Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method for an air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 1, the control method for the air-conditioning cooling mode operation includes the following steps:
and step S11, acquiring the current indoor environment temperature.
In practical application, the air conditioner has the function of acquiring the indoor environment temperature, can detect the indoor environment temperature in real time through a sensor which is configured for detecting the indoor environment temperature, and acquires the indoor environment temperature in real time.
Or, a data transmission connection may be established with the external device, and the indoor ambient temperature detected by the external device may be acquired. Taking the external device as an example, the air conditioner is also correspondingly provided with a wireless communication module, the temperature detector is placed in a room where the air conditioner is located to detect the temperature of the room, the air conditioner is wirelessly connected with the temperature detector through user setting, and the air conditioner can acquire the indoor environment temperature detected by the temperature detector at any time.
And step S12, acquiring the current indoor environment humidity.
Similarly, in practical application, the air conditioner can detect the indoor environment humidity in real time through a sensor which is configured by the air conditioner and is used for detecting the indoor environment humidity, and can acquire the indoor environment humidity in real time.
Or, a data transmission connection may be established with the external device, and the indoor environment humidity detected by the external device may be acquired. Take this external equipment to be the humidity measurement appearance that has wireless function as an example, the air conditioner also disposes wireless communication module correspondingly, and humidity measurement appearance is put in the room that the air conditioner was located, detects the humidity in this room, through user's setting, with air conditioner and humidity measurement appearance wireless connection, the air conditioner can acquire the indoor environment humidity that humidity measurement appearance detected at any time.
And step S13, judging whether the current indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the upper limit value of the target temperature interval.
For the target temperature interval, in practical application, the target temperature interval is a temperature interval meeting the requirement of user temperature comfort, and the user expects that the indoor environment temperature can be stably controlled in the target temperature interval in the air-conditioning refrigeration mode.
The target temperature range may be a specific range that is set in advance.
For the target temperature interval, the present application also provides another embodiment scheme for obtaining the target temperature interval, which specifically includes:
acquiring a preset temperature;
and obtaining the target temperature interval according to the preset temperature.
The preset temperature can be set by a user through a remote controller, and the refrigeration target temperature meets the requirements of the user, so that the temperature within a reasonable range above and below the preset temperature also meets the requirements of the user, for example, the temperature within a range of +/-2 ℃ of the preset temperature also meets the requirements of the user. Therefore, the target temperature interval can be obtained according to the preset temperature. For example, in the case of indoor heat, the user sets the preset temperature to be 21 ℃ through the remote controller in the refrigeration mode, the target temperature range is 19-23 ℃ through 21 ℃ ± 2 ℃, and when the temperature drops to or below 23 ℃ during the operation of the air-conditioning refrigeration mode, the user indicates whether the current indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the upper limit value of the target temperature range.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, the target temperature interval is associated with the preset temperature, and the preset temperature can be the default temperature when the air conditioner operates in the refrigeration mode and also can be the temperature set by a user. After the target temperature interval is associated with the preset temperature, the target temperature interval is correspondingly changed along with the change of the preset temperature, the preset temperature represents the comfort temperature required by the user, and the target temperature interval is correspondingly changed along with the change of the preset temperature through the association of the target temperature interval and the preset temperature, so that the target temperature interval is correspondingly changed into the comfort temperature interval required by the user.
And step S14, if yes, controlling the operation of the air-conditioning cooling mode according to the current indoor environment temperature and the current indoor environment humidity.
In concrete application, use the air conditioner of this application scheme in refrigeration mode operation process, indoor temperature descends, when current indoor ambient temperature is less than or equal to the upper limit value between the target temperature interval, indoor temperature reduces to satisfying user's temperature travelling comfort demand, under the condition that the realization is guaranteed that refrigeration temperature satisfies user's demand, again according to current indoor ambient temperature and current indoor ambient humidity, control air conditioning refrigeration mode operation, help making the indoor ambient humidity under the refrigeration mode satisfy people's demand as far as possible, it makes the too low problem of indoor humidity more likely to make when opening air conditioner refrigeration mode like summer whole day, and then realize that the control to temperature and humidity can promote user's travelling comfort impression under this application refrigeration mode.
