Description

Defoaming device and cooking machine thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cooking equipment, in particular to a defoaming device and a cooking machine thereof.
Background
Cooking machines such as rice cookers generate a large amount of bubbles during cooking, and these bubbles may overflow the rice cooker, contaminate the rice cooker and the table top, and even seriously affect the cooking process, for example, the cooking process may deviate and thus affect the taste of the rice, or the cooking time may become longer.
Taking an electric cooker as an example, the current methods for breaking bubbles or preventing overflow of the electric cooker include two methods:
one is to install a clapboard on the electric rice cooker cover, the clapboard of the cover and the cover form a closed cavity, a bubble breaking device is installed in the cavity, and a hole on the clapboard of the cover is communicated with the bubble breaking device. The principle of the foam breaking device is that a series of gaps are arranged, a space which is suddenly enlarged is arranged behind the gaps, and foam is extruded from the small gaps and then suddenly enters a larger space, so that the foam is broken. In order to deal with the particularly stubborn foams, some bubble breaking devices are also provided with a blade, and the pressure of gas and the impact force of the foams are used for driving the blade to rotate so as to break the foams.
The inventor finds that the existing bubble breaking device has some problems in the process of implementing the embodiment of the invention, for example, although the existing bubble breaking channel breaks foam, foam residue can remain in the bubble breaking device of the pot cover, which affects the sanitation of the pot cover and easily causes food in the pot body to deteriorate, so that the existing bubble breaking device needs to be frequently detached for cleaning. When the rice adding amount of the electric cooker is large and the water level is high, more foam is generated, and more foam cannot be broken and overflows to the outside of the cooker cover. In addition, the pot cover is provided with the defoaming pipeline, so that no matter how the improvement is carried out, the function is to break foam which is generated and spread in the foam breaking device, so that the foam cannot overflow out of the pot cover, and the generation of the foam in the pot body is not fundamentally inhibited.
Another is to reduce the generation of foam by reducing the heating power or temporarily stopping the heating. This has the disadvantage of interfering with the cooking process, affecting the taste of the cook, and causing an extended cooking time, for example only thirty minutes would have been required to complete the cooking, resulting in an extended period of one hour. The actual product is usually a combination of the two ways to avoid a severe disturbance of the cooking process due to excessive reduction of heating.
From the viewpoint of use of actual products, even if the above two methods are employed, the foam is not completely eliminated, and foam overflow occurs frequently. How to remove the foam more effectively is still under constant investigation.

For the convenience of understanding the present invention, the following embodiments of the present invention are specifically described:
in the embodiment of the present invention, the cooking machine may include, but is not limited to: electric rice cooker, noodle maker, soybean milk maker, cooking machine, coffee maker, etc.
Fig. 1A is a schematic view of a bubble breaking device of a conventional electric cooker, including a cooker body 1, a cooker cover 2, and a cooker cover partition 202. The bubble breaking device 25 is arranged in a cavity enclosed by the shell of the pot cover 2 and the pot cover partition plate 202. A small gap is formed between the inner partition 255 of the bubble breaking device 25 and the housing 251, followed by a larger cavity. The bubble breaking device 25 is provided with a small hole 252 on the partition plate of the pot cover, and the electromagnetic valve 253/254 is used for opening or closing the small hole 252.
