本发明公开了一种电视支架,它属于支撑用具领域,它收放自如俭省空间占用。它包含箱体、开口、卷筒、屏面、电机,所述卷筒顺置于箱体内空里,卷筒在其两端的筒面圆周部位各穿套固定设置有一个齿轮,齿轮都通过齿牙齿合连接有一根撑杆,撑杆由多节同样的杆段组装而成,杆段为槽形,在其槽边的上下两端部位都加工有上下匹配结合状如凸凹结构的吊耳,上下两节杆段通过销轴穿入吊耳活动连接组合在一起;在杆段的槽底上还分别设置有磁块,齿轮的齿牙通过与各节杆段上的销轴齿合来与撑杆连接运行;前述的屏面则把左右两边连接到各侧的撑杆上。本设计适用于柔性屏面的显示装置。

技术领域
本发明与支架用具有关,具体是指一种电视支架。
背景技术
在高科技领域最近研发成功了柔性显示屏面,它可以随意弯曲,这与传统使用的刚性屏面形成了鲜明的对比,也开拓了其在显示领域的广泛利用,比如家用电视,人们希望在需要时可以将屏面伸展出来不需要时又可以回收起来,这就需要一种可以伸缩或蜷缩收纳的杆状结构来予以支撑和实现,即这种杆状结构伸出时应有足够的纵向支撑力,还有能够满足需要的横向强度即横向支撑力,所以,一种既可以蜷缩收纳还可以展开伸出立起的支撑柔性显示屏面的杆状物是人们需要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种支撑显示用具的装置一种电视支架,它可以解决前述的问题。
本发明技术方案的内容如下:它包含箱体、开口、卷筒、屏面、电机,所述箱体为横置的长方体状,在其顶面上靠近后壁的一侧设置有开口;所述卷筒顺置于箱体内空里,卷筒通过穿连在其轴心的轴活动地穿连在箱体两端的箱壁上,卷筒在其两端的筒面圆周部位各穿套固定设置有一个齿轮,齿轮都通过齿牙齿合连接有一根撑杆,撑杆的上端部分沿着齿轮圆面向上的切线方向呈向上直立状伸出于箱体的开口部位,撑杆的下端则与齿轮固定连接在一起;所述撑杆由多节同样的杆段组装而成,杆段为槽形,在其槽边的上下两端部位都加工有上下匹配结合状如凸凹结构的吊耳,上下两节杆段通过销轴穿入吊耳活动连接组合在一起,在各杆段相邻处的槽底上还分别设置有能够磁性吸附匹配的磁块,齿轮的齿牙通过与各节杆段上的销轴齿合来与撑杆连接运行;前述的屏面则把左右两边连接到各侧的撑杆上,操作电机按正或反方向旋转一定角度,它就会带动卷筒、齿轮旋转并进而带动撑杆及屏面从箱体的开口向上伸出将屏面撑开展示出来或是向下回收蜷缩进箱体内收纳起来;在撑杆的这个伸出过程中,缠绕在齿轮各个齿牙上的各节杆段会在齿轮齿牙向上拨动的作用下在露出箱体前由散开状组合形成一根直立的撑杆整体,各节杆段上设置的磁块会将各杆段吸附在一起,还有箱体开口部位的限制作用及卷筒上的齿轮也会给撑杆以有力的支撑,不仅满足其在上下方向上支撑屏面的需要,也能满足其在水平方向承受多个方位横向力的支撑需要。
本发明的有益效果是:它收放自如俭省空间占用,撑杆伸出时有足够的横向支撑力以满足对柔性屏面的支撑。

各图中,1为箱体,2为开口,3为杆段,4为齿轮,5为销轴,6为磁块,7为撑杆,8为电机,9为屏面,10为卷筒,11为吊耳。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本设计作举例说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本设计的撑杆装置包含箱体1、开口2、卷筒10、屏面9、电机8,所述箱体1为横置的长方体状,在其顶面上靠近后壁的一侧设置有开口2,下述的撑杆及屏面通过此开口出入,横置的箱体稳定性较好,能够对从箱体内向上伸出的撑杆、屏面起到稳定的支撑作用;所述卷筒10为圆筒状顺置于箱体1的内空里,卷筒通过穿连在其轴心的轴活动地穿连在箱体1两端的箱壁上,卷筒在其两端的筒面圆周部位各穿套固定设置有一个齿轮4,如图4所示状;齿轮4都通过其齿牙齿合连接有一根撑杆7,撑杆7的上端部分沿着齿轮4的圆面向上的切线方向呈向上直立状伸出于箱体1的开口部位,撑杆的下端则与齿轮4固定连接在一起以确保撑杆各段与齿轮齿牙的缠绕连接,如图2、图3所示状;所述撑杆7由多节同样的杆段3组装而成,杆段3为槽形,在其槽边的上下两端部位都加工有上下匹配结合状如凸凹结构的吊耳11,上下两节杆段通过销轴5穿入吊耳活动串联连接组合在一起;在各杆段相邻处的槽底上还分别设置有能够磁性吸附匹配的磁块6,齿轮的齿牙通过与各节杆段上的销轴齿合来与撑杆连接运行,如图2、图3中的上方放大视图所示状,在撑杆伸出箱体前,绝大部分杆段依序缠绕在齿轮的齿牙上,当卷筒带动齿轮正方向转动时,缠绕在齿轮各个齿牙上的各节杆段会在齿轮齿牙向上拨动的作用下在露出箱体前沿着齿轮圆面向上的切线方向由散开状衔接组合形成一根直立的撑杆整体,各节杆段上设置的磁块6会将各杆段强力地吸附在一起以固牢撑杆整体;前述的屏面9则把左右两边连接到各侧的撑杆7上,如图4所示状;操作脉冲信号发射装置,它会操作电机8按设定好的或正或反方向旋转一定角度(电机选择调控用步进电机,可通过可编程逻辑控制器PLC设定的步距角及方向等参数来按预定程序运行,电机与卷筒的端面作齿合连接,这些皆为公知技术不作详述),电机就会带动卷筒10、齿轮4旋转并进而带动撑杆及屏面从箱体的开口向上伸出将屏面撑开展示出来或是向下回收蜷缩进箱体内收纳起来,撑杆伸出时箱体开口部位的限制作用及卷筒上的齿轮都会给撑杆以有力的支撑,不仅满足其在上下方向上支撑屏面的需要,也能满足其在水平方向承受多个方位横向力的支撑需要。

Claims (1)