For step S12 and step S13 in the above embodiment, the above step S12 and step S13 are described in sequence in this application, but it is not shown that, in practical application, step S12 must be executed first, and then step S13 must be executed. In this regard, the present application provides the following example:
the acquiring of the current indoor environment humidity includes:
and judging whether the current indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the upper limit value of the target temperature interval, and if the current indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the upper limit value of the target temperature interval, acquiring the current indoor environment humidity.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, when the current indoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to the upper limit value of the target temperature interval, the current indoor environment humidity is obtained, the indoor temperature is reduced in the operation process of the air conditioner in the cooling mode, and the operation of the cooling mode of the air conditioner is not controlled according to the current indoor environment humidity before the indoor temperature is reduced to the upper limit value of the target temperature interval. Dehumidification under the air conditioner refrigeration mode, relatively speaking, the room humidity can not have obvious change in the short time, therefore can not let the user obviously feel the air too dry, and temperature control under the refrigeration mode can let the user experience the change that the room temperature reduces fast. Through this scheme, the air conditioner is in the refrigeration mode operation process, and priority temperature control avoids humidity control to temperature control's influence under the air conditioner refrigeration mode to prior travelling comfort temperature demand that satisfies the user, thereby realize the further optimization to this application scheme.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
and if the current indoor environment temperature is judged to be greater than the upper limit value of the target temperature interval, improving the air outlet air gear of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and improving the frequency of the compressor so as to accelerate the reduction of the indoor environment temperature.
In the above embodiment, in specific application, the improvement of the damper helps to accelerate the heat exchange speed of indoor air, and the improvement of the frequency of the compressor helps to increase the refrigerating capacity, so that the reduction of the indoor ambient temperature is accelerated, and the indoor ambient temperature can meet the requirements of users more quickly.
The following description explains the content of step S14 by way of specific embodiment.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the current indoor ambient temperature and the current indoor ambient humidity includes:
comparing the current indoor environment temperature with a lower limit value of the target temperature interval to obtain a first comparison result, and
comparing the current indoor environment humidity with an upper limit value and/or a lower limit value of a target humidity interval to obtain a second comparison result;
and controlling the operation of the air-conditioning cooling mode according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
The first comparison result can be used to judge whether the current indoor environment temperature is in the target temperature interval or is smaller than the lower limit value of the target temperature interval. The second comparison result can determine whether the current indoor environment humidity is in the target humidity interval, or is greater than the upper limit value of the target humidity interval, or is less than the lower limit value of the target temperature interval. The specific conditions of two comparison results can be integrated, and the temperature and the humidity under the refrigeration mode are controlled, so that the indoor environment humidity under the refrigeration mode can meet the requirements of people as much as possible under the condition that the indoor temperature under the refrigeration mode meets the requirements of users.
For the target humidity interval, in practical application, the target humidity interval is a humidity interval that meets the requirement of user humidity comfort, and the user expects that the indoor environment humidity can be stably controlled in the target humidity interval in the air-conditioning refrigeration mode.
The target humidity interval may be a specific range interval set in advance.
For the target humidity interval, the application also provides another embodiment scheme for obtaining the target humidity interval, which specifically includes the following steps:
acquiring preset humidity;
and obtaining the target humidity interval according to the preset humidity.
The preset humidity can be set by a user through a remote controller, and the refrigeration target humidity meets the requirements of the user, so that the humidity within a reasonable range above and below the preset humidity also meets the requirements of the user, for example, the humidity within a range of +/-10% of the preset humidity also meets the requirements of the user. Therefore, the target humidity interval can be obtained according to the preset humidity. For example, in the case of indoor heat, the user sets the preset humidity to be 50% through the remote controller in the cooling mode, and obtains the target humidity range of 40% -60% through 50% ± 10%, and when the humidity drops below 40% during the air-conditioning cooling mode, it indicates that the air-conditioning cooling operation is such that the ambient humidity in the front room gradually becomes drier.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, the target humidity interval is associated with the preset humidity, after the target humidity interval is associated with the preset humidity, the target humidity interval is correspondingly changed along with the change of the preset humidity, the preset humidity represents the comfort humidity required by the user, and the target humidity interval is correspondingly changed along with the change of the preset humidity through the association of the target humidity interval and the preset humidity, so that the target humidity interval correspondingly becomes the comfort humidity interval required by the user.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result includes:
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and the second comparison result is: the current indoor environment humidity is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the target humidity interval;
the current operating state is maintained.
In practical application of the embodiment, when the first comparison result is: and when the current indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, the current indoor environment temperature is suitable for the user requirement. Under the condition of the current indoor environment temperature, the corresponding current indoor environment humidity is larger than or equal to the lower limit value of the target humidity interval, and the current indoor humidity still reaches the degree that people feel dry when the air conditioner operates in the refrigeration mode. And under the condition that the current indoor environment temperature meets the user requirement and the condition that the current indoor environment humidity is not lower than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval, keeping the current running state of the air conditioner. The current running state of the temperature control is preferentially dehumidified by utilizing the refrigeration mode, and a relatively good dehumidification effect can be achieved.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result includes:
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor environment temperature is smaller than the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and the second comparison result is that: the current indoor environment humidity is greater than the upper limit value of the target humidity interval;
the air outlet air baffle of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced to improve the indoor ambient temperature and reduce the indoor ambient humidity.