In some embodiments, ball 253 blocks orifice 252, and when the gas pressure is high, ball 253 is blown open by the gas, and the gas/foam in pot 1 enters bubble breaking device 25 through orifice 252. Or, the small hole 252 is blocked by the small ball, when needed, the push rod 254 moves to push the small ball 253 open, so that gas/foam in the pot body enters the foam breaking device 25 from the small hole 252, the foam 17 in the pot body is pushed by the steam in the pot body 1 and enters the foam breaking device through the fine opening 252, the foam is extruded through the fine gap in the foam breaking device 25 firstly and then enters the cavity to be rapidly expanded, and the foam is exploded through extrusion and expansion. For some refractory foams, vanes 256 are also mounted in the bubble breaking device, and the steam entrained in the foam is used to impact the rotation of the vanes 256 to break the foam. After breaking the bubbles, the steam is discharged from the outlet 257 of the breaking device. The motor can also be used for driving the blade 256 to break the bubbles, but because the cavity from the inlet 252 of the bubble breaking device to the position of the blade 256 is internally provided with a high resistance area with a small gap, the pot body and the pot cover connected with the high resistance area are also high resistance areas, and the air outlet 257 is a low resistance area, the blade 256 is approximately positioned in a channel with one closed end (close to the end of the pot cover clapboard 202) and one open end (close to the end of the pot cover outlet 257), the working resistance of the blade is very high, the capacity of driving the gas is low, the noise is large, and the motor is easy to burn out.
The bottom of the pot body 1 is provided with a heating device 101, and the generation of foam can be reduced by reducing power during boiling. However, reducing the power affects the operation of the rice cooker and also lengthens the cooking time.
As can be seen from FIG. 1A, the improvement of the prior art is mainly focused on the bubble breaking device 25, even if the foam is broken, the residue remains in the bubble breaking device, which has the problem of dead angle of sanitation and is easy to cause food deterioration in the pot body. From the actual broken bubble effect, under general condition, broken bubble device can eliminate the foam betterly, only need often wash broken bubble device just can. However, when the rice cooker has a large amount of rice, or the rice cooker has a large amount of water, or the rice cooker has insufficient rice washing, the bubbles may overflow the cover. The invention aims to eliminate the foam in the pot body 1 as far as possible on the premise of keeping the existing foam breaking device and measures, thereby achieving the effect of pot bottom fire pumping.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, if necessary, the bubble breaking device or the existing bubble breaking device having a function similar to that of the bubble breaking device can be installed, and the installed bubble breaking device is not only used as a spare device for eliminating foam in the present invention, but also used as an alternative air outlet channel when the pressure in the pot body is unbalanced.
FIG. 1B is a schematic view of the electric rice cooker of the present invention for eliminating foam in the cooker body by water flow or wind force. The cooker body 1, the cooker cover 2, the cooker cover partition plate 202 and the electromagnetic valve 201 on the cooker cover control the cooker cover 2 to be communicated and isolated with the outside, namely, one end of the electromagnetic valve 201 is communicated to the outside of the cooker cover 2, and the other end of the electromagnetic valve is communicated with an opening 2011 on the cooker cover partition plate 202 through a pipeline, so that the pressure in the cooker body is balanced as required. The design aims to make the description of the invention more concise without considering the pressure balance problem in the pot body.
The cover is provided with a rotary nozzle 31, and water/gas is sprayed into the pot body 1 through an opening 311 on the nozzle 31. The opening 311 of the rotary nozzle 31 has a component along the circumferential direction of the nozzle 31, so that the cooking device 31 can push itself to rotate by the reaction force of water/gas when spraying water/gas (see the relevant patent description of the invention). The solenoid valve 312 can control the opening and closing of the inlet pipe of the rotary nozzle 31, and in some cases (for example, introducing water/gas from outside the pot to defoam) the solenoid valve 312 can be replaced by a one-way valve. There are various water/air inlet paths of the nozzle 31, such as a pipe 39a from the lid hinge 203 or a pipe 39b from the lid skirt 204, or an opening from the lid 2, such as a solenoid valve 201 on the lid.
The side wall of the pot body is provided with a rotary nozzle 41: 41a/41b, water/gas through the opening 411 of the nozzle: 411a/411b are injected into the pan 1 to eliminate foam in the pan 1. The spin head 41 may be rotated in the same self-rotation manner as the spin head 31, or may be rotated by a motor. Similar to the side surface of the pot body 1 provided with the spray head 41, an opening can be arranged on the side surface of the pot body to guide water/gas in the pot body to the outside of the pot body, and then the water/gas is sprayed into the pot body 1 from the spray head by a water pump/air pump. The side wall water or air injection means 41a can also penetrate into the pot 1 and rotate in order to better inject/spray water, eliminate foam in the pot 1 or clean the pot 1/lid 2 or other spray heads. The check valve/solenoid valve 412a prevents water/gas inside the pot 1 from flowing backward from the shower head 41 a.
