Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control apparatus 15, which is applied to a base station 10, where the base station 10 includes: an AC distribution box 11, an air conditioner 12, a switching power supply 13 and a battery 14.
The alternating current distribution box 11 is respectively connected with an air conditioner 12, a switching power supply 13 and a control device 15, the switching power supply 13 is connected with a battery 14, and the control device 15 is also connected with the air conditioner 12 and the switching power supply 13; the ac distribution box 11 is connected to a commercial power input outside the base station 10, introduces commercial power into the base station 10, and outputs electric energy to the air conditioner 12 and the switching power supply 13; the switching power supply 13 and the battery 14 together supply power to the communication equipment (not shown in the figure) of the base station 10;
the connection between the ac distribution box 11 and the air conditioner 12 and the switching power supply 13 is electrical connection, and the connection between the control device 15 and the ac distribution box 11, the air conditioner 12, the switching power supply 13 and the battery 14 is signal connection.
Further, the flow of electric power is from the ac distribution box 11 to the air conditioner 12 and the switching power supply 13, respectively, from the switching power supply 13 to the battery 14, and from the switching power supply 13 and the battery 14 to the communication device of the base station 10; the signal flows from the ac distribution box 11 to the control device 15, and then flows from the control device 15 to the air conditioner 12, the switching power supply 13, and the battery 14, respectively.
And the control device 15 is configured to obtain a first commercial power parameter from the ac distribution box 11, where the first commercial power parameter is an electrical parameter of commercial power input to the base station 10. The first commercial power parameter may be an input power of a commercial power, and the first commercial power parameter may also be an input current of the commercial power.
The control device 15 is further configured to control the base station 10 according to the first commercial power parameter, specifically, the following control manner for the base station 10 is provided in the embodiment of the present invention:
the first method is as follows: the control device 15 controls the switching power supply 13 according to the first commercial power parameter;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the control device 15 is configured to control the switching power supply 13 to decrease the output power when the first commercial power parameter is higher than a first threshold value and the battery 14 is in a charging state, where the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value to indicate a power consumption peak period.
The control device 15 sends a control signal to the switching power supply 13 to reduce the output power of the switching power supply 13, and the reduction of the output power of the switching power supply 13 can reduce the charging power of the battery, thereby reducing the commercial power requirement of the base station 10 and realizing the reduction of the commercial power input power.
The second method comprises the following steps: the control device 15 controls the battery 14 according to the first commercial power parameter;
the control device 15 may control the battery 14 in an indirect manner, or the control device 15 may control the battery 14 in a direct manner.
(1) The control device 15 controls the battery 14 in an indirect manner;
the control device 15 is further configured to control the switching power supply 13 to decrease the output voltage when the first utility power parameter is higher than a first threshold value;
the control device 15 is further configured to control the switching power supply to increase the output voltage when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value, the control device 15 sends a control signal to the switching power supply 13, reduces the output voltage of the switching power supply 13, and controls the battery 14 to actively discharge for compensation through the switching power supply 13; when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value, the control device 15 sends a control signal to the switching power supply 13, so as to increase the output voltage of the switching power supply 13 and control the battery 14 to charge. The input power of the commercial power is reduced by a compensation mode of charging and discharging the battery 14.
(2) The control device 15 controls the battery 14 in a direct manner;
the control means 15 are further adapted to control the battery 14 to discharge when the first mains parameter is higher than a first threshold value;
the control means 15 are further arranged to control the charging of the battery 14 when the first mains parameter is not higher than a first threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the battery 14 may be an intelligent battery, and the control device 15 directly sends an instruction to the battery 14 to control the battery 14 to actively charge or discharge, so as to reduce the input power of the commercial power.
The third method comprises the following steps: the control device 15 controls the air conditioner 12 according to the first commercial power parameter;
the control device 15 is further configured to control the air conditioner 12 to turn off when the first commercial power parameter is higher than a first threshold value;
the control device 15 is further configured to control the air conditioner 12 to start when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value, the control device 15 controls the air conditioner 12 to be temporarily turned off to reduce the commercial power requirement of the base station 10, so as to reduce the commercial power input power. When the first utility power parameter is higher than the first threshold value, or the indoor temperature of the base station 10 is too high (for example, the indoor temperature of the base station 10 is detected by the temperature detection device to exceed the preset threshold value), the control device 15 controls the air conditioner 12 to start.