In practical application of the embodiment, when the first comparison result is: when the current indoor environment temperature is lower than the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, it is indicated that the temperature control is excessive, so that the current indoor environment temperature is controlled to be lower than the lower limit value of the comfortable temperature interval, and the indoor environment temperature needs to be increased to the target temperature interval. And when the second comparison result is: when the current indoor environment humidity is larger than the upper limit value of the target humidity interval, the situation that the indoor environment humidity is higher than the upper limit of the comfortable humidity interval under the condition that the temperature control is lower than the lower limit of the comfortable temperature interval is shown, and the indoor environment humidity needs to be further dehumidified. Under this condition, then reduce the air-out wind shelves of air conditioning indoor set, on the one hand, reduce the heat transfer speed of room air, make the indoor temperature rise gradually, on the other hand, under the low air-out wind shelves circumstances, more do benefit to the room air dehumidification, and then realize improving indoor ambient temperature and reduce indoor ambient humidity's two birds with one stone.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result includes:
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor environment temperature is smaller than the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and the second comparison result is that: the current indoor environment humidity is in the target humidity interval;
the frequency of the compressor is reduced, and the throttle valve of the indoor heat exchanger is adjusted to maintain the evaporation pressure of the indoor heat exchanger unchanged, so as to improve the indoor environment temperature and maintain the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner unchanged.
And when the second comparison result is: when the current indoor environment humidity is in the target humidity interval, the condition that the temperature control is lower than the lower limit of the comfortable temperature interval is explained, but the indoor environment humidity just meets the requirement of the comfortable humidity of a user, and the dehumidification effect on the indoor air is necessarily reduced while the temperature is increased. Under the condition, the frequency of the compressor is reduced to reduce the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner, the return rise of the indoor environment temperature is facilitated, meanwhile, the throttle valve of the indoor heat exchanger is adjusted to maintain the evaporation pressure of the indoor heat exchanger unchanged, the evaporation temperature is related to the evaporation pressure, the evaporation pressure is unchanged, the evaporation temperature is also inconvenient, and the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is maintained unchanged.
In the case that the current indoor environment humidity is less than the lower limit value of the target humidity range, that is, the indoor environment humidity is lower than the comfort humidity range, in this case, the indoor humidity appears drier, and relatively speaking, the indoor humidity is dry due to the operation of the air-conditioning cooling mode, which is undesirable for the user.
In this regard, the following embodiments of the present application will explain the control of the case where the current indoor environment humidity is less than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval.
In one embodiment, if the second comparison result is: the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval;
the controlling the operation of the air-conditioning cooling mode according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result further comprises:
acquiring the current air outlet temperature of an indoor unit of an air conditioner;
comparing the current air outlet temperature with a threshold dew point temperature to obtain a third comparison result;
and controlling the operation of the air-conditioning cooling mode according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result.
In the above embodiment, the current outlet air temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is further obtained, and the current outlet air temperature is compared with the threshold dew point temperature to obtain a third comparison result, where the third comparison result may be that the current outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature, or that the current outlet air temperature is less than the threshold dew point temperature. The first comparison result and the second comparison result have been described in the related embodiments, and are not described herein. And synthesizing the concrete conditions of the three comparison results, and controlling the temperature and the humidity under the refrigeration mode under the condition that the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval, so that the indoor environment humidity under the refrigeration mode can meet the requirements of people as much as possible under the condition that the indoor temperature under the refrigeration mode meets the requirements of users.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result includes:
when the second comparison result is: when the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval;
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to a lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and if the third comparison result is: the current outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature;
the current operating state is maintained.
In practical application of the embodiment, when the first comparison result is: when the current indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, the second comparison result is that: when the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval, the current temperature control can meet the requirements of users under the operation of the current refrigeration mode, but the indoor humidity is lower than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval, and the air conditioner cannot be humidified by the refrigeration mode. By detecting the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit, if the third comparison result is: the current air-out temperature is greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature, and under the condition of the air-out temperature, condensation can be prevented.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result includes:
when the second comparison result is: when the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval;
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to a lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and if the third comparison result is: the current outlet air temperature is less than the threshold dew point temperature;
and increasing the air outlet gear of the indoor unit of the air conditioner so that the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not lower than the threshold dew point temperature.