The hole 311 or 411a/411b on the nozzle 31 or 41 has a hole diameter that can be changed according to the requirement, for example, when the power of the air pump 7b is larger, the hole 411b with a larger hole diameter can be selected; otherwise, a smaller aperture is selected. The number of the openings 311 or 411a/411b can also be selected as desired.
The pot has a water/gas filtering device for filtering the water at the bottom of the pot 1 and then re-delivering the filtered water to the pot 1 to eliminate the foam in the pot 1. Taking the bottom leakage spray device as an example, the bottom of the pot body 1 is provided with an opening, the bottom leakage spray device 508 is arranged at the opening, and the device comprises a bottom leakage pipe device 8 which comprises a vertical leakage pipe 813, a protective sleeve 82, a transverse leakage pipe 83a and an electromagnetic valve 84 a.
A rotary spray plug 51 is arranged in the vertical leakage pipe 813, the rotary spray plug 51 is in a long strip shape and can move up and down in the vertical leakage pipe 813, and the rotary spray plug can move up and down and can enter the pot body 1 from the vertical leakage pipe 813. The rotary plug 51 can also be moved downwards to cause the rotary spray head 51a to enter the bottom of the vertical discharge pipe 813, as described in detail in the patent related to the present invention. For the sake of brevity, the present invention only discusses moving up and back. The upper part of the rotary spray plug is called as a rotary spray head 51a, the size of the wire diameter of the rotary spray plug is tightly matched with the bottom opening of the pot body, and the bottom opening of the pot body can be sealed. Rotatory nozzle 51a lower part is followed a disconnected annular rotary filter 51b, rotary filter 51 b's line footpath with pot body bottom opening 5811 cooperation, work as rotatory nozzle 51a rises, drives rotary filter 51b can get into the pot body gradually, makes water in the pot body can get into through rotary filter 51b and arrange away in the vertical small opening 58, perhaps arrange away through horizontal small opening 83 a.
The rotary plug 51 further includes a rotary spray bar 51c, and the rotary spray bar 51c is normally set smaller than the line diameter of the rotary spray head 51a, and the rotary spray bar 51c can move the rotary spray head 51a up and down.
The cross section of the rotary spray plug can be a cylinder (for example, the cross section can be a rectangle or a staple when the bottom blow-by device is horizontally arranged), and the rotary spray plug can be a cylinder without loss of generality, so that the rotary spray plug 51 can also rotate to obtain better effect.
The internal passage 51c1 of the rotary nozzle plug is communicated with the opening 51a11/51a21 of the rotary nozzle 51a, so that water/gas inside the pot body 1 can be guided out of the pot body, or water/gas outside the pot body 1 can be guided into the pot body and bubbles inside the pot body 1 can be eliminated through the water/gas injection.
The water/gas in the pot body 1 can also leak out of the transverse leak pipe 83 after being filtered by the rotary filter screen 51b (see fig. 5), and is pressurized by the water/gas pump 7a and then sent back to the pot body 1 again.
Fig. 1B shows a plurality of channels for communicating the pan 1 with the outside, comprising:
1. a pipe with filtering function at the bottom of the pan body, for example, a pipe 51c1 in the rotary spray plug 51 and an opening 51a11/51a21 on the rotary spray head 51a, so that the pan body 1 is communicated with the outside;
2. the external pipeline 39a enters the pot cover 2 through the pot cover rotating shaft 203 and then enters the pot body 1, so that the pot body 1 is communicated with the outside;
3. the outside enters the pot cover 2 through the pipeline 39b and the pot cover skirt 204 and then enters the pot body 1, so that the pot body 1 is communicated with the outside, for example, the air in the pot body 1 is sent out of the pot body 1 through the pipeline 39b of the skirt, then is pressurized by the air pump 7b, passes through the spray head 41b and is sprayed into the pot body 1 again from the opening 411 b;
4. directly enters the pot body through the opening 411a/411b on the side wall spray head 41 of the pot body 1, so that the pot body 1 is communicated with the outside.
