、碳黑2份。其中玻镁板其两侧为无纺布层,中间为料浆层,料浆层包括如下组分:轻烧粉90份、卤片60份、珍珠岩50份、滑石粉1.5份。
采用上述配方,进行玻镁板地板的制备,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)PVC底片的生产:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂,对苯二甲酸二辛酯,环氧大豆油,稳定剂,石粉,着色剂,添加到高速混合机,升高温度到120℃后,转速为280r/min,混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌12min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内备用;将混合料送入四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应底片的底片;
(2)PVC表皮的生产:调整压机温度为130℃,时间30min,压力4.0MPa,将PVC表皮与PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜在压机热压贴合,得到PVC表皮;
(3)调整贴合线的的温度125℃,压力4Mpa,将PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC 底片、用热熔胶在热熔胶贴合线进行贴合,得到地板半成品;
(4)将热熔胶贴合的地板半成品再进行UV热处理、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成玻镁板地板;所述UV热处理步骤具体为:选择 UV漆,调整胶辊速度为40Hz,依次放入地板半成品进行UV淋涂。
实施例3:
一种玻镁板地板,采用玻镁板替代传统硬质PVC地板中间的PVC基材,具体从上往下依次为PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜、PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC底片的层叠结构复合而成;其中所述PVC面层和PVC底片的配方以质量计算包括如下组分PVC树脂110份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯19份、环氧大豆油4份、稳定剂2份、石粉280份、着色剂。其中玻镁板其两侧为无纺布层,中间为料浆层,料浆层包括如下组分:轻烧粉90份、卤片75份、珍珠岩35份、滑石粉1.2份。
采用上述配方,进行玻镁板地板的制备,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)PVC底片的生产:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂,对苯二甲酸二辛酯,环氧大豆油,稳定剂,石粉,着色剂,添加到高速混合机,升高温度到105℃后,转速为320r/min,混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌14min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内备用;将混合料送入四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应底片的底片;
(2)PVC表皮的生产:调整压机温度为125℃,时间30min,压力5MPa,将PVC表皮与PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜在压机热压贴合,得到PVC表皮;
(4)调整贴合线的的温度135℃,压力3.5Mpa,将PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC 底片用热熔胶在热熔胶贴合线进行贴合,得到地板半成品;
(5)将热熔胶贴合的地板半成品再进行UV热处理、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成玻镁板地板;所述UV热处理步骤具体为:选择 UV漆,调整胶辊速度为35Hz,依次放入地板半成品进行UV淋涂。
另设对比例1,
一种传统硬质PVC地板的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂100份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯 30份、稳定剂2份、环氧大豆油15份、碳黑2份添加到高速混合机,升高温度到120℃后,转速为200r/min,混合搅拌均匀;
(2)达到温度40℃即启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混,同时将计量好的石粉卸入冷混机搅拌15min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内备用;
(3)将物料卸入开炼机,待包裹在开炼机辊上的物料混炼均匀,无明显粉料后,即可切割相应要求的物料至压延机得到PVC底片;
(4)调整压机温度为120℃,时间30min,压力3MPa,将PVC透明膜、PVC 彩膜。PVC底片在压机热压贴合
(5)UV淋涂:选择适当的UV漆进行UV淋涂;
(6)冲切:地板冲切成相应规格地板,冲床车间温度:25℃;
对实施例1-3制备而成的地板成品以及对比例1制备的地板性能进行测试,具体性能指标为隔音效果,防火性能,硬度,密度,根据ASTM E492测试隔音效果,通过撞击隔音等级(IIC)来评判隔音效果;防火性能根据ASTM E648进行测试,硬度采用邵氏硬度计进行测试。
测试结果如表1所示:

从表1中的测试数据可以看出:
本发明实施例1-3制备的玻镁板地板,无论是从防火性能,硬度,隔音效果上来比都具备明显的优势,尤其是密度有了很大的降低,从而比重降低,质地轻软,脚感舒适。此外本发明制备的玻镁板地板在无需阻燃剂,隔音垫的原料投入就可获得优异防火性能和隔音效果,有效降低了生产成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种玻镁板地板,其特征在于从上往下依次为PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜、PVC面层、玻镁板、PVC底片的层叠结构复合而成;
其中所述PVC面层和PVC底片的配方以质量计算包括如下组分PVC树脂90~120份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯18~25份、环氧大豆油2~5份、稳定剂2~6份、石粉250~350份、碳黑1~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻镁板地板,其特征在于:所述玻镁板两侧为无纺布层,中间为料浆层,料浆层以质量计算包括如下组分:轻烧粉90份、卤片50~80份、珍珠岩30~50份、滑石粉1~1.5份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的玻镁板地板的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)PVC面层和底片的生产;
(2)PVC表皮的生产;
(3)调整贴合线的的温度125~140℃,压力3~5Mpa,将PVC表皮、玻镁板、PVC底片用热熔胶在热熔胶贴合线进行贴合,得到地板半成品;
(4)将热熔胶贴合的地板半成品再进行UV热处理、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成玻镁板地板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的玻镁板地板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PVC面层和底片的制备步骤为:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂,对苯二甲酸二辛酯,环氧大豆油,稳定剂,石粉,碳黑添加到高速混合机,设定温度为100~120℃后,一边升高温度一边在转速为200~320r/min的速度下混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌10~15min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内备用;将混合料送入四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应底片的底片和面层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的玻镁板地板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PVC表皮的制备步骤为:调整压机温度120~140℃,时间26~34min、压力为4.0~5.0MPa,将PVC透明膜、PVC彩膜在与PVC面层压机热压贴合,得到PVC表皮。
6.根据权利要求3所述的玻镁板地板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述UV热处理步骤具体为:选择UV漆,调整胶辊速度为30~40Hz,依次放入地板半成品进行UV淋涂。