It can be understood that the control device 15 may control the base station 10 in one or more of the above-mentioned manners one to three, and there is no sequential execution order between the manners, and the control device 15 may use each control manner individually, in addition, or sequentially according to factors such as the specific scene of the base station 10, the reliability of the utility power, and the guarantee requirement.
Next, a practical application scenario of the control device 15 is provided, in which the base station 10 is just recovering power supply, the battery 14 enters a charging state, the communication traffic is in a peak phase, the communication load power consumption is greatly increased, and the air conditioner 12 is in a cooling state.
Taking the first commercial power parameter as the input power of the commercial power as an example, the control device 15 obtains the input power of the commercial power from the ac distribution box 11, for example: the current mains input power is 20kW, the first mains parameter is compared with a first threshold value (assuming that the first threshold value is 15kW), and the first mains parameter is found to be higher than the first threshold value.
The control device 15 first reduces the output power of the switching power supply 13 and reduces the charging power of the battery 14;
if the first commercial power parameter is still higher than the first threshold value, the control device 15 reduces the output voltage of the switching power supply 13, and controls the battery 14 to actively discharge and compensate;
if the first commercial power parameter is still higher than the first threshold value, the control device 15 controls the air conditioner 12 to be temporarily turned off.
It is to be understood that the parameter values related in the above scenario description are all examples, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific values of each parameter.
It should be noted that the control device 15 may be a device independently disposed in the base station, and the control device 15 may also be integrated in a base station dynamic loop monitoring unit (FSU) or a switching power supply monitoring module, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation manner of the control device 15.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control device is additionally arranged in the base station, acquires the first commercial power parameter of the commercial power input into the base station from the alternating current distribution box, and controls the base station according to the first commercial power parameter, so that the commercial power input power of the base station is reduced, the commercial power requirement is reduced, and the commercial power is free from being transformed.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides another application scenario of a control device 15, where the control device 15 is applied to a base station 20, and the base station 20 includes: an alternating current distribution box 11, an air conditioner 12, a switching power supply 13, a battery 14 and a control device 15;
the base station 20 shown in fig. 2 further includes: a battery sharing manager 21, the switching power supply 13 is connected to the battery 14 through the battery sharing manager 141, and the control device 15 is connected to the battery sharing manager 21;
the control device 15 is further configured to send a first instruction to the battery sharing manager 21 when the first utility power parameter is higher than a first threshold value, and send a second instruction to the battery sharing manager 21 when the first utility power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value;
the battery sharing manager 21 is configured to control the battery 14 to discharge according to the first instruction, and control the battery 14 to charge according to the second instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the battery sharing manager 21 is provided between the switch circuit 13 and the battery 14, and the battery sharing manager 21 may be an existing battery sharing manager, but the structure of the battery sharing manager is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and the control device 15 directly sends an instruction to the battery sharing manager 21, and the battery sharing manager 21 controls the battery 14 to be charged or discharged, thereby reducing the commercial power input power.
The base station 20 shown in fig. 2 further includes: an air conditioner controller 22, the control device 15 is connected with the air conditioner 12 through the air conditioner controller 22;
the control device 15 is further configured to send a third instruction to the air-conditioning controller 22 when the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value, and send a fourth instruction to the air-conditioning controller 22 when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value;
and the air conditioner controller 22 is used for controlling the air conditioner 12 to be turned off according to the third instruction and controlling the air conditioner 12 to be turned on according to the fourth instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner controller 22 is disposed in the base station 20, the control device 15 directly sends an instruction to the air conditioner controller 22, and the air conditioner controller 22 controls the air conditioner 12 to be turned off or turned on, so as to reduce the input power of the commercial power.
Fig. 2 shows an ac distribution box 11 comprising a sampling device 23, which sampling device 23 is connected to a control device 15; the sampling device can be an intelligent electric meter or a mutual inductor, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific type of the sampling device.
The sampling device 23 is used for detecting the first commercial power parameter in real time;
the control means 15 are further adapted to obtain the first mains parameter from the sampling means 23.