5. Enters the pot body through the opening of the pot cover.
FIG. 1C is a schematic view of the present invention, which is a schematic view of the inner foam eliminating device of the rice cooker lid by wind force, and FIG. 1A is a view of the bubble breaking device. A pot body 1 and a pot cover 2. The bubble breaking device housing 251, the screen opening 252 in the partition 202 and the internal screen partition 255 have larger dimensions to increase ventilation capacity but maintain higher bubble breaking efficiency. A bubble breaking means air outlet 257. The solenoid valve 253 can open or close the passage of the bubble breaking means.
The motor 258 drives the fan 260 to rotate, and air is blown into the pot body 1 to eliminate the foam in the pot body 1. The motor 258 and the fan 260 are fixed to the slidable inner sleeve 2591, and the slidable inner sleeve 2591 can slide in the outer sleeve 2592. When the pressure regulating solenoid valve 201 is opened, the outside air can enter the inside of the pot 1 through the slidable inner upper filter screen 2593/2594 and enter the bubble breaking device through the filter screen opening 252 and escape from the outlet 257 of the bubble breaking device. Or, when the fan 260 is positioned in the pot body 1, the fan 260 rotates to remove the foam in the pot body 1, and at this time, the air pressure regulating solenoid valve 201 can obtain a good foam removing effect even if closed.
FIG. 2A is a schematic view of the defoaming device for spraying water on the top of the pot body and blowing air by the fan on the side wall of the pot body, and FIG. 2B is a partially enlarged schematic view of the side wall in FIG. 2A blown by the fan.
Fig. 2A shows that water/air is filtered by the bottom leaking jet device 508, enters the pot cover 2 through the pipe 309a and from the rotating shaft 203 of the pot cover, passes through the water/air pump 7, and is jetted into the pot body 1 from the jet holes 311 of the rotary jet 31.
As illustrated in fig. 2A and 2B, the sidewall fan 42 can also be movable, that is, the sidewall rotary plug 427 and the sidewall sheath tube form a sleeve structure, the sidewall rotary plug 427 can move horizontally/rotationally in the sidewall sheath tube 426, and a sealing structure is provided therebetween (for sealing between the two, for example, a "cap brim" and a sealing ring are provided on the sidewall rotary plug, and a raised circular step is provided on the sidewall sleeve). The sidewall rotating plug 427 is provided with a motor 428, the motor rotating shaft is connected with a vane rotating shaft 422 through a coupling 425, and the vane rotating shaft 422 passes through a rotating sealing module 423 at the top of the sidewall rotating plug 427 to drive the fan blades 421 to rotate. Alternatively, when defoaming is not required, blades 421 are received in sidewall shroud tubes 426; when defoaming is needed, the side wall rotating spray plug 411 moves into the pot body 1, the motor 428 drives the fan blades 421 to rotate, and the foam in the pot body 1 is eliminated by wind power.
FIG. 2C is a schematic view of the present invention showing the side of the pan body equipped with a fixed fan to eliminate foam in the pan body, and in FIG. 2C, the side wall fan 42 is a simplified form, i.e. the side wall fan 42 is fixed but the blades 421 are located in the pan body 1. In order to avoid the accidental injury of the blades to the hands during the rice filling process, a protective outer cover 424 is arranged outside the blades 421, an air inlet 4241 is arranged on the side surface of the protective outer cover, and an air outlet 4242 is arranged in the front of the protective outer cover.
