The second driving device comprises a first gear fixedly arranged on the main shaft, a fixed shaft arranged on the lower plate, a second gear rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft, a second chain simultaneously sleeved on the first gear and the second gear, and a third gear positioned in the middle of the second chain and fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft; the first gear rotates to drive the second chain and the second gear to operate, and the third gear on the meshed second chain operates to complete rotation of the clothes airing rod.