In the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the sampling device 23 in the ac distribution box 11, the sampling device 23 detects a first commercial power parameter of the commercial power input to the base station 20 in real time, and accordingly, the control device 15 obtains the first commercial power parameter from the sampling device 23.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method, where an execution subject of the method is the control device described above, and the method includes the following specific steps:
step 301: the control device acquires a first commercial power parameter from the alternating current distribution box;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the first utility power parameter is an electrical parameter of utility power input to the base station. The first commercial power parameter may be an input power of a commercial power, and the first commercial power parameter may also be an input current of the commercial power.
Furthermore, a sampling device is arranged in the alternating current distribution box, and the control device acquires the first commercial power parameter from the sampling device.
Step 302: and the control device controls the base station according to the first commercial power parameter.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control device 15 controls the base station 10 according to the first commercial power parameter, specifically, the following control manner for the base station 10 in the embodiment of the present invention:
the first method is as follows: the control device controls the switching power supply according to the first commercial power parameter;
in the embodiment of the present invention, when the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value and the battery is in a charging state, the control device controls the switching power supply to reduce the output power, where the first commercial power parameter higher than the first threshold value indicates a power consumption peak time at this time.
The control device sends a control signal to the switching power supply to reduce the output power of the switching power supply, and the reduction of the output power of the switching power supply can reduce the charging power of the battery, so that the commercial power requirement of the base station is reduced, and the reduction of the input power of the commercial power is realized.
The second method comprises the following steps: the control device controls the battery according to the first commercial power parameter;
the control device may control the battery in an indirect manner, or the control device may control the battery in a direct manner.
(1) The control device 15 controls the battery 14 in an indirect manner;
when the first commercial power parameter is higher than a first threshold value, the control device controls the switching power supply to reduce the output voltage; when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value, the control device controls the switching power supply to increase the output voltage.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value, the control device sends a control signal to the switching power supply, reduces the output voltage of the switching power supply, and controls the battery to actively discharge for compensation through the switching power supply; when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value, the control device sends a control signal to the switching power supply, so that the output voltage of the switching power supply is increased, and the battery charging is controlled. And the input power of the commercial power is reduced by a compensation mode of battery charging and discharging.
(2) The control device controls the battery in a direct mode;
when the first commercial power parameter is higher than a first threshold value, the control device controls the battery to discharge; when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value, the control device controls the battery to charge.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the battery 14 may be an intelligent battery, and the control device 15 directly sends an instruction to the battery 14 to control the battery 14 to actively charge or discharge, so as to reduce the input power of the commercial power.
Furthermore, a battery sharing manager is arranged between the switch circuit and the battery, the control device directly sends an instruction to the battery sharing manager, the battery sharing manager controls the battery to be charged or discharged, namely the control device sends a first instruction to the battery sharing manager, and the battery sharing manager controls the battery to be discharged according to the first instruction; the control device sends a second instruction to the battery sharing manager, and the battery sharing manager controls the battery to be charged according to the second instruction.
The third method comprises the following steps: the control device 15 controls the air conditioner 12 according to the first commercial power parameter;
when the first commercial power parameter is higher than a first threshold value, the control device controls the air conditioner to be closed; when the first commercial power parameter is not higher than the first threshold value, the control device controls the air conditioner to start.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first commercial power parameter is higher than the first threshold value, the control device controls the air conditioner to be temporarily turned off to reduce the commercial power requirement of the base station, so as to reduce the commercial power input power. When the first commercial power parameter is higher than a first threshold value or the indoor temperature of the base station is too high (for example, the indoor temperature of the base station is detected to exceed a preset threshold value by the temperature detection device), the control device controls the air conditioner to start.
Further, an air conditioner controller is arranged in the base station, the control device directly sends an instruction to the air conditioner controller, the air conditioner controller controls the air conditioner to be turned off or turned on, namely the control device sends a third instruction to the air conditioner controller, and the air conditioner controller controls the air conditioner to be turned off according to the third instruction; and the control device sends a fourth instruction to the air conditioner controller, and the air conditioner controller controls the air conditioner to start according to the fourth instruction.