Fig. 2D is a schematic view of the invention for eliminating foam in the pot body by installing a fan in the cavity of the pot cover, as shown in fig. 2D, which is a simplification of fig. 1C, i.e., the foam in the pot body 1 is eliminated directly by the fan without introducing gas into the pot body 1. Alternatively, fig. 2D shows the fan of the sidewall sleeve structure shown in fig. 2B being used in the pot lid 2. The slidable inner sleeve 346 is capable of horizontal/rotational movement within the outer sleeve 347 with a sealing arrangement therebetween. A motor 348 is arranged in the slidable inner sleeve 346, the motor rotating shaft drives the blade rotating shaft 342, and the blade rotating shaft 342 penetrates through the top of the slidable inner sleeve 346 and drives the fan blades 341 to rotate. Alternatively, when defoaming is not required, the blades 341 are received in the outer sleeve 347; when defoaming is needed, the slidable inner sleeve 346 moves into the pot body 1, the motor 348 drives the fan blades 341 to rotate, and the foam in the pot body 1 is eliminated by wind power. The sealing rubber ring 349 blocks the opening 2021 on the cover partition 202, so that the inside of the cover 2 is isolated from the pot body 1.
It is clear that the slidable structure of fig. 2D can be changed to a fixed structure, see the schematic view of fig. 5.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the defoaming device with a rotary spray arm installed at the upper end of the pot body according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the rotary spray head 31 of FIG. 2 is changed to the rotary spray arm 32, and the water pump 7 injects water into the rotary spray arm 32 and into the pot body 1 from the spray holes 321. Some of the nozzles 321 have a horizontal component, and the reaction force of the component pushes the rotary nozzle arm 32 to rotate while injecting the water flow.
In FIG. 4, spray holes 41a/41b are installed on the side of the pot 1 to spray water/gas into the pot 1 in a fan shape to remove the foam in the pot 1, and the source of the water/gas can be seen in FIG. 1 and described. In the schematic view of fig. 2, the gas in the gas boiler is sent out from an opening pipeline 41c/41d at the upper part of the boiler body 1, passes through the gas pump 7 and is sprayed into the boiler body 1 again from the spray head 41a/41 b.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a defoaming device of a cooking apparatus of the present invention, which comprises two types of defoaming devices:
the first defoaming device is that a fan blade 331 is installed on the pot cover 2, the motor 338 drives the fan blade 331 to rotate through a rotating shaft 332, and the blade 331 generates wind power to eliminate the foam in the pot body 1. Since the lid partition 202 is usually removable for cleaning, the blade 331 is made removable, and the partition 202 has an opening 2021 for the shaft 332 to pass through, and the sealing rubber 334 separates the opening 2021 from the inside of the lid 2. It is clear that in fig. 2, a form similar to the blade 331 of fig. 5 can also be adopted, i.e. the blade 431/343 in fig. 2 is in the pan body. Obviously, the blade 331 may also be fitted with a protective enclosure (see the protective enclosure 424 of fig. 2C).
The second defoaming device is a bottom blow-by device 508 to eliminate foam. The bottom blow-by device is described in detail in the associated patent and in figure 1. The rotating spray rod 51c moves upwards to push the rotating spray head 51a to move upwards to the upper part of the pot body 1, the rotating spray head inner motor 538 drives the rotating shaft 532 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 532 penetrates through the sealing device 51c3 to drive the rotating spray rod inner blade 531b and the rotating spray head inner blade 531a to rotate. The water/gas in the pan body 1 enters the inside of the rotary filter screen 51b after being filtered by the rotary filter screen 51b, enters the rotary spray bar from the opening 51c2 on the side surface of the rotary spray bar, reaches the blade 531a in the rotary spray head under the pushing of the blade 531b, and is finally sprayed out from the opening 51a11/51a21 on the rotary spray head under the pushing of the blade 531a so as to eliminate the foam in the pan body 1. And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the rotating shaft 532 penetrates through the rotating nozzle 51a to drive the blades 531c to rotate, and the blades 531c generate wind power to eliminate foam in the pot body 1.
It should be noted that:
the invention takes an electric cooker as an example to illustrate the defoaming device of the invention. The related technology and combination of the invention can be used for cooking machines of different forms, including cooking equipment such as noodle machines, cooking machines, soybean milk machines, coffee machines and the like besides electric rice cookers.