By detecting the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit, the current outlet air temperature is less than the threshold dew point temperature, and under the condition of the outlet air temperature, if the air conditioner maintains the current running state, the dehumidification is always performed, so that the indoor humidity is further reduced, which is not expected by a user. Therefore, the air outlet air gear of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is improved, the indoor air heat exchange speed is accelerated, the air outlet temperature can be increased, the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not lower than the threshold dew point temperature, and the indoor humidity can be prevented from being reduced continuously.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result includes:
when the second comparison result is: when the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval;
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor ambient temperature is less than a lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and if the third comparison result is: the current outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature;
the air outlet air baffle of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced to improve the indoor environment temperature.
In practical application of the embodiment, when the first comparison result is: when the current indoor environment temperature is less than the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, the second comparison result is that: and when the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval, the indoor temperature and humidity are lower than the lower limit of the comfort requirement of the user under the operation of the current refrigeration mode. By detecting the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit, the current air outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature, condensation can be prevented under the condition of the air outlet temperature, under the condition, the air outlet air gear of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced to reduce the heat exchange speed of indoor air, and the indoor temperature can be obviously increased in a short time. Meanwhile, for reducing the air outlet air level, the air outlet temperature is also reduced, and one possible reduction result is that the air outlet temperature is still greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature after being reduced, and under the condition, the reduction of the indoor humidity is prevented. Another possible reduction result is that the outlet air temperature is reduced to less than the threshold dew point temperature, in which case the reduction of the indoor humidity is prevented, but the reduction of the outlet air level can have a greater effect on the temperature change in a shorter time, for example, one or two minutes, whereas the reduction of the humidity is less pronounced and the reduction of the air drying situation is limited. When the temperature rises to be greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the target temperature interval, the solution can be solved by the above-described related embodiment. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment is to preferentially ensure the requirement of temperature control in the refrigeration mode and then solve the problem of humidity control in the refrigeration mode.
In one embodiment, the controlling the air-conditioning cooling mode operation according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result includes:
when the second comparison result is: when the current indoor environment humidity is smaller than the lower limit value of the target humidity interval;
if the first comparison result is: the current indoor ambient temperature is less than a lower limit value of the target temperature interval, and if the third comparison result is: the current outlet air temperature is less than a threshold dew point temperature;
adjusting a throttle valve of the indoor heat exchanger to increase the evaporation pressure of the indoor heat exchanger and reduce an air outlet gear of the indoor unit of the air conditioner so as to increase the indoor environment temperature and enable the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner to be not lower than the threshold dew point temperature.
By detecting the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit, the current outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to the threshold dew point temperature, and under the condition of the outlet air temperature, if the air conditioner maintains the current running state, the indoor humidity is always reduced, which is not expected by a user. Under the condition, the throttle valve of the indoor heat exchanger is adjusted to improve the evaporation pressure of the indoor heat exchanger, so that the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not lower than the threshold dew point temperature, meanwhile, the air outlet gear of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced, the heat exchange speed of indoor air can be reduced, and the indoor temperature can be obviously increased in a short time. Thereby realizing the increase of the indoor temperature and preventing the continuous reduction of the indoor humidity.
For the threshold dew point temperature mentioned in the related embodiment, the present application further provides an embodiment scheme for obtaining the target humidity interval, which is specifically as follows:
obtaining a current dew point temperature according to the current indoor environment temperature and the current indoor environment humidity;
and obtaining the threshold dew point temperature according to the current dew point temperature.
In the related art, the dew point temperature is related to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, and the current dew point temperature can be obtained by obtaining the current ambient temperature and the current ambient humidity, for example, by using a comparison table of the temperature and the dew point temperature in the related art.

In one embodiment of the present application, the acquiring the current indoor ambient humidity includes:
and determining whether the humidity is set by the user, and if the humidity is set, acquiring the current indoor environment humidity.
Above-mentioned embodiment scheme is in concrete application to the user sets up comfortable humidity through the remote controller as the example, and when air conditioner refrigeration mode operation, the user has the demand to indoor environment humidity, then sets up a comfortable humidity through the remote controller, from this for among the air conditioner refrigeration mode operation process, acquire current indoor environment humidity, according to temperature and humidity, control the operation of refrigeration mode.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises:
and if the fact that the humidity is not set by the user is determined, controlling the operation of the air-conditioning cooling mode only according to the acquired current indoor environment temperature.
Through the scheme of the embodiment, under the condition that a user does not set humidity, the air conditioner only controls the air conditioning refrigeration mode to operate according to the current indoor environment temperature, and the control method for realizing the air conditioning refrigeration mode operation provides two different user requirement schemes: controlled based on temperature alone or on temperature and humidity.
